About the author

Heather McVea was raised in a small town south of San Antonio, Texas. Prior to escaping to the big city, she raised Hampshire pigs, rode motorcycles at entirely too young an age, and once snow boarded behind a Ford pickup truck. She relishes a strong gin and tonic, or a well-made old-fashioned (but never at the same time). Heather and her wife have three furbabies, and divide their time between Texas and Maryland.

Fantastic series! i seldom hype follow-up books but this one will not disappoint..incredible writing,great chemistry between all the characters involved in this story..nice of the author to give power to the unforeseen stuff,the paranormal happenings and had the guts to put it on these pages for readers to enjoy..good plot twist at the end where we see the series still continuing with some awesome storytelling...highly recommend to everyone

Had me completely engulfed from the beginning. The characters were completely relatable and lovable. I loved how everything came together and can’t wait for the third in the series to come out.

The second book in this series started off rather slow and I had a hard time getting into the characters although I loved Elise's mom Joan. As things began to fall in place by the middle of the book and I became more invested in Elise, Bailey and Kate. Cliffhanger at the end makes the next in the series a must read.

What a ride

Exciting and engrossing story. Heather is an amazing author and does not disappoint with Hidden Elements. I loved the characters and the romance. Can't wait for #3.

Great series

This book was very different from others in the series. It was a great perspective to be "other". I loved how the story evolved and the characters.
