Winemaking With Canned And Dried Fruit describes processes and recipes for making home wine with canned fruits, jams, jellies, concentrates, juice etc. A wide variety of recipes include several mixed fruits and interesting tastes.

This is good for the beginner who should also read an up to date guide. Sterilising equipment used to be done with a chemical compound and is now done with chlorine or the same fluids used to sterilise babies' bottles. Commercial wine kits can be bought to start and the book will give inspiration for taking it further.
