I remember reading this book awhile ago and I tried many times to finish it but in the end I had to give up on the story. Not that it's not a good one, it is, but all those details were too much for me to enjoy and connect with the characters and the plot. The story has much potential and that's why I feel like this would have been an amazing love story had the author written maybe hundred or so pages less. I know that I always wish for authors to write more, to give us more of their great stories but with this one, that was the opposite. Sometimes less is more and that's exactly the case with this book, at least for me.

So this book needs to be broken up into separate sections. I can't gush but it was good. Mostly I want the author to read this and maybe take some idea's from it because I think she could be fantastic. There were some things that were done very well and some things that needed to be worked on.
Technical content/writing- I was pretty impressed with this debut author’s ability to write a book and tell a story. Her dialogue is engaging and flows easily. She has a lyrical way of writing that I do not see in many contemporary romance writers. I would like to see her write either an adventure fantasy, historical or a rom-com any of those would fit in well (I think better) with her writing style. Although one of the things that makes it good is her passion for the subject of cars because of love so what do I know. It’s a mixture of antiquated/proper English and current pop/internet culture it was so unique that it was interesting by itself. The plot lines were mostly filled in and I did not see an abundance of trope insertion for angst.
The book was flat out to long. There were scenes that could and should have been edited. I am not going to say she should not be as descriptive. I actually enjoyed it as I said above she has a different style of writing that I just enjoyed reading but there were many scenes in the book that had the same content but different location. Mostly they were between the h/H and how much they adore each other. I liked it but after the 4th one or so it became redundant and I started to skim a little. The sex was seriously hot but that could have been edited down a bit to save page space and still would have been hot.
The characters- I have a personal appreciation for instalove and over the top protective possessive Hero’s and this one hit that in spades. He was the perfect prince charming.
The h was a little harder to connect with. Mostly because the internal over the top talking about fat, societies views on fat, how it affects someone etc got overly descriptive and in-depth. It started to sound like the authors voice coming through rather than the character. To be blunt it became almost preachy and sounded like a chip on the author’s shoulders that she needed to talk about. Luckily it didn’t happen so much that it detracted from the story but it was enough to jar me from the storyline and wonder what the purpose of the paragraphs were. Perhaps the author wants to use her writing as a medium to inspire thoughts of society and how they treat people with any type of difference. I am not sure but I tend to read self help books for that style of writing it came across as a little abnormal and not what I look for in a contemporary romance. I did like that she was self assured and confident when she wasn’t talking about her fat issues and societies issues with her fat issues.
The ending was a little overplayed with how the h handled the H about a situation but that could just be personal taste.
I see massive potential in this author that excites me. I think she could make some great work. Not good, great as in way above average but she needs to find her nitch. I will definitely be stalking her for more. The raw talent is there.

4 “One Engine — One Heart.” Stars.
I’m going to start quoting part of the warning: “If you aren’t a lover of extreme alpha males leads then this book is NOT for you.”
With that being said, let’s start.

We totally agree on that. Biting Point is not just muscles, cars and sex. NO!. Biting Point is a story about friendship, loyalty and love. A chaotic-passionate love that will have you swooning over Titan “Three—T” Thomas.
Kaidence is good girl. She lives with her parents and owns an ice-cream parlor. It could be said that she has everything in life but deep down she is seeking for more. Being a plus-size girl hasn't been easy for her; we know how society rules the word and sadly, plump girls are always an easy target. A past full of heartache still lingers every day in the recesses of her mind, making her feel insecure about herself. Not worthy of a happily-ever-after. But she is not alone. Maybe she doesn't have the prince she is so desperately waiting for but she has a family. A family and two best friends that will do everything for her.
I feel so connected with Kaidence. I’m not a plus-size kind of girl. But I think the emotions she was going through not only apply to curve girls but to a lot of girl out there. Exist many other factor that can make you feel not worth it. The author words made me shred some tears. Tears for a girl who at some point in her has felt that pain.

The things Titan said to Kaidence were to die for. Ms. Lezlynn’s writing was beautiful. I fell in love with many of the words she used to make K fall in love with T. My only but was the little overused of brands. It was something unnecessary and it resulted a little annoying to me.
The friendship between the league and the girls was something I loved about this book. They were supportive for each others, their was the kind of friendships you don't see a lot nowadays. So to witness it here was very pleasing.
What happens when secrets are revealed? When your king is not who you think he was?
Will the queen leaves his king? Or will they ride together, as one, til' the end?
Sexy, action-packed yet, heart-melting, Biting Point will have your heart racing at 1,000 miles per hour.

