I just finished reading this meaningful book that includes 101 stories about kindness from people around the globe. Zeal says in the introduction that he wanted to compile an anthology about love, but realized that it was easier for people to understand what kindness is. “Kindness is love in action.”
Each story starts out with a quote. One quote I enjoyed was by Rumi. “When we practice loving kindness and compassion we are the first ones to profit.” The different sections of the book include such topic as Just for Love, Gratitude, Count Your blessings, Follow Your Heart, Trust.
I especially enjoyed that the stories are by people of different faiths and different countries. Kindness makes a difference no matter who you are or where you live.
I have a story published in the book about three different times when I had car problems and was helped by a stranger.
