蕎麥麵店常有一些不知道是什麼玩意的丼:開花丼、他人丼、文化丼。
豬肉加蛋汁是開花丼,牛肉加蛋汁是他人丼。
我想知道文化丼是什麼,點一份來瞧瞧,原來是炸蝦加蛋汁。
怎麼炸蝦裹上蛋汁就有文化了呢?

從馬鈴薯燉肉就可以看出「想欺騙男人的女人心理」,
委婉一點地說是「想給男人留下好印象的女人心理」。
若是想要真正的媽媽味,做涼拌菠菜或者筑前煮之類的不就好了。
非要做成主菜不可的話,八寶菜、糖醋蝦,生薑豬肉也行;
但那些都敵不過「馬鈴薯燉肉」的惡魔形象啊,果然魅力在於馬鈴薯吧?

嘮叨妄想力高又對食物十分有愛的堀井先生
更進一步帶出對深夜食堂中食物的人情味~!

啊 不過真的很嘮叨啊!

Contains recipes for simple traditional Japanese home-cooked dishes. Incredibly helpful for university students who stay out of homes.