October 31, 2016I applaud any author who puts themselves out there. As one who is struggling to write and raise a family myself along with working a high stress job full time.. Its extremely hard.
So when I DNF a book I want to adamantly say that it's usually me not the book. I'm about to be 43 this week. Gasp it's unreal to me. So my tastes have changed extremely over the past few years since I am a mother of an adult child (Man) and he's married with a family. So now reading about younger characters is a different experience for me. If they aren't really mature I just can't connect. So this book was just not something I could connect with. It had amazing imagination and really great world building. Azalea has talent and I can't wait to see what's in store for her. I just will need to move towards older characters or more mature. I really thank her for reaching out to me for the Blitz. Good luck Azalea

What I really liked about this story was that the heroine was plus size. The only downside was that she didn't have much self confidence. Not all plus size woman have insecurity issue. We have plus size models, actresses, singers etc. So I wish the author would have gone a different route and made the heroine more self confident. Titan was an alpha male to the extreme! At times he was a little too much for me but I knew he was a good guy deep down. Through out the book I was waiting for the heroine to develop more of a backbone but it never really happened to my liking. There was a part in the book where Titan was 100% wrong and she took him back 123. I like my women feisty when it comes to dealing with alpha males. Or to at least develop a backbone later on. Also I couldn't feel the connection with Kaidence and Titian. The sex scenes are hot (minus that strawberry scene)but as far as that connection it wasn't there for me at all. I really enjoyed the car world aspect of this story. The author did a lot of research to make everything realistic. I liked how she knew a lot of ins and outs of the car world. There are also a series of mysterious notes and acts of vandalism that are going on. When the person and motive are revealed it had me scratching my head. I honestly thought it would have been the other person since it would have made more sense. At times I felt the story was a little bit all over the place. I would have liked certain things to be tied up but I'm guessing in the next book there will be answers. In closing I didn't hate the book but it just didn't love it as I hoped it would. Please don't let my review stop you from reading since everyone reads a book differently. This is could an amazing 5 star read for you and I wouldn't want you to miss out!

Imagine being an author and writing a book about yourself as the main character. Congratulations on writing the worst book in existence.

Biting Point was a quick and easy read for me. It is Azalea Amy Lezlyn's debut novel. This story is sexy, fun and entertaining. The story-line was fun and unique. The characters pulled me and made me want to know more about them. I loved Kaidence. I loved the confidence that she felt about herself and her size. Yes, she did have some issues with her looks at time, but nothing out of the ordinary or that you would find annoying. Titan was a lot of fun. He was sexy, protective and wasn't afraid to go after what he wanted from Kaidence. From the moment he saw her, he knew he had to make her his and would stop at nothing until he got her. I loved how caring he was towards Kaidence and how he made her want to take a chance on him and a relationship. And mostly, I loved that he liked Kaidence for who she was and didn't try to change her.
Overall, I thought this was an ok read. There were a few bumps along the way, but for the most part, I think this is a really great debut novel. I think the author has a lot of potential. I'm looking forward to reading more from her in the future.

This was a fun book to read..full of sex and some drama.This story deals with one of the biggest issue that we have,being a size 16 which don't always mean being over weight but that is how society see it.
I love that the author didn't use the norm super model,even thought the Male heroine was perfect when it comes to the physical aspect.You have your typical rich ,alpha hero just my type of character..I love how Titan love Kai and shows her everyday that she is beautiful on her on skin.
Definitely a hot read full of sex and cars.

5 "Can I Keep You?" Stars!
I like to start off with as much honestly as I can when it comes to these reviews. With that being said, I can tell you I almost shied away from this one. I have this weird thing with certain covers that make me not even want to give a book a chance. (I know that's horrible, right?) Well if that's you as well when it comes to this book, I'm telling you now, don't let that stop you from devouring everything this book is. Because I can guarantee you, you will regret it if you do...
Kaidence Lezamy has only ever known a few things in life. One, family is and always will be her lifeline. Two, thanks to her grandpa, "ice cream takes the pain away." And three, after years of bullying and body shaming her curvy, plus size figure and curves, she wonders if she'll ever find the king to her queen. Someone to show and teach her more in life, and most importantly, to show her just how trapped inside herself she is not.
"But most of all - even though I have everything in life, deep down I am seeking chaos. Someone to help me change the way I see the world. I feel trapped in who I am."

