A cherished Christmas gift from a friend, this cookbook is amazing. I have enjoyed other cookbooks by this author, as well as Mediterranean recipe-focused cookbooks by others. I must say, though, this one takes the falafel above all others. Every recipe looks fabulous, and one I want to try! Look out 2021, more yummy meals are in store. I normally really like stories with my recipes. Not a lot of that here, but I don’t care! So much else to enjoy in this practical and well-laid out gem of a cookbook.

Borrowed this from the library. There are photos for every recipe and they are labeled. Don't plan on making any recipes though.

Lovely photos but not as engaging as some of the other recipe books I have read recently.
