If you are looking to A.) scale up your small business and make it more profitable and B.) build your business and mitigate some of the pitfalls that most small business owners and entrepreneurs experience in the first 5 years, this is a book you will want to digest.
I cringed with a few of the situations in this book- cringed because it gave me flashbacks of mistakes I made in the first 2 businesses I started--in some of these situations, I would have loved the suggestions that are offered in the book.
If you enjoyed the book "E-Myth", you will really enjoy this book

Much of the information presented was not new. However, I loved the approach and method. Following Jack’s (the story’s fictitious entrepreneur) journey, reshaped my perspective on the things that I had done/not done in my own business. A great read for any aspiring entrepreneur or the established business owner looking towards the next phase or just needing a recharge.