I've never felt as connected to a book as I have this one. The adrenaline, the passion, the love, but most importantly, the life lessons, are what makes this book EVERYTHING! It teaches so many different life values that I feel a lot of women need to know about. It doesn't matter where you come from and it shouldn't matter what your body type is. EVERYONE is beautiful in their own right and way. And to those who tell you otherwise... well, fuck them.
I like to start off with as much honestly as I can when it comes to these reviews. With that being said, I can tell you I almost shied away from this one. I have this weird thing with certain covers that make me not even want to give a book a chance. (I know that's horrible, right?) Well if that's you as well when it comes to this book, I'm telling you now, don't let that stop you from devouring everything this book is. Because I can guarantee you, you will regret it if you do...
Kaidence Lezamy has only ever known a few things in life. One, family is and always will be her lifeline. Two, thanks to her grandpa, "ice cream takes the pain away." And three, after years of bullying and body shaming her curvy, plus size figure and curves, she wonders if she'll ever find the king to her queen. Someone to show and teach her more in life, and most importantly, to show her just how trapped inside herself she is not.
"But most of all - even though I have everything in life, deep down I am seeking chaos. Someone to help me change the way I see the world. I feel trapped in who I am."

I'm a huge Fast and Furious fan, and when I read the synopsis I was like 'yes!'. This is Azelea debut novel and first in the Sex on Wheels series, and she should be very proud! It's was a great page turner, and I can't wait to read the rest of the series, get writing girl!

Our heroine in the book is Kaidence, the beautiful thing about this character is she's isn't your stereotypical female heroine, she's isn't 'model thin, with curves in the right places, or a perky rack', she doesn't have family issues, over critical parents, history of abuse, daddy issues etc, but she's shit out of luck finding love, she is a natural beauty with size 16 (18 in UK) curves, but just can't find 'the one', and this knocks her confidence and self-esteem, the usually insecurities a more voluptuous lady feels, she just wants to be somebody's someone.
On her 26th birthday her sister arranges for Kaidence to go and watch Exotic Car Racing (why do they not have this in the UK?!), and arranged a surprise after party. Queue 1 very hot, Italian Stallion, alpha, racing car driver, Titian (Three-T)! Kaidence and Titian meet at the party, Titan approaches her, and they instantly have a connection. As the story develops Kaidence is full of self doubt and doesn't believe Titan can love her for who she is, and has to learn to put her trust in him, especially as some revelations in Titan's past come to light, and their relationship hits a few speed bumps in the road, choices are to be made, bonds formed and broken. It's not a straightforward romance novel, there is some pretty steamy sex scenes, a lot of secrets, and illegal racing.
The characters in the book are extremely well written, and you instantly bond with them all. It's always great when you can sit down and lose yourself in a book, I was there at Kaidence's birthday party, bopping away taking it all in. Praise to Azelea!
And a notable mention to the dedication and forward at the beginning beautiful!... you'll have to buy the book and read it yourself.

Biting Point is the book which has ruined me in all ways. If I could give ratings according to my liking, it is definitely "infinite stars."
This is the book that I had been searching all my life. Biting Point is like the holy book to my religion. It is my phoenix, my very own Griffin. Each emotion by this story has rendered me speechless, and to be honest, that never happens. No book till date has had such an impact on me. Like Kaidence, I wasn't into racing, but now I want to know more about it.
One Engine...One Heart.
Biting Point is not just any story. Books until now have me awed, made me love the story, but not this. This is so much more than any other story for me. I connect to it on so many levels. Our female character, Kaidence, who is self-conscious, is something I relate to the most. The need to find someone who will finally love you with everything he has, is the basis of this story. I have never seen such deep emotions.
Titan is the King to his Queen, Kaidence and he will do anything and everything in his power to have Kai-Doll by his side. They Burn Together.
Its a story of trust, hope, love, truth and lies. But most importantly deep and passionate love. Biting Point doesn't just focus on Titan-Kai, yes, this is their story, but all other characters are given equal importance.
For me, the entire book feels like a spoiler. I don't want to give away much about the story. But trust me when I say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. YOU WON'T REGRET READING IT.

