Does what it says on the tin: introduces to the art of AI hence 5 starts. I was looking for more of the "operational guide" for facilitators. Does anybody could recommend AI for facilitators with detailed instructions how to guide the AI process? Thanks!

I got this book as part of the AI certification program, and it was part-textbook for that course. Dr Neena herself was the instructor and so there was total synergy and one could easily see its applicability and immense utility. However, this works well as a stand alone book also and lucidly elucidates the AI concepts, process and methodology. For a beginner this is a must have book that one can easily keep referring to.
I especially liked the chapter on SIGMA- which is something Dr. Neena herself has developed- an indianised version of AI process where AI starts with invoking (based on concepts like Bhoomi Pooja) . There are adequate examples in the book, and also some original contributions.
The only lament I have is with the binding quality of the book, which is not the best that could have been, hopefully in future prints that would be taken care if.
