This is an interesting and informative book about sleep. We all learned quite a bit from reading it, and the short anecdotes really helped to spice up the narrative.
The information presented in this book is quite a bit more dense than what we've typically seen in other You Wouldn't Want to... books and it may be a bit too much for younger children.
We took our time reading it over the course of several nights so we could absorb the material better.
We really enjoyed reading this book together and will certainly look for more of these books at our local library.
I think parents should show their children these books or read to them.I also think this is a great book for educational learning ,except the part which told you dead people might come alive, that part gave me the shivers.this main idea is to tell children-parents that why you wouldn't want to live without sleep.
