Chayse McCade learned along time ago that the only person she can depend on, both on and off the motocross track, is herself. Her parents disappointed her on more than one occasion and every relationship she's ever had—platonic, professional, or romantic—has ended in disaster. When a sponsorship offer from Throttled Energy comes along she worries that it's too good to be true. Especially when she meets the know-it-all riding coach they are insisting she work with.
Hoyt Travers is a lot of things. Level headed, discerning, intelligent, patient, or so he thought. That is until his new riding student rolled into his life. She's wild, unpredictable, and gorgeous—all of which she uses to get under his skin in every possible way.
The two of them have undeniable, explosive chemistry that threatens to burn both of their dreams to the ground. Once Chayse let's Hoyt in, she can't seem to keep her protective walls up anymore. Too bad there's a hard rule about them being anything more than colleagues. Hoyt never steps outside the lines but Chayse will push him in more ways than one. Lines will be irrevocably blurred in the final installment of the Wild Riders series.

Born and raised in the middle of a Midwestern cornfield (not literally, that would be weird), I’ve spent my entire life imagining stories. Stories where the right guy always gets the right girl, first kisses are as magical as they are on the big screen and anything is completely possible if you believe.

Although this journey began years ago, it recently took on a whole new life. After years of devouring hundreds of Romance, YA and New Adult novels, I had an epiphany... I should write a book. And I did it!

If I’m not reading, writing, enjoying drinks with my amazing group of girlfriends or chasing around a sarcastically funny kid, I’m probably watching television shows that were created for teenagers, while my husband teases that I’m too old to watch them.

Are you ready to get throttled and whipped to a sexy fast paced romance that will set hearts racing to the beat and purr of a revving engine? If so, get ready to get CLUTCHED as Elizabeth Lee will clutch and grip her readers as she throttles us to one unforgettable motocross love story that will definitely leaves it's mark. Hearts will be set ablaze, sparks will be flying, and a whirlwind of sexual tension will drive readers begging and craving for more of Hoyt Travers!!!!

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “This was what I wanted. I wanted to be taken seriously in a sport that I loved. I wanted to be known for my skill set and not just for being the daughter of Rick McCade. I could do this. I would do this. ”

Elizabeth Lee has definitely throttled her way onto my list of authors to watch out for and becoming an instant favorite of mine. It just felt like yesterday when I first got a message from Elizabeth asking if I was interested in reading one of her books last year. As it turns out, one book was not enough to satisfy my hunger. One book turned to several books later and the next thing you know I am stalking her author's page just to see if she has any upcoming new releases. There is something about her stories that has me wickedly addicted and begging for more. And the Wild Riders Series happens to be one of my addictions!!!! And how could it not be when Elizabeth wrote a series on not just one hot motocross rider but three. Yes, that's right THREE!!!! So ladies, rev up your engine for Reid, Brett and Hoyt as they will make you fall head over heels for them as they race to capture your hearts!!!! So if you read the first two books of the series, then you are all aware that Reid and Brett got their happily ever afters with the Bennett sisters and so that only leaves Hoyt Travers on the open market or so I should I say the "open track".

#CLUTCHED_2

Hoyt is the younger brother of Reid Travers, motocross superstar. Hoyt happens to be also Reid's riding coach. So when Throttle hires Hoyt to be the new riding coach to an upcoming motocross star, Hoyt took the opportunity to prove to himself and the world that he is that good of a coach. And Hoyt's new riding student happens to be the daughter of a motocross legend.

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “Flashes of her on her back staring up at me started to generate in my head. Her lips begging for me to satisfy her. Her eyes glazed over in bliss that I would deliver with my hands and mouth. Her body would be pleading—writhing—for more.”

Chayse McCade is a young nineteen year motocross rider, who is slowly garnering fame and popularity as she slowly inches her way to the top. In a sport where it is a male dominated field, Chayse proves to herself that she deserves this opportunity and shot that Throttle has offered her. And one of the stipulations that Throttle has instilled is that she has a riding coach to help improve her skills and make her the best motocross rider on the circuit. So when Chayse meets Hoyt, she is wildly attracted to him but at the same a little annoyed by his teaching methods. But that all soon changes, when Hoyt proves to her why he is the best riding coach out there.

