The Highway Code was as boring to read in the past as it is now days, though shorter. The commentary is interesting. Doesn’t actually include the very first code. The book contains copies of 2, 3 and 4.

A fun and informative little read on the history of road rules.

Interesting facts ( horrific accident statistics ). and old photos as well as actual highway codes.
