Not all memories are worth keeping, many are best forgotten; yet for the ones I choose to hold on to, most definitely these strategies will help me to focus better at the instant am learning or experiencing something I want to remember. I can see better where am failing and provided me with some options to mend the process and conditions to achieve clear and detailed facts gathering as well as structuring ways to aid the recollection of the pertinent data through sequential and associative strategies, helps to see the learning process in a holistic way, from first exposure to comprehension, memorizing and recollecting clear an detailed data and events. It reduces the stress of learning and even makes it somewhat enjoyable and a pleasing challenge to try on different aspects of learning.

I consider this book a great read and am looking forward to apply the many recommendations.

No bad for the cost.
