I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I loved it so much I'm going to buy it once its released so I can read it whenever I want.
This book started with a bang and went strong until the end! This was not only a fun read, it was really a very emotional one as well. The story moved at a quick clip, pulling me in immediately. The characters were interesting, quirky, and full of fun sass. There was a lot to love and appreciate about this 5+ star tale that showed true love can heal all.
I do have to add a trigger warning for remembered abuse. We were spared the grittest of details, but we learn enough to feel the pain. I felt as if Ms. Swann handled it with sensitivity and care.
I really enjoyed this book. I giggled, I shed a few tears, and I madly rooted for Dom and Cris to get the love and happiness they deserved with each other. Read this! You wont be sorry!!!

Wow another amazing and wonderful book. In this story we watch as two people fight their demons. It's an uphill battle as we see love, longing, sadness, heartbreak and finally happiness fill their hearts. Com and Cris shows that it can all work out if you really try and achieve it. We can't help but root for them throughout the whole story. I laughed and cried because it was that good. I can't wait to see what you bring us next. I hope it's Gian and Jae's story. I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.

I liked this book. Crispell, also known as Cris, thinks of herself as a "Domme" and meets Dominic, also known as Dom, who is a dominant seeking a submissive. This is not a normal BDSM type book although there are plenty of sexy times in this book. You get to know these characters and really want them to have their HEA. I received an advance copy of this book from the author and this is my honest and voluntary review.

I was amazed that a quick novella could pack so much emotion in it. It was fun to read the back and forth struggle for dominance between Cris and Dom. It was witty and sassy. Cris believed that she was a Domme but Dominic is a dominate not a submissive and knew that Cris was not a Domme. . Cris tries to wrangle the dominance over Dom and he complies only because he wants to get to know her. When he tries to assert control over her she begins her emotional struggle.Then it gets somewhat dark as Cris relives horrible events from her past. If you have a sensitivity to child abuse this may be a trigger for you. Dom also has demons. He recalls being bullied for being overweight and was triggered by Cris one day during their workout where he opened up and shared his pain with her. As Cris and Dom get to know each other, it becomes like a mission to Dom to try to heal her. Cris has PTSD and nightmares from her experience and initially tries to block any assistance from Dom. This is a personal journey for both of them. I was wonderful to see how the author took the time to write about it in a very empathetic way. Sensitive to Cris and Dom's demons. This was a very emotional read and I really enjoyed it. I look forward to reading more from this author. I received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Crispell is just living life the best she can all on her own while battling demons from her past when she has a chance meeting with a gorgeous man in an adult toy shop of all places. He propositions her for no strings fun so what harm could it do? She would never see him again anyway.
Until the very next day at work when she sees the same guy walk in for a business meeting. She is more surprised when he actually comes to speak to her and wants to see her again.
Dom is bored with life and ready for something new when in the middle of a workday he decides to go to his favourite adult toy store. There he sees this beautiful woman who accepts his surprising proposition with no names exchanged. Afterwards, he just cannot stop thinking about her. He heads to a meeting at the local gym and whom does he see working there but the same woman and he just can’t take the chance that he may not see her again.
The chemistry is off the charts hot and I could not get enough of their story.

Cris [Crispell] had a very difficult childhood with abuse and is still suffering from that and basically has PTSD. Dom [Dominic] was bullied as a child because of being overweight. he is now a successful billionaire, is 42 years old but lacking something in his life. He meets Cris and has a sexual encounter with her then they meet officially the next day when he comes to the fitness club, where she works as a trainer, to try and join forces of his healthy eating firm with a fitness club. They get closer and he insists that she be his trainer. She thinks that she is a dominant whilst he, as a true dom, knows that she isn't. As they both struggle with their past issues, can they help each other and will the growing attraction between them grow into something so much more? A beautifully written story by Rylee Swann that you won't want to miss. Written with great sensitivity and passion. This story captured my attention and I didn't want to put it down till I'd found out what happened! I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

This was another great read from Rylee. She has such a talent for tackling difficult subjects with sensitivity and wonderful insight, as she does here with Cris's childhood sexual abuse. The growing love story of Cris and Dom was gripping, passionate and inspiring, and a real pleasure to read. It was a well developed and written book with sympathetic and relatable characters--well worth reading.

I could not put this book down once i started reading it. Rylee Swann's Don't Make Me Wait was a heart wrenching read about about a broken woman and the man that decides that he will help her heal.
Dominic sees Cris at a sex shop and knows that he needs to have her then and there .
When the two meet again Dominic decides that he will make her submit to him, the only thing standing in the way is that Cris is a Domme and wants Dominic to submit to her too.

An Excellent Book by Rylee Swann
This is an excellent book from Rylee Swann. It has a really enjoyable, engaging story that had me hooked from the first chapter, I couldn’t put it down. The great characters are really well written and pulled me into their story with their hot chemistry and interaction. This is a brilliant, Must Read Story and I loved reading it. Hat’s off to this talented author who deals with difficult subjects in such a sensitive manner. Crispell and Dom have an amazing story, which revolves around who is the dominant one in their relationship. No spoilers though; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed. This is an intriguing, gripping, steamy, sexy, humorous, and addictive story, which had me totally captivated throughout. I look forward to reading more from this author, and recommend her work for all readers.

I’m a big Rylee Swann fan, I’ve loved every one of her books. I liked this book but I didn’t love it. It was good but the story and the characters just didn’t pull me in like her past books. I thought that it was really interesting the way the book started. Cris and Dom both had a hard past, but Dom’s was just barely touched on. I actually really liked Gian and Jae.

Awesome I loved Dom and Cris’s story. I smiled and cried through the entire book. I was so intrigued with the storyline that I couldn’t put it down until I was finished reading it. A love story that touched my hear . A chemistry that can’t be denied and makes for some steamy moments. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a great read

Sparks fly instantly when Dom and Crispell meet but issues from their childhood surface to cause problems especially for Crispell. Dom is such a sweetheart and so very patient. A lovely story with lots of emotional moments and plenty of hot ones too. An enjoyable read.

This was an emotional rollercoaster. Dom and Crispell (Cris) met in a adult store and their chemistry was habanero hot!!! Well written, great secondary characters, and a beautiful ending!
