Frankly, this book is more of a companion than part of a series if that makes sense... I read it hours after completing Delay, Don't Deny, and felt it would have been more beneficial to read both books together. That being said, all the book really does is challenge you to ask yourself questions thorough your reading, and if you're like me, you already do this, so the companion book is a bit redundant. Oh well... You live, you learn!
For those who need an extra boost to their reflection abilities, this book is a great place to start upon begining the IF journey.

Good for beginners

The study guide is a good addition to the book Delay, Don't Deny for beginners. Easy to understand and follow along. Intermediate and advanced intermittent fasters may not benefit from the book as much.

Easy to understand

I enjoyed this E-book that coincides with main book . This was easy to understand, an outline as to what to do, and what to think of in the future. I am thankful I purchased this to help me in my journey of feeling and looking better.

great addition to fasting library

I’d highly recommend getting this book when you get Delay Don’t Deny. Or using it in a book blurb type read through. It’s full of great information and will enhance your understanding of fasting 100%.

Good follow-up on "The Obesity Code".

Less informative but more practical.

This is more of a companion to “Delay, Don’t Deny” rather than a standalone work.

Helpful, but not necessary

I really didn't need to purchase this book to accompany Delay, Don't Deny. It would be good for a study group to provide a ready-made discussion guide.

This shattered all my beliefs about diet. And it's not even a "diet" in the traditional sense. It's a quick, informative read, and she even gives an annotated bibliography of scientific research.