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “ It seemed to be one or the other with her—thoroughly pissed off or thoroughly turned on.”

The chemistry between Hoyt and Chayse is tangible from the start. There was no denying it. These two were wildly and wickedly attracted to one another. And how could they not be, they were both sexy and single. As much as Chayse wanted to act on her attraction, Hoyt always seem to put a stop to it. For Hoyt, he didn't want to cross that line. He was her teacher and she was his student. She was the forbidden fruit and Hoyt knew that if he took a taste of what she was offering that he would be dangerously addicted.

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “She’d beat him. My racer beat him. My girl beat him.”

#Clutched1

As much as Hoyt tried to distance himself from her, he couldn't. He wanted her bad. He wanted to claim her. Make her his. So when Chayse finally makes him see that this thing between them won't be going away, Hoyt finally admits the truth and gives into his wants and needs. And what Hoyt Travers needs and wants is Chayse McCade. And when Chayse and Hoyt finally got together, these two will find themselves riding dirty in the bedroom. For Chayse gaining fame and popularity might have been one of her dreams in life but soon she will discover that Hoyt might be the ultimate motocross prize. But what happens when someone from Chayse's past threatens to rip everything she has worked hard for and also tries to tarnish the career of Hoyt? Will Chayse be able to fight her way to the top and save the career of the man she loves? Or will she find herself dropping to the bottom and finishing last in the race? Will Hoyt and Chayse learn that there is no finish line when it comes to love because in this race to forever is just beginning?

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “ I pulled his face to mine and captured his mouth instantly, hoping to keep him from seeing the tears I knew were going to fall. It might have been the first time that we’d said I love you, but it just as well may have been the last.”

#CLUTCHED_3

photo 1e5c0ca929a48f3263396946c69e1f_zpstwnhg6sv.gif “Chayse McCade stole my rational thinking the second I saw her. ”

So what can I say but Elizabeth Lee has definitely led her readers to the finish line. And that finish line was a motocross perfection where LOVE was the ultimate prize!!!! With her beautiful prose, raw characters and sexy storyline, Ms. Lee has definitely got us whipped up in love with her motocross heroes. And all I can say is that Hoyt Travers will prove to romance lovers that he will set your hearts racing with his skills on and off the track!!! So if you are looking for a book where sexual tension is palpable, a romance that is fiery hot, and a leading heroine that is strong, confident, and beautiful then CLUTCHED is the book for you. Get ready to get throttled, whipped, and clutched to a dangerously and wild series of motocross love!!!!

Elizabeth Lee has brought her Wild Riders series to an incredibly satisfying close with Hoyt and Chayse’s electrifying story in Clutched. I was addicted from the start, wholly captivated by Chayse’s fiery personality and Hoyt’s adorably meager restraint. These two had a chemistry that was undeniable, intoxicating, and inevitably volatile in all the best ways. Their shared stubbornness and unavoidable feelings led to deliciously heated moments, hilarious banter, and forbidden flirting that kept me grinning throughout their journey. Elizabeth Lee’s writing weaves a spell all its own, mesmerizing readers with its colorful cast of characters, enthralling storyline, and heartfelt emotions. Hoyt and Chayse shared a connection that felt genuine, raw, and perfectly flawed, making it impossible not to become totally invested in their happily ever after. Clutched was fresh, original, and endlessly entertaining, delivering an unforgettable journey full of surprises.

Hoyt was such a fun character to unravel. I love how Elizabeth Lee depicted his struggle to retain a professional distance, adding to the already sky high tension between this couple. As the story progresses, Hoyt’s character experienced some significant growth, learning to let go of his tight grip on life and allowing himself to simply feel. The genuine happiness that Chayse added to his life made my heart soar and it brought out a passion and sweetness in Hoyt that was utterly swoon-worthy. I absolutely adored Chayse. Elizabeth Lee unfolds Chayse at a natural pace, her hesitancy to let Hoyt in and lingering insecurities giving her an authenticity readers can truly appreciate. Chayse was fearless and feisty in a way that leant itself to plenty of witty and sarcastic banter, keeping me laughing and totally transfixed by her wild heart and beautiful spirit.