I read this book in in less than 24 hours and I utterly enjoyed it. I went in blind and with no expectations but I was done, I was in absolute awe! This is the debut book if the author and I am simply amazed by the writing. I mean, once I got started I just kept flipping the pages for more! The chemistry between Titan and Kaidence is off the charts hot for sure! I loved how the author created her own fictional world where this book takes place. The cars and racing scenes were so vivid, I clearly imagine them. Yes, some things are definitely illegal and not real but this is fantasy- we get to dream! I felt so connected with the characters, my heart just broke for Kaidence at times when she hurts. I want a prince just like Titan for myself lol- he is the ultimate book boyfriend! I need more of this fabulous couple and I cannot wait for the next installment in the series!

Do you believe in destiny?
Wow! I do not know how to start writing a review for this book. I am blown away right now. Biting Point by Azalea Amy Lezlynn is one amazing book to read. First, I LOVED that her girl character is not a typical skinny girl but a plus size. It feels so real while reading this book. Kaidence is such a unique and beautiful name. This girl is surrounded with very supportive and conservative parents and friends that are bound for life since they were younger. She also has an ice cream parlor that I bet will melt your mouth but also your soul to her kindness.
Titan is in the other hand is sex on wheels. He is rich, very controlling yet has a heart of gold. This guy is beyond the epitome of a perfect alpha male. I wish he is exist in real life. The world is a better place to live in.
I laugh, cried at the same time so in-love with these two characters. They are destined since they were little. I have goosebumps while reading this book. The adrenaline is pumping me up. The story is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. Did I say, it is very hot too. Phew! You might need many cold showers. The book is hard to put it down. If you love cars and ice cream, then you will be amaze how this story. It will melt your mouth at the same time blaze on fire like in-front of the fireplace. Sweetness and hotness rolled into one. This book is unbelievable. It is one of the best book I read this month. Ms. Lezlynn did a phenomenal job writing this first book. I cannot wait to read the second book. My hats off to the author.

I just finished reading BITING POINT (Sex on Wheels #1) by Azalea Amy Lezlynn and now I am wondering how to explain this book to other readers.
Let me try like this …
Think of it like a cocktail
The dedication at the beginning of the book (which is a beautiful one by the way) gives you a good idea about the book but I think it leaves out some important things
You need a big dose of fairytale and girly power (Ahm but not the Disney fluffy princess version – more the real life size 16 one)
Take a hot domineering Alpha male (I am talking Gideon Cross style) and place him in a “Fast and Furious” version of your favorite fairytale. Yeah thinking about it I am acutally picturing Paul Walker here – his eyes were just one of the most remarkable ones I ever saw.
Still keep in mind we are talking fairytale style (so do not take the setting to serious there is just to much that you might find over the top or unrealistic) and while you are shaking that cocktail you might want to at a hint of “Driven” by K. Bromberg just for good measures.

I had the privilege of reading this Wonderful Book for my Honest Review.
I was excited to read this and after getting a snippet of it I was hooked.
This book is beautiful and soul touching and One you have Got to read it will have you wanting more.
We meet Kaidence who's not your average skinny Marie she's a curvy woman with a heart of gold, yes she's had a rough ride trying to find love and I mean real love which has left her feeling alone and with no self esteem.
All she wants is for someone to see her as someone and when she has her birthday and her beloved sister organised a special party at a place called Exotic Racing, she's self conscious of herself with one feature that is striking to have heads turn ( Who wouldn't ) She's the centre of attention and then she meets him.
Will he see her and look beyond her walls she has build?
Can she let go and fly and learn to trust what's in front of her?
Well you better read this book to find out and you won't be disappointed as I never give anything away.
This book will have you glued to find out what's next.
I loved that we had a all natural woman who struggles but still holds her head high and smiles. Never judge a book by its cover ie: She is never to be judged just because she's a little heavier on the scales.

Amazing, amazing, amazing book!!!!!! You get everything in this book edge of your seat action, heart wrenching scenes, hot steamy sex, and characters that will keep you laughing. I loved the story line, it keeps you interested throughout the whole book. The racing scenes make me feel like I'm in the movie The Fast and the Furious. Let's get to Titan and Kaidence, their chemistry was out of this world. I love that Kaidence is such a real character. She's plus size, has insecurites like everyday women have. She's also confident too, successful but vulnerable. She's complicated just like every woman is and that's what I loved about her. Titan is an alpha male through and through, he's successful, loyal. He has a sweet side when it comes to his Kai doll and i loved those moments between them. Loyalty is a big thing in this book, there are so many great characters. I loved getting the povs from each of the guys when they raced. This is the first book I've read by this author, it's also her debut novel and she absolutely blew me away. I'm very excited to read the next book. So if you want to read a book about hot racers, with plenty of action and some hot hot scenes go get this book. You will not be disappointed.

