I only know one position—on top.
ANDY
I do whatever it takes to win. That’s why I’m a Formula One champion. And I’m going for the prize again this year, no matter what my team says. But I’ll play their game—so long as it benefits me.

Now there’s a beautiful woman traveling with me to make sure I wear the team sponsor’s outfits and smile at all the right moments. I’m going to make Sara smile, all right. But not about what I’m wearing.

In fact, clothes won’t be involved at all.

SARA
Working PR for a fashion house and traveling the world? I’m not complaining. Even if it means putting up with a womanizer like Andy.

Yes, he’s sexy as hell. But I’m nothing to him—just another score, someone to warm his sheets for a night and then be forgotten. He’s going to learn I’m not that easy.

At least, that’s what I keep telling myself.

This novel is a full-length bad boy romance with a happily ever after and NO CHEATING. For a limited time, it also includes full-length novel Royally Wrong as a bonus.

Teagan Kade thinks talking about yourself in the third person is silly, just like her collection of snow globes and rare manga. When she's not being silly, she's hanging out with her own Storm and two children in the south of Australia, dreaming of new characters and torturous ways they can get themselves into trouble. Teagan loves hearing from her readers, all of whom are as dear to her heart as salted caramel cookies. Shoot her an email at: [email protected]. She doesn't bite.

So this is the third book in the series and I'm done. I was giving it two since they are fairly short in case the first was a fluke, but unfortunately it looks like they're all this way. If you're looking for a bad boy, sports or otherwise, that isn't really these guys. They are just misogynistic jerks who only see women as objects. There is more to a bad boy that being disrespectful to women and yelling I do what I want like a petulant child.

Throttle is a fast-paced book, which laps around the Formula One circuit. Literally. Each chapter covers the race action in a different city on the worldwide circuit. You'll be following the Hero/Heroine around from Australia to Abu Dhabi, with nineteen other stops along the way. The book actually follows all the stops, in order, that occur in genuine Formula One racing. No, I'm not a big enthusiast that knows the schedule. I looked it up. And I'm impressed that Teagan Kade went through that much trouble to make this book realistic for real racing fans who might be interested. Each city/chapter has mentions of the local culture, food, and race venue.
Now you may be thinking, who cares? What about the story? Well, that was written with equally passionate attention to detail. It features top rated driver Andy Fortes and fashion coordinator Sara Young. Sara is responsible for being sure Andy and teammate Carl are impeccably dressed at public appearances in her company's latest fashions. Although Andy was the previous year's formula one champion, team manager Steven Jones, with less than honorable intentions, is determined for Carl to be champion this year, no matter what it takes. Needless to say, the team is rife with fighting, backstabbing and tension, which grows worse at each race on the circuit. Meanwhile, the sexual tension keeps building between good girl Sara, intent on doing a great job, and womanizing Andy, who increasingly sees Sara as more than just another conquest to be won. So there's a whole lot of action on the track, behind the track, and after the track.
This is a book that has a lot going on at once, and yet everything jells together just the way it should. And as hot as it can get inside those racing suits, things can get a whole lot hotter out of them! This latest edition in the “Bad Boy Sports Romance” collection is one you won't want to miss, whether racing is your thing or not.

I liked this book. The layout of the book was different. I liked how the author used the different cities where Andy was racing as the chapters. That was cool. I wished she gave a bit more of a transition from the end of one chapter to the next rather than a mere mention in the next chapter. The characters were developed, but could still use a little more work. There is some information about who they are as people, but not a lot. Andy was bit of an a**h*le, but a likable one for the most part. I kept hoping that he would reign in his temper and figure out what was happening with his car, but he seem to always throw a tantrum and storms off. As far as Sara, she was too indecisive at times. She took a lot and then ran away, leaving Andy hanging. I know a woman can always change her mind but she was pretty much a pendulum of “should I stay” or “should I go”…almost all the time she is running away; this got a little tiresome.

The romance between Andy and Sara was slow and minimal. Although there was a HEA, I felt that Andy and Sara’s romantic journey could have been giving some more attention. Even though what was lacking in the romance was made up with a lot of erotic sex (once Sara finally says yes to Andy). The sex was raw, dirty and thrilling (if a little over the top i.e. garage scene). All in all I liked this book. The writing was not bad and the book flowed very well. Also, I liked the epilogue a lot.

ARC generously provided in exchange for honest review.

This is the second book I have read by Teagan Kade, and I am an addict. I don't know what it is right at the moment, but I cannot consume sports romances fast enough. This book kept me entertained, so much in so, that I was literally late getting back from lunch on Tuesday (oops)!

