After a long day at work, Sadie is anxious to get the last item off her daily to-do list – walk her dog Mr. Bradshaw. Their leisurely stroll soon leads to trouble when she encounters a frantic stranger, desperate to relay a message to her as they struggle in a fight for their life.
The only problem is, the stranger is speaking a language Sadie doesn’t understand.
With her fiancé Chief Woodstone and her friends on board, Sadie creates a master plan to solve the case. Can Sadie uncover the truth and decipher the stranger’s cryptic message to find the killer?
Another good book from Leona Fox. I've read each of the Seagrove cozy mysteries in order and would say that while this may not be one of the best stories in the series, it was still interesting and fun. Each one makes me look forward to the next. A couple of small errors, Lucy instead of Betty, but overall well done.
I thought it was a good book. I gave it a four star rating just like the others in the series. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast easy read.
The circus is in town and another murder occurs. Sadie and the chief must find the killer. Awesome elephants and breast holding events make this a great read