I found this very slow to get into, the getting to know Kaidence part I found kinda boring and it didn't pick up till chapter 4 when we're introduced to Titan. He's written as a racing god, uber alpha, demanding and domineering. I didn't buy the Insta love between Titan and Kaidence, I have read several books where this has happen but it did not work here. There needed to be more interaction with said couple to believe they were so in love, no chemistry whatsoever, it just went too quickly to them being in love instead of developing them as a couple.
I had to skim read the rest and you know that's not a good thing right, it also felt very long only manage to get to 37% before I had to call quits. I think more time spent on making it punchy and interesting rather than making it as long as it was, wasn't necessary

An outstanding story!!

Let me tell you something this is a new author and she don’t disappoint me at all. This story its unlike anything I ever read before, because she point the issue of every chubby girl. I’m proud of my extra pounds and I found my soul mate like the heroine do. The struggle is real but is worth it, you have to embrace yourself and accept who you are. I love me, I love the story and I love the author for that. The story has a little bit of everything, have suspense, romance, hot sex and love!!!! If you are looking for a great read this is the one!!! I highly recommended and cannot wait for more of this characters!!

Kaidence thought she would always be single she gave up men a long time ago, however when her sister has a birthday party for her at Exotic Races she never expects to a man like Titan.

143 Baby, 143!!! Kaidence is not the typical girl in romance books, but maybe she should be. Kai has just turned 26. She is insecure, size 18, and still a virgin. But soon Kaidence catches the eye of the superstar of racing - Titan. Her unique eyes and beauty has Titan captivated.
I loved this story. Kai is every woman. This story is about the love between her and Titan, but it is more. Kai grows, becoming more confident, exerting the beauty that Titan sees in her. Titan is a strong alpha male - sometimes a bit too alpha for me - but he's the perfect compliment for Kaidence. I loved her best friends Shiloh and Mishka; and her sister Natalia. They were loyal without fault.
This is Azalea amy Lezlynn's debut novel, and she does a fantastic job. Her knowledge and specifications of the cars and descriptions of the racing is perfect. I can't wait to read her next book. 4-stars!

The tale of Kaidence and Titan takes place present day in the country of 'The Republic of Tynoz'. Any why, you ask, does this taken place in make-believe-land? Well, I have no clue... Other countries like Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece, and India are referenced, so why is this the only one made up? The many characters in this book are a virtual smorgasbord of cultural diversity. So why we have to play make believe in Tynoz, I never figured out.
Along with the make believe location being pointless, I dub this book the Queen of Useless, Hanging Facts. Something completely random to never be explained or referenced again, will suddenly appear in a sentence. Example: "Only I have the gift that I know of. That makes me unique. It’s human nature that people are just afraid of what they don’t know," - What? WHAT gift?! And *who's* afraid of *what*?! I have no clue what Kaidence is referencing here. It's not connected to anything - it's just suddenly there, among so many other words which give not a hint of what she's talking about.
Then we learn this: "for a split second, my photographic memory sketches his image in my mind." So, Kaidence has a photographic memory? How interesting! Oh, but apparently not, because it's never. referenced. again.
Or this: “Natalia will be driving home. She’s on meds, so she hasn’t had any alcohol,” <-- This cracks me up, because a character who's been an active part of the story to date, is "on meds". Is she crazy? Is she suddenly sick when nothing has appeared to be wrong before? It's just another random sentence which, like many others, appears once, only to be forgotten forever.
If facts left to float in the breeze aren't enough, the interactions between characters (Kaidence and Titan especially) are teeth clinchingly awkward. Like this gem of a conversation:
“Are you a regular in the VIP section here?” I ask, trying to change the subject. “Yes. The League and I own the base, actually,” he answers a little too quickly for my liking. “I didn’t know that’s why I had asked.”
What the hell this means, I have not a clue.
And it's not just interactions- there are plenty of awkward sentences which also make this difficult to follow along such as:
"I take a sip of the now warm champagne that I am sure is heating in my hand because of the heat emanating off of him." - so his physical heat is warming the drink in her hand? Ummm....
"...I can’t help but fall a little more for a man who literally exploded into my life like an atom bomb..." - Literally, huh? I bet that was messy...
"Tuesday and Wednesday, Titan video called me every night." Because *every* night is made up of nothing but Tuesday's and Wednesday's!
The underlying insecurity and self pity in every thought and action the [extremely] self absorbed Kaidence has really irked me. She has loving family and friends, but because she was bullied as a child and hurt romantically as an adult, her life was "hell." Ahhh, maybe not so much. No one escapes without some degree of pain and suffering as a human. Grow from it, for yourself, not because of a man.
Kaidence's friend tells her she should be "grateful" Titan is interested in her - to which she agrees! She. Agrees... This 26 year old tells her father: "I’m overweight and I feel like it’s the main reason I’ve been single." "I prayed that God would take me away in my sleep so I wouldn’t have to wake up the next day being single again."
At this point in the book, I grabbed a glass of wine to sustain myself through further reading.
To recap, Kaidence is depressed and suicidal because she doesn't have a boyfriend at 26 years old...
I want to shake her and tell her to calm her tits. Seriously, lots of time to find someone before praying for DEATH.
** Dios Mio! The pathetic messages this story gives is a detriment to women and MASSIVELY EGOTISTICAL. **
And side issue: at 26, the self employed Kaidence still living at home...with a curfew!!! <-- Yes, seriously.
This is all in the first 30% of the book, and honestly, I grew weary of it all. I didn't have it in me to take notice of the continuing butchering to the English language and grammatical errors.
The writing is pretty dreadful and the 500 page story drags ad nauseam with the most self-absorbed heroine I've ever read.