Teagan Kade's writing is much like Alexa Riley's where it is insta-love, must have you under me. But the difference is Teagan Kade has a plot (don't worry Alexa Riley, your still my go-to smut author). Throttle was the perfect read for a lonely night. Andy and Sara had such chemistry that I never wanted the book to end. While I was sad to see this book end, I was afforded my HEA.

I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to read this book before it was published. I hope I get another sneak peek for the next book as I'm sure it will be another great book.

Andy is a Formula One driver and Sara is a PR exec who works for a company sponsoring his team. For some reason, she is traveling with the team to dress Andy and his teammate, who is also his biggest rival.

I found the writing of this just really awkward. For one thing, it has the oddest combination of feeling rushed while simultaneously having nothing happen. Every chapter is essentially the same thing. Andy loses a race, shouts at everyone because he thinks something is wrong with his car, and flirts and/or bangs the FMC. Nothing is really developed so it feels like you're just flipping through the same pages over and over. So it feels really drawn out, but because every chapter ends like a door slammed in your face and then the following chapter begins in a completely different country in the middle of a completely different situation, it feels like your rushing through it at the same time. Just odd. I also don't think there was much relationship building in here because the flow is just off.

There's also a lot in here that just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Like why the team manager would have bet against Andy, who already had a championship under his belt.

And at one point, they have sex in the garage and use oil that was spilled on the floor as lube...on her....

AWESOME!!!! Just what I love in a book!! HEA, no breakups, a perfect match between two people and they waiting, (just wished they would have went on a date ;) )!

The first chapter I couldn't get into this book, I'll admit. I think it was just I never paid attention to the racing world and had no idea about Formula one! I did a little research when I didn't understand something, which helped a lot!

I love how Andy and Sara are first introduced. I could tell right from the start they have a connection. What I did like was how Sara made Andy wait for their first time, that was impressive. I wasn't expecting what happened with Steven, he was narrating a part of the chapters. I starting reading and had to go back to see who it was. It was a nice surprise. But we got a look in to his thinking. My heart starting pounding when I realized what Steven was going to do with Sara. I loved the suspense of this book on what was going to happen next. I was scared for Sara at times, but in the end she came out the bold and brave one.

I only wish we could see what happened to Steven and Stacie. I only wish for them to have the punishment they deserve.

WOW! A must read!

Forgive me, I’m at a loss for words for a moment! I just finished this book, but felt I had to leave a review-something I rarely do. Of the 150ish books I’ve read just this year, according to Kindle insights anyway, this book is at the top of best reads yet. I loved a story that was different! It has intrigue, excitement, and characters so real, you feel like they could be your best friends. Most books I have read, thus far, have storylines similar to .....they meet, they banter, they hook up, they ponder their feelings, they argue over lack of communication, to later come back and make up...the end. Nothing like that in this book. The characters are actual adults, real, the emotions described to T by what I have decided is my fave author to date. Thank you Teagan for a fantastic read!

I enjoyed the story. Andy was almost to arrogant for my taste, but his protective side won out. Basically you know who the antagonist is from the start, but the suspense of what is going to happen next is there. I was never 100% what Sara's job was other than dress the characters. Sometimes I felt things were little too drawn out for my taste. I thought In my opinion Teagan Kade did a good job of bringing me into the race. I read on Kindle Unlimited.

This was a bonus book in Hustle. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the relationship between Sarah and Andy, but Andy's relationship with his sponsor? manager? (I could never figure out who exactly he was), became confusing and the resolution of that felt rushed. Good chemistry between the hero and heroine.

I loved this great F1 story with a touch of crime story and thriller.
It is an exciting read with a slowly building up tension and an almost heart stopping final…
Both characters feel very genuine, with all their ambitions to succeed in their professions.
They are created profound and a little edgy, authentic in their emotions and feelings…

A really exciting sports romance!

Fantastic story

Wow! The length some people will go through to maintain their gambling habits. Andy and Sara had obstacles but they didn't let that stop them from being together. I love that Andy didn't take any bull sh* t from that awful man. I hope he got what he deserved in the end. Brilliant writing.

This was something. The first 70 pages I actually did not mind. Sara and Andy were cute and the F1 part was well done. But what is with authors wanting to be dramatic and add some kidnapping and mob shit. Just leave it simple and that they just want to sabotage through strategy not literal extreme measures.

DNF… Nothing against the book, just the lead was too young. Might be more of a book for a younger reader.
Again, I’m sure folks will really enjoy it, just not my cup of tea.