I absolutely devoured this story, caught up in the thrill of the motocross world and the excitement of Chayse and Hoyt’s careers. I loved seeing more of Reid, Nora, Brett, and Georgia – their appearances throughout the story giving Clutched that comfortable familiarity that has made it so easy for this series to steal my heart. Elizabeth Lee demonstrates significant growth as an author with this novel and the series as a whole. Her writing is exquisite and her mastery of the craft is evident in the meticulous series development, effortlessly overarching storylines, and heartwarmingly interconnected characters. As the timelines overlapped, each novel in the Wild Riders series easily filled in the story of the others, leaving me with a deeply satisfying sense of completeness at the end of Clutched. The Wild Riders series is without a doubt my favorite to date from this talented author and it is undoubtedly one I will return to again and again.

I'm glad I finished this series, but I really hated Hoyt, and Chayse got on my nerves. I really didn't understand their attraction or interest in each other. The enemies to lovers thing, is a trope I usually enjoy, but I felt like it was dragged out here and didn't feel right.

The update on the previous two couples was nice, but not enough to save this story for me.

I really liked the first two books in Elizabeth Lee's Wild Riders series. Both Throttled and Whipped were fantastic reads. I adored the characters and the romance. The friendships were great. All that said, I feel like THIS is the book I've been waiting on from pretty much the very beginning. I've been obsessed with the idea of Chayse and Hoyt since we were first introduced to them and I couldn't wait to get their story. So, as sad as I am that this series is over, I was also thrilled to get to this point because I wanted, no NEEDED, their story.

I LOVED Chayse and Hoyt. There's just no other way to put it. The idea of a female professional motocross rider was appealing from the beginning. I love seeing women in books in roles other than the simpering virgin or any other stereotypes we see frequently. Chayse was strong and had a bad attitude (which was understandable, given some of the things she'd dealt with in the past) but I still loved her. She was sassy. But she was also vulnerable. In other words: human. Hoyt was sexy, swoony and sweet. He's definitely one of my new favorite book boyfriends. I loved that we got both Chayse and Hoyt's POV during this book, too.

The timeline of Clutched does cause it to overlap parts of the first two books, but from a different perspective and I really liked that. It felt like I had the whole story now. One of my favorite things about this book is that we get the WHOLE story of Chayse and Hoyt... from their very first meeting when she learns he will be coaching her. I loved watching these two grow from people who could barely stand each other to friends and eventually to more. It made it all the more real and I got all the feels along the way.

Clutched was everything I wanted and more. I had high hopes going into this book and every single one of them was exceeded. I love a forbidden romance and this one definitely ticked that box. It was sexy as hell and Hoyt had me swooning all over the place. Chayse and Hoyt were perfectly matched and I really enjoyed going along for the ride and waiting for them to figure out what was obvious to me from the very beginning. Getting to catch up with Reid and Nora and Brett and Georgia was a bonus, too. I adore them all and it was great to see how their lives were progressing since their respective books ended.

Wild Riders might be over (*tears*) but I'm hoping we'll see more of these characters in the spinoff, Below the Surface. After reading this book, I'm totally intrigued by Dani and I can't wait to get her story.

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

FAVORITE QUOTES:
“She might be a motocross rider, but she’s still a girl and whether you like it or not she has feelings.”

What’s It All About:

“Chayse McCade learned along time ago that the only person she can depend on, both on and off the motocross track, is herself. Description taken from Amazon.

The Best Parts:
Whoa. That is what I have to say about this book. It is very different from the first two as it has a struggling romance instead of a blossoming one. It made it more thrilling to read because you just don’t know what is going to happen next.

The relationship between Chayse and Hoyt has it’s up and down, but the love for Motocross never fades between them. It becomes almost mutual their love for not just each other, but for what drives them both. They both would sacrifice their careers for each other and what they want to build together. Now with this being said that doesn’t mean that Chayse is the type of girl to just throw it all away, but she will fight for what she wants, just like she fought for her chance at Motocross.

P.s. - The sex. Phenomenal! Like so much freaking tension and the fact that Hoyt finally loses control, but then regains it has total alpha male written all over it.

The Worst Parts:
I was kind of sad that the wedding for Georgia and Brett was kind of looked over, but the epilogue did do justice for them, so I guess I’ll be ok lol.