You know those books, the ones that grab hold of you and won't let go? The ones that you never want to put down, no matter what time in the morning you've read until? The ones that have characters you fall in love with, characters you hate and those you wish you could really meet, be friends with or even fall in love with? The ones you can't stop thinking about, long after you've closed the cover, waiting until the next moment you can dive into that world?
Yeah, this is one of those books.
From the moment I read the honest and forward dedication, I knew this book twas going to be more than just another book I liked. It would definitely be one I loved, remembered and will likely go back and read again.
Why do I feel so strongly? It's because this book is so much, all in one. Not overdone, but something you can read and see the message the author was sending out as well as enjoy the beautiful romance she's given you.
From the beginning the writing is done exceptionally well. It is packed with detail and really makes you feel as though you are a part of their story. You know the characters as if they were your mates. Their story becomes more than just a story. The author has really written this so that you are truly invested in the lives and outcome of the book.
The characters are developed very well. Each has their own personality and they interact with each other in a very real way. It is easy to really get to know them and want to know what happens. I liked that their was a group of main and supporting characters that were all developed this well. That each head their own story and personality that really added to the overall read.
The pace of the read was excellent. It was swift enough to really give you the feeling that you were being swept off your feet, but also went slow enough to develop both character and story. You were given time to get to know characters and digest what has happened. I liked that things progressed swiftly, but were still realistic. It made me feel as though it was all happening in real time, making it much easier to feel as though I were truly in the story.
The overall story was well thought out and brilliantly carried out. I liked the level of detail and attention put into each part of the story.I also felt that the story gave you a way to disappear to another world, but still felt both real and believable. Though their love was spontaneous and swift, it was something you could believe and even wish might happen.
Overall,I really loved this read, for do many reasons, but particularly for the beautiful message it sent out. I won't spoil it for you, but it is something we can all relate to and really gain a boost of joy and confidence from reading.
I highly recommend not only that you read this book, but that you make it the next book you read.

Kaidence is a lonely, bullied throughout her life, successful business owner, living at home with her parents. She has two best friends and a family who really love her. She wants the fairy tale, the happily ever after. She's given up. But just when you give up life will usually surprise you. Titian is Kaidence 's surprise. From the first moment he looks into her eyes he knows he's found who he wants in his world. An illegal underground street racing world where Titian is the King of the Griffin League.
I nearly put this book down and did not finish it. I'm nothing if not a determined reader. I can honestly say this is not my favorite book I've ever read. It's confusing at times and borders on a paranormal side at times. Kaidence has the most unique eyes ever and they effect people. Her eyes always seem to draw people to her and it's the reason Titian knew she was the one. Kaidence though thinks he's the devil the first time she actually meets Titian. There's the moments he speaks to her in Italian and she can hear the translation in her own head like he's telling her. And their connection is so strong there heart beats as one and she gets vibrations when he's near. Their soul connected. I just found some of these things odd and they had me as a reader feeling like I was missing something. Why do her eyes effect people like they do? And so on. Biting Point is filled with descriptions. A lot of description which makes it really wordy. Every outfit from head to toe, every room, every car, right on down to the iPhone 6 Plus he uses and the Samsung Note 6 she uses. There's a who is doing this mystery in the book that is easily figured out but does lead to some exciting moments toward the end. Not that the book didn't have the potential to be interesting it just gets lost in all the descriptions. I also get that Kaidence's character is a plus size girl, I just wasn't a fan of how it's mentioned a lot. Why can't she love lingerie and not plus size lingerie? It just bothered me a lot. We are all different shapes and sizes. I just didn't like the labels all the time. And lastly strawberries have been ruined for me for the rest of my life. I'll never ever be able to look at one again and not be reminded of a scene in this book. Ewwww, just ewwww.

