Dr. Marshall Hall (diseases and Derangements of the Nervous System, 1841) relates the case of a man, aged twenty-eight, with tremor of the right arm and leg, who had a peculiar rocking motion of the eyes, and a degree of stam mering and defective articulation. This was unquestionably an example of Charcot's disease.