Also, I LOVED Link. Like can I have him? Perfect friends and even is flirty, but is dedicated to his job and wanting to better himself. Is he real? No, because he is a fictional character, but seriously is he real?

Final Thoughts:
This was a great way to end the Wild Riders series and boy has it been a wild ride. It wasn’t jsut so much that characters popped up in each other books, but that they were intertwined and that the story link form the first book with Brett’s accident travel through all three book and even gets a conclusion. Get story telling here folks.

This series only keeps getting better! While I loved Throttled and Whipped, there's just something about Clutched! It could be because Chayse is a feisty little thing and I just adore her!

It's hard for her being a female in motocross, especially having a famous motocross rider as a father. A father that abandoned her when she was little and one she has no need for. She might have his last name, but her skills on the track is what has landed her a contract with Throttled.

Much to her dismay, they want her to have a riding coach, there's where Hoyt Travers comes in. Being skilled on a bike himself, he would much rather be off the track helping others. After all, he did help his brother Reid.

Chayse isn't too thrilled to have him coach her and doesn't take his criticism very well. She thinks he's arrogant and only has the job because of his brother. Until he shows her up one day on the track.

That's not all he does, he gets under her skin.

--"Hoyt Travers had somehow worked his way under my skin and there was nothing I could do about it. He was there whether I wanted him to be or not."

Even though it goes against their contract, soon Hoyt and Chayse find their attraction hard to resist. And things can get messy!

I love seeing the other characters still show up. And if you've read the first two, you definitely don't wanna miss this one! There are things that are revealed and settled. (Can't tell ya, you gotta read the book *wink*)

I think you'll adore Chayse and Hoyt as much as I did. Elizabeth did a great job on this 3rd and final installment in the Wild Riders series!!

ERIN'S REVIEW
5 STARS

OMG! I am in love with this author! I love the way this story turned out! I love Chayse’s character. She is a strong woman wrapped in a sassy, bada** package. She sure keeps Hoyt on his toes. Hoyt is trying to prove that he is worthy of the job he has been presented with. But Chayse is determined to push his buttons. These two together set the pages to flame. This story is chock full of emotion. These characters spend a lot of time frustrated and in denial. There are a few twists that I didn’t see coming. I love that the author kept me in suspense. I am excited to see what she has in store next!

GINA'S REVIEW

I loved that this book was a little unconventional, that the heroine was the motocross racer and the hero wasn't. This book had the danger of a forbidden romance. With Chayse as the rider and Hoyt as her coach, their relationship was meant to stay professional but their chemistry was so strong they couldn't stay away. There was some angst because of this, that kept me interested in what will happen next. Clutched was a fun book to read! It was funny and got really hot at times. I really enjoyed the characters and how they are all connected throughout each book. While it can be read as a standalone, to get the full effect, I recommend reading all the books in the series.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC. Here's my honest review:

Chayse is strong, beautiful, talented and most of all...nothing what I expected. Hoyt is unbelievable and currently my new book boyfriend.

Clutched is told in duel POV's. This story slightly overlaps the previous two books in the Wild Riders trilogy. We also see more of Team Throttled and their two stars, Reid and Brett.

I really enjoyed this story. Seeing Chayse come into her own with a little guidance from Hoyt was truly satisfying. From what little we see/hear of Chayse in the other books I was expecting a party girl that was full of herself. I wasn't sure I was going to like her. Thankfully, I loved her. She deserved the HEA and the guy :)
Hoyt really grew as well. He was more sure of himself and Chayse really completed him. He was born to be a riding coach.

I really enjoyed Chayse in this book. She was a awesome heroine that also kicked ass in the male dominated sport of motocross. I loved that she was able to take no crap, but also had a softer side that she was reluctant to show. And Hoyt, oh Hoyt. He was such an ass sometimes, but man was he a big softy once you got past that gruff all business exterior. It was fun to see these two struggle with their relationship both professional and personal and fight their attraction to each other. This is the third in the series and can be read as a standalone, but as I was reading I really wanted the other couple's stories, so I will go back and read those too. Overall I really liked the world and characters that Elizabeth Lee created and can't wait to explore it further in Throttled and Whipped.