I've read this book twice. Once in the beginning of this year and now (October) again because it was supposed to be edited and I truly wanted to see if it got better.
It didn't. I didn't even noticed any changes. So my review is the same. *EDIT *
This book has a great story. The plot is good, interesting and suspenseful even, but is also repetitive, too sweet and annoying to the point I almost didn't finished it. Yes I made myself read it until the end because I can't not finish a book and at the same time I wanted to see how it would end.
What I liked:
The plot. It is interesting, there aren't many books about plus size woman and Kaidence is confident, funny but at the same time she could have some more sass within her.
The cars and the races. I think it's the first book I read about this theme and I liked it. The way Titan leads the team show how alpha he is.
Loved the Griffin League! 7 sexy confident and funny guys running with adrenaline through their veins!
Her parents and sister as well as her childhood story is good and the twists made me want to know more and finish the book.
What I didn't like:
The materialistic way as the author shows everything they do and have. Always the most expensive everything, yes, Titan is very rich and likes expensive things but I got annoyed to know all brands.
The repetitive way the story was told, the exaggerated use of some words and the way their declarations of love through the whole book, the insta love too sweet although that will be explained and turns out cute.
Titan is too possessive and rude sometimes, and I think if Kaidence had more sass in her would make the relationship more pleasant to read.
I also think the book needed a good editor, I'm sure most of my dislikes wouldn't be noticed.
So, in the end I know I want to read more about all these characters and their secrets and I hope the next books don't repeat some of the negative things of this one.

I am totally honoured to say ive had the pleasure of reading this book! From the very first page to the very last word, i have been through every emotion possible and i even shed tears!!!
Kaidence is a beautiful sexy woman (who is also a virgin) but feels that she doesnt deserve her HEA as she is a size 16 and feels like no man will ever want her for who she is. She has a very loving family but she's depressed as she watches those around her find 'The One'.
Her sister Natalia is married to Clark and they have a wonderful surprise for Kaidence in celebration of her 26th birthday. They are taking her to see 'Exotic Car Racing' and have arranged a huge after party for her!!!
Titan is #1 in the Griffin League and is extremely hot and very sexy!!!
Omg you can literally feel the pages burn from the moment Kaidence and Titan's eyes meet! When he approaches her at the after party, its like two halves of a soul have finally found each other and made one whole!!!
As their relationship develops their pasts keep popping up causing problems and heartache!Especially those set to trip up the mind blowing gorgeous, rich racing driver/ business man, Titan!!!

Okay. First thing that caught my attention? Kaidence is me! I swear reading this story, I felt like I was reading about myself. This is true even down to her birthdate! Her thoughts, her feelings, her insecurities, her self-image, were completely real and utterly relatable. This story struck me at the heart from the very beginning. Next thing that caught my attention? TITAN! I absolutely fell in love with this Alpha race car driver. He is everything that you want from a book boyfriend and more. He is demanding and possessive, yet caring and compassionate. I cannot even begin to tell you guys how much I love him. Last thing that caught my attention? The insta-love did not bother me one bit! This to me was a huge surprise because that is generally a turnoff for me. However, this did not feel contrived at all. I felt everything they were feeling and I wanted them to have that connection. Oh and have I mentioned, this book is HOTTT!!! It is well-written. It is intriguing. The characters are beautifully real. I even thoroughly enjoyed the secondary characters who definitely lightened the story and gave it even more depth. I hope to definitely hear more about them. This was a debut author and she hit it out of the park. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next. Thank you for the opportunity to read an amazing book.