Lots of action in this book and not just on the track! In this new book by Teagan Kade we meet Andy and Sara. Andy is a cocky Formula 1 driver used to fast cars and fast women. Sara is a PR rep for a fashion company and has been sent to Andy's team as a sponsor rep. She is there to dress the drivers and make sure they represent the brand well. Sara is not like Andy's usual conquests and he sees her as a challenge--one he intends to win.

I always like the action in Teagan's books whether it is in the form of basketball, soccer, or racing. There always that behind the scenes action that sucks you in as much as the passion between the main characters. Andy and Sara's courtship doesn't go how you would expect, but the author doesn't disappoint either. The outcome will remind you of a popular racing movie that's for sure. Loved it! !

I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review (Thank you!).

Andy is a racing champion and he’ll do anything to keep winning. Sara is the new fashion PR traveling with the team. Andy wants her and knows he can make it happen, but will Sara jeopardize her career for the sexy racer’s antics and love-‘em-and leave-‘em style?

I always enjoy Ms. Kade’s sexy romances, but with Throttle, I had a bit of a struggle getting involved in the story. With each chapter starting in a different country I thought it would really keep me engrossed, but that made it a little difficult to keep up with. Now, the second half of the book picked up speed like a lightning storm hit. It got so hot I nearly got burned! I could barely keep up with the bouts of erotic sex and all the different countries the hero and heroine traveled to suddenly meant a whole lot more (lol)! I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed myself after all. I will always look forward to more from Ms. Kade! 4 Stars!

Andy Fortes is at the top of his game in the Formula One track. He loves fast cars and fast women. When he meets Sara Young, a representative of a high-end sponsor, he has to get her in his bed. First, he’ll have to break down the wall of ice she has separating them.
Surprisingly, I really liked this book. I’m not too big on contemporary and I hadn’t heard of the author before, but I like the Sports Romance themes and the description caught my attention. Regardless of it being a quick read, I thought the author did a great job of giving a full story, throwing in some unexpected twists while building the tension and relationship between the two main characters. The hot scenes were just a bonus! I highly recommend this story.

This story snags you from the start. Andy is a F1 race driver. He likes his life and women hot, tight, and fast. After his championship last year his team manager brings on a new driver for a first position. Andy is livid, and he is the type of guy that he doesn't takes things lying down. So he drives and he drives fast.

Sara works in fashion. As one of the sponsors for the team she follows them and dresses them in the image of her company. She knows she needs to stay away from Andy as she has been burned before, but she can't seem to resist the the heat.

This is a fast paced story, with deception, intrigue, speed, and hot drivers with jumpsuits opened to the waist. A great read from Teagan, and awesome descriptions of the cities.

Received this complimentary arc copy from the author for an honest review.
OMG , there is so much going on in this story. It's not just about the hero Andy Fortes and heroine Sara Young , PR for a Fashion Company getting together. It is about team rivals, Carl wanting to win, plots by team manager Steven Jones and Ex girl Stacey. You get to go around the world visiting different countries too. Lots of action, dramatics, passion, relationships and so much more. A slow build up between Andy and Sara but there are reasons why and it is well worth it in the end. Good plot, lots of action and lots of hot sex . Phew.

Although it took me a bit to get into this one (maybe due to the unique way the chapters are setup), I ended up really enjoying the story. Andy and Sara make a good couple and do have to do some work to get their HEA. I like the epilogue but thought it was interesting that there was such a gap (time-wise) between the end of the story and the epilogue.

If you enjoy sports romances with hot athletes and sexy women, definitely check this one out. I received an ARC of this book from Hidden Gems in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and words contained here are entirely my own.

This is a smoking hot bad boy romance that I loved reading! I've only read one or two sports romance stories where the hero is a race car driver and I must say that this was one of my favorites by far! Andy is into fast cars and fast women and I love how Sara gives him a run for his money. There's a bit of suspense thrown into the mix that makes this story that much more interesting and kept me wondering what was going to happen next. I highly recommend reading this to anyone to read and I received a copy of this book from Hidden Gems in exchange for an honest review.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Very suspenseful, very fast paced, well written story. I really enjoyed the play between Sara and Andy, sparks flying even as their relationship went from business to a more personal understanding and finally into a relationship. I like how it gave a glimpse into the world of Formula 1 racing and the jet setting of racing around the world in it's circuit. Great read!

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. I'm not sure what I expected based upon the synopsis of this book. What I got was 10 times better than I expected. Suspense hooks me every time, and there was just enough of that thrown in with all the trimmings of the race world. Each chapter is a different country for the next race, new sights, and sometimes problems. It wasn't long until I was hooked on the ride, and loved every minute of it
