Marshall Goldsmith is an amazing executive coach that doesn’t mind sharing his best tips to get greater achievement, happiness or success. His techniques are simple, are logical and are tested with executives at some of the most successful companies in this world. Structured on 6 chapters, you will learn the 21 Success factors that are also summarised within the “What got you here won’t get you there” book, my review here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Additionally it adds some concrete seminar examples, then begins to build on behaviour change, how can we change ourselves, and then what we need to stop doing to make it happen.
Definitely you will learn how to discuss about gathering feedback, why its important, timing, and how to build on the needed behaviour changes
I believe the final chapter is impressive because it goes on some of his personal reflections around choosing clients, around the mistakes the author did, and the corrective actions taken. Additionally, he shares details about peer coaching and how to do it right and one of my favourites - how to live without regrets (the 90 year question).
My recommendation is read this book. You will learn so much!