Clutched

This book was a little slow going for me. I think because I felt like I already knew these characters relationship from the first two books, it would be amazing and I had high hopes for them. I kind of realized very early on that this book would be a slow build up to them actually becoming a couple. Nick's involvement in the Throttled org was always a little skeptical. I could tell that he didn't really care about much other than the check he was receiving. The fact that he tried to get Chayse to sleep with him to "make everything go away" was a joke. Good riddance to him. I'm happy that the whole gang has solidified and new editions are being added. I'm really going to miss this group.

I couldn't wait for Chayse's story. With a Motorcross Park cross-county, it is easy to get caught up in anything to do with motorcross. Clutched is the third and final in Elizabeth Lee's Wild Riders series. Lee gives us a kickass female rider in Chayse McCade. She meets her match in Hoyt Travers.

With tension from the start and a chemistry that builds, Chayse and Hoyt are irresistible. Hoyt and Chayse are both under contract, they fight their attraction. I loved seeing the growth in both characters. We get to see this in Hoyt's coaching Chayse.

It always great to revisit with characters from the previous books. I'm still loving Reid, Nora, Brett, and Georgia.

I can't believe this series is over! I thoroughly enjoyed book one, and book two was great as well. But Chayse and Hoyt have that irresistible "forbidden love" feel to them! And all of the overall series arcs wrapped up nicely. I appreciated the well-plotted-out nature of this series. It wasn't just a three-book series of couples and how they got together. The trilogy had overall plot arcs that kept it interesting, and we received updates on past MCs. By the end, I was so happy for everyone!

I'm also looking forward to Dani's story! That was a neat surprise. :)

4.5 stars. And I officially have dedicated 2016 the year that I will read everything by Elizabeth Lee. I flippin' loved this book!! it makes me want to be a motor cross rider! The only critique that I have is that I would have loved to have a little more detail on Chayse's past. So close to a full 5 stars! Hmmm, could we possibly get Link's story next!?! I hope so because I'm not ready to give up my motor cross fetiah yet ;)

Elizabeth Lee did it again with the 3rd book in this AWESOME motocross series! Chayse is the type of heroine you are rooting for to succeed she is spunky, spirited and just the right amount of vulnerable that you are thinking "awww" & "atta girl!" throughout the entire book! Clutched is HOTTT!!! AND you will NOT be disappointed if are a fan of the other two books in this series...dare I say this might be my favorite story of the 3 ;)

Chayse McCade has learned the hard way the only person who she can rely upon is herself. Her mother is a train wreck and her “sperm donor” father hasn’t even acknowledged her existence. She’s been on her own for a long time—and she’s ready to make a name for herself with the sponsorship she’s been offered through Throttled Energy. She just hopes she doesn’t blow it—because this opportunity is a chance of a lifetime.

Hoyt Travers is ready to make a name for himself too—outside of being known as the brother of Reid Travers, current motocross champion. Hoyt is known for his introspection, level-headedness, patience and calmness. Until he’s hired as Chayse’s riding coach and all those features are thrown to the wayside by Chayse’s stubbornness, unpredictability and beauty. Chayse and Hoyt annoy the hell out of each other—as much as they are attracted to each other!

But relationships between Throttled Energy employees are not allowed—grounds for immediate termination of contract. Can Chayse and Hoyt keep their feelings in check to keep their jobs? Is Hoyt willing to break the rules for once in his life? Is their relationship worth the risk for their futures?

Wow. I’ve really enjoyed this whole Wild Riders series! But I think this last one in the series is my favorite. I loved the dynamic between Chasye and Hoyt. Chayse and her hot-headedness that’s tempered by Hoyt’s calm demeanor—until they really go at it, err…yeah, go at it between the sheets and on the track. I loved catching up with Reid and Nora, and Brett and Georgia—learning that they were still together and planning their futures. I hate to see this series end but it sure does go out on a high note. ~ Missy, 5 stars

This book… My favorite of Ms. Lee’s yet. I know I probably said that about the other two books in this series, but this one truly took me to a good place and made me fall in love with both Chayse and Hoyt.

So Hoyt, if you have read the other books, is the brother of a famous motocross racer. He is also good friends with a freestyle rider. Hoyt helped coach them and up their games, and now he has the chance of a lifetime to coach a new up-and-comer.

