Bread machines reduce the work involved in producing homemade breads in a variety of recipes. This book has recipes for 75 breads with instrucions for a dozen different machines I found it usefuj.

Good recipe collection for different brands of bread machines, some of which are no longer manufactured. I bought the book used when I was gifted a rarely used 10+ year old machine, with no operating manual. Many recipes easily veganized.

Not for me--this book includes 75 bread and dessert recipes custom-created for the 12 most popular bread machines--of which mine isn't one. (This book is a little old, so that's possibly why.) Has some good recipes though.

Do NOT like this format. I thought I would, but it's actually annoying to see a recipe tweaked across 3-5 pages for 17 machines. The format could easily be improved by sectioning the book based on machine and then giving the recipes.

Got this book 15 yrs ago when my bread machine was new. The recipes have all worked, and I have made at least 50 of the 75 included. A wide variety of breads too. The format is outdated, but the recipes are great. The intro section would also be useful if you are starting out with a bread machine.

Recipes are okay, but very machine specific, and don`t have much room for changes or machines other than the 7 they list. Also the repetition of each recipe 7 times is tedious.

A good book if you are a beginner bread machine user, not very inspiring.
