This is one of several books on decluttering your mind that I have read in a row.
I like the authors approach to provide 22 how-to's which you could try out in any sequence.
It's a practical book that does not go heavily into the theory which in other books make it much harder to enjoy.
It's been edited pretty well with only a small handful of typos and errors which is not that noticeable. So much better than others I have recently read.
Disclosure: I was offered a free copy of this book by the author in return for an honest review.
I am into decluttering recently through a trend called Minimalism, but this book is about how to get the same effect in your mind. There are many techniques and good quotes from masters in the field where the important points are highlighted without having to read a whole book each time, so this is practical and easy to read, definitely going to check out the author’s other books too. And as it is on Kindle, no physical clutter for me either, but will stay in my Kindle library for reference...

When I first received a copy of this book, I was thinking to myself "Wow, it is such a short read!", to which Carter addressed in this book that he does not wish to clutter this book with unnecessary information. It is true, in less than 70 pages, you're able to learn how to declutter your mind and this time, you will definitely be able to finish this self-help book.
22 Simple habits, all tried, tested and true to be able to help you declutter your mind. Some of them I've heard of before, some I've tried myself and it works. Some of the suggested ways may be a little bit difficult to start, like exercise or perhaps taking up a new hobby, but there are more ways that can be applied in day to day life.
I do believe in the content as it has worked for me. In Declutter Your Mind Now, there are simple steps like being in the now, listing 3 positives for 1 negatives and choosing happy thoughts can be easily incorporated into our lives. It may seem difficult at first, but it should be cultivated and then it can come naturally.
Carter has also attached some more reading materials in every chapter for further reading if you wish to understand more. As for his book, only the basics of the ways to declutter your minds and benefits are provided.
LOVED this book. I'm a super-clutterer, and always feel anxious and like I'm behind, trying to tackle anything and everything and getting not much done other than worrying about it all. I'm the type of personality that has 20 things up in the air at once, rather than starting one and finishing one, then going on to the next. I found this book super duper helpful and had 22 great tips/strategies/ways to declutter your life. I think anyone and everyone can benefit from this book, straight to the point with good ideas and strategies. Love it!!!
I read a lot about decluttering the mind and relaxing, I was happy to have found some more useful techniques in this book. I like that it was thorough but not overdone with a lot of useless information. There were lots of other book recommendations to further explore some of the techniques in this book if you want to dive deeper. Great read!