Chayse, I am not even sure how to describe her… She is determined to not live in the shadows anymore. She is also bullheaded, sweet, wild, crazy, and fun. When she and Hoyt butt heads (repeatedly) it reminded me of pigtails being pulled on the playground, but in a good way.

So Hoyt is a bit of a control freak, and Sunny has a bit of a stubborn streak, and that makes these two explosive. In the beginning it’s hard to tell if these two will even be able to work together, but you are quick to learn that neither are willing to back down.

I think what I honestly love the absolute most, was the fact that they fought so hard. They fought each other, themselves, their attraction, advice and everything else that was put in front of them. Because of that it made the book that much hotter when they quit fighting “just this once”. The drama that follows is sure to keep you glued to the pages.

I wasn’t sure who I was rooting for at some points, but I knew Ms. Lee wouldn’t let us down. She definitely didn’t—she did backflips over us instead. ~ Devlynn, 4.5 stars

Sexual tension. Oooh, boy... Clutched was LOADED with it! I LOVED the slow build-up between Hoyt & Chayse. Every smug smile & phrase uttered by them that was laced with sexual innuendo was brilliant. They were highly combustible together & I praised the Lord when the horizontal mambo finally happened for them a second time. It was extremely HOT, intense & oh-so-fulfilling. ;) And the way they were both willing to sacrifice their future careers for the other... *le sigh*

Although I had an inkling that another job opportunity might be a possibility for Hoyt, my tummy still got tied up in knots when Chayse made a visit to Throttled headquarters. I was all like, "No, no, no Chayse!" & then I was all like, "Thank the gods for that guy!" Very happy that she crossed paths with that character...

LOVED getting more Reid, Nora, Brett & Georgia. The surprise news from one of those couples was fan-freakin-tastic!

Link... He ended up being such a great guy. What he did for Hoyt & Chayse was incredibly sweet & thoughtful. I don't think there are any plans to give him a book but I think it'd be a lot of fun if he got one! *hint hint*

Beau... It seemed like a long time coming, but I'm so happy that he got what he deserved. (Well, he would be getting it very soon!) Thank you for the suggestion Georgia!!

Such a fab ending to the series! Sad to see it end but LOVED everyone's happily ever afters!!

Although it's not technically a part of the Wild Riders series, excited to read all about Dani's book, Below The Surface! (She makes a brief appearance in Clutched.) Come on Summer 2016!

5 Squeeee Stars!!!

I loved loved loved this book! An awesome ending to a great series, I kinda don't want it to end :(

Chayse and Hoyt were explosive. Hoyt was so in control and on the straight and narrow. He had a plan and he was sticking to it. Having a famous brother and in his constant shadow was hard but he is finally being recognized for his skills and given an opportunity of a lifetime.

Chayse is the daughter of a famous rider but is estranged. She had riding in her blood and is a bit of a wildcard. All she wants to do is ride without all the rules and regulations. Hoyt is in charge of her training. Boy, I want Hoyt to train me! Their sexual chemistry from the start is off the charts. There is just something about the forbidden that makes it that much more HOT. The sex is super scorching, Hoyt tries to do the right thing and keep things professional. Chayse is super baddass but inside shes a gooey marshmallow center that just wants to be good enough for someone to love. I really felt for her and wanted to kick Hoyt in the Nuts and kiss him at the same time because I totally know where he's coming from. He just wanted the best option for both of them.

The ending wraps up in a nice tidy bow, we get to see the entire gang and the "bad guys" got what they deserve :) Gotta love those HEA's

I can't wait to see what other fantastic reads MS Lee has in store for us!

Enjoy!

This third book is an exciting conclusion to the Wild Riders series. Hoyt Travers, is a retired motocross racer who excels at helping riders perfect their performance because of his scientific and analytical mind. He has been hired by Throttled Energy to coach talented rider Chayse McCade. She has a smart mouth and a bad attitude to cover her vulnerability that came from her rough start to life. But Chayse is also strong and determined to prove she can be the best on the track. Hoyt is also trying to prove and separate himself from his famous brothers shadow. Chayse and Hoyt clash from the very beginning. Hoyt can be a real jerk to Chayse but he also shows his sweet and thoughtful side. Soon they realize that they have strong chemistry that isn't limited to the race track. They try to deny their feelings and keep their relationship professional because they both have so much on the line. But as their walls begin to crumble will they be able to deny their attraction? I really liked Hoyt and Chayse together, they challenged each other and made a strong team. This story is full of deep emotion, fun banter and steamy romance and I enjoyed every word of it. I hadn't read the first 2 novels and do not feel that diminished my enjoyment of this story. But I am very excited to go back and read them because I like this one so much!

Oh my. I was pretty thrilled to get to Hoyt and Chayse's book. And it didn't let me down. I freakin loved it. So much going on and the thrill of having to be a secret was great.

Hoyt is a control freak at heart. He wants control in everything and is a firm believer that is his way or no way. But he's good at what he does and more often than not he's right. I love his passion for racing and having an eye to help others. Only he wants to do more than just help Chayse. She pisses him off and challenges him at every turn. It's great to see him so flustered.

Chayse is a free soul with a difficult past. She wants to race and have fun. Only her coach is a major pain in the ass. He says no fun and all work. She gives him hell with her spit fire personality and take no shit from anyone attitude. As much as Hoyt makes her mad she wants him even more.

I love the crackle and pop chemistry! It was great to read with lots of ups and downs. This series was great and I really enjoyed the characters and banter.

This is the first book in the series that I’ve read and I loved it!

Chayse is a motor cross junkie who has just signed her first big contract and been assigned a coach. Not super happy about the prospect but willing to do anything to get a name for herself she agrees to the coaching. Chayse’s father was big in motor cross but not in her life and she’s hated him since he abandoned her and her mom when she was a child. When Chayse meets her new coach, Hoyt, the sparks are immediate but so is the bickering. The two butt heads on just about every aspect and Hoyt becomes more volatile the more he fights his attraction to Chayse. When the two finally decide to admit their feelings for one another sparks fly and this becomes one steamy read.

I love Chayse and Hoyt’s relationship from the very beginning, their interactions are hilarious from the get-go and had me cracking up. I also love the supporting characters in the book, Link was probably my favorite. He seemed to be a douche at the beginning but what he does for Chayse was too sweet and I’m sad that this is the last book in the series because I’d love to read his story!

I have enjoyed this series but this final book just didn’t do it for me like the first two. The story didn’t hold my attention like books one and two and I had to push my way through when I wanted to give up and mark it DNF.

This is Hoyt Travers’ and Chayse McCade’s story. A heads-up. They are not a couple for most of the book and that was a big disappointment for me. I also had an unclear picture whether Hoyt was happy with his job or just doing what he had to to earn a paycheck. He lacked confidence and always seemed worried about something or the other. I guess I viewed his character as weak and it's hard for me to get enthused about a character when I feel that way. The story drug throughout and I thought the two would never get together. To sum it up: It is tough to read a book and feel good about it when you don't care for either the hero or the heroine. I guess that really says it all.

The third and final novel in the Wild Riders series focuses on Hoyt and Chayse - finally!! Hoyt has been a secondary character throughout the series, and I couldn't wait to get his story. We get to see him in his element in Texas when he is assigned to train Chayse McCade on how to hone her skills and be a better rider. The tension between the two is palpable, and since they work together they try to keep their feelings from getting in the way. I loved Chayse's kick-ass attitude and seeing Hoyt try to get her under control. I highly, highly recommend not only this book, but the Wild Riders series as a whole.

While the Wild Riders series is over :'( I can't wait for Daniella and Dylan's story - Below the Surface.

Spicy & Fun - loved it!!

I make no secret that I adore the Wild Rider's series. From the very beginning I was sucked into the wild motocross lifestyle.

I must say, usually when I read a series I tend to favor one of the set of characters over the rest but with this series I can honestly say that wasn't the case. Every single character was unique and flawed in their own way - it made each book so much more enjoyable to read!!

Elizabeth developed Hoyt and Chayse in a way I didn't see coming - both were so similar, feisty, spunky, vulnerable. I loved their banter, their push and pull. It was absolutely wonderful.

Clutched was a perfect end to the Wild Rider's series - as much as I hated to see them go, it wrapped up so perfectly!!

Another great one by Elizabeth Lee!!
