Finding Alexei is by Kendall Ryan. All I had to do is look at this cover and know that I wanted to read this book! I mean, just gaze at that! If you read Dear Jane, you may have previously met Alex. I didn’t read it and it was still perfectly fine.
Ryleigh is barely scraping by as it is. She lives in a tiny apartment in a terrible neighborhood. She works at a topless bar. She keeps telling herself that she is a waitress, not a stripper. The tips are good. But it’s only with sharing the rent with her room mate that she is able to get by. Except her room mate ran off. Then, when she came back, she had a two month old baby. Then she took off again, leaving the baby behind. It’s with all of this on her shoulders on the night when she first met Alexei. She could have handled the situation. But he stepped in and helped her out. She had never laid eyes on him before. She didn’t know he was a football player. He could have been a murderer for all she knew. But somehow she knew that she could trust him. She and baby Elle needed someone that night and he was there. What she didn’t know was that meeting Alexei that night was going to forever change her life.
Alexei has been told by his manager to stay out of trouble. He just signed a new contract with the Chicago Hawks. He had just left a meeting when he first saw Ryleigh outside of the bar where she worked. Someone was hassling her and he stepped in. She was beautiful and stubborn and didn’t want his help which made him all the more determined to help her. Only he realized soon enough that there was a lot more going on than just her own needs. There was a baby as well. She clearly was not completely comfortable with the baby. He, with all of his sisters kids, had plenty of experience with babies.
“How does this woman I barely know own me already?”
“I wonder if she feels the same way I do. Does she feel this thing between us? The force field of chemistry zapping around us is intense. It makes me wonder if this could be something real, and not just something physical.”
Ryleigh feels a little bit like the star of the movie, Pretty Woman. Alexei is clearly rich and can have anyone he wants. She’s a waitress with a baby that isn’t hers. But try as she might, she can’t seem to separate herself from him.
“He’s like a freaking baby-whisperer.”
“What am I going to do when it’s time to leave this fairy tale and return to the real world?”
“He calms me…centers me, even. He makes me think that maybe, just maybe I can do this.”
This was so adorable. Ryleigh was nothing like the clingers that usually chase professional athletes. She didn’t want his money. But she needed his help. It all happens pretty fast but feelings develop. Alexei doesn’t like being apart from Ryleigh and Ella and Ryleigh doesn’t want to burden Alexei. These two were just so perfect together and Alexei with a baby melted me into a puddle of goo. I mean, a huge football player snuggling a tiny little baby girl. “swoon”
This is a quick read with an awesome epilogue. You will definitely walk away from this with a big smile. I’m so glad I had the chance to read it.

”FINDING ALEXEI” is a sweet and steamy sports romance between an NFL Linebacker and a down on her luck stripper that will undoubtedly sweep readers off their feet. Don't worry if you haven't read the previous books, this can be read as a standalone.
Alex Ivan is one of the hottest players on the Chicago Hawks team. He’s a force to be reckoned with on and off the field. While he seems to be a huge player that is into his own gratification, this guy has the biggest heart. He comes to the rescue of a young woman in distress outside of a seedy topless bar. Alexei offers to give Ryleigh a ride home and when he finds out that she is struggling to get by while caring for her ex-roommate’s three-month-old daughter that she abandoned, something tugs at his heart. Alexei becomes quickly attached to the beautiful girl and adorable baby Ella whose lives are in utter despair.
Ryleigh isn’t like any of the women who Alexei has come across before. She’s not dazzled by his fame and doesn’t accept his help easily. She doesn’t want to be a burden and her pride makes it hard to accept his help, but since she is responsible for Ella’s well-being, she reluctantly accepts what Alexei is offering. This man quickly weaves his way into her heart just as fast as she and Ella have made their way into his. Alexei is sexy, sweet, fiercely protective, and a natural ”Mr, Mom”. Having six little nieces and nephews has made him an expert on child care.
Things quickly heat up between Alexei and Ryleigh but are they a passing fling or could things be building towards something bigger than they ever could have imagined?

This book is the perfect mix of sweet and sexy. Alexei is a pro football player and Ryleigh is a single mom, well... kind of?
Ryleigh's roommate recently took off and left her 2 month old baby with Ryleigh. Ryleigh, who was barley making ends meet with a roommate is in a bad place, now living alone and having a baby to take care of. Alexei comes into Ryleigh's life at the perfect time. He almost seems too good to be true, but he is so genuinely great and is willing to help her out, she can't refuse. If only for Ella's sake. At first, it's just Alexei helping her out with the baby, but then sparks start to fly between the two of them.
If you've read Dear Jane you've met Alex already. He was the best guy. Reading about him and baby Ella was adorable and so so sweet. I loved the way he took to her so quickly. Alexei seemed pretty perfect and was for sure perfect for Ryleigh.
Finding Alexei is narrated by Jason Clarke and Erin Mallon and as always, they do a great job. I think Erin is one of the best narrators for voicing both the female and male characters. Also, an fyi- if you pick up the audio book, you get the Kendall Ryan novella (Bossy Brit) for free added to the end, and it's narrated by Erin Mallon and Shane West (he does the best British narration) so that was a treat! Overall a heartfelt and steamy read. Short, sweet, and very little drama.

Waiting tables a topless bar and grill, she is struggling to pay her rent and her ex-roomie left her little baby for her to take care of. Alex Ivan comes from a big family with a lot of love. Surrounded by adoring fans, he has never had to worry about finding women to keep him company. And yet, when Alex meets Ryleigh, he is completely taken by her. Despite the baggage, she is carrying, Alex takes Ryleigh in and falls in love with her and baby Ella.

The sweet baby truly enhances the read as Ryleigh struggles to find a balance between becoming an independent woman and accepting support from those around her. The pacing of the read is fast as the stakes are high for Alex to prove to Ryleigh that she can depend on him to take care of her and give her everything she needs.
"What do you say baby?"Overall, I highly recommend Finding Alexei to anyone who enjoys a sweet and sexy contemporary romance. This is my second Kendall Ryan read and I cannot wait to read more!

Alex has to keep himself in check and stay out of trouble, or risk losing his contract. But when he sees a man hassling a women outside a club, he intervenes. Rayleigh is very proud and doesn't like to ask anything at all of others. She's fiercy independent but life has thrown her a huge curve ball when her former roommate, who still owes her for skipping out on back rent, asks to stay the night (with her baby!) The next morning, she sneaks out, leaving the baby with Ryleigh.
Rayleigh hasn't been around babies much and is completely out of her element.
It takes some time to convince her, but Alpha male Alexei steps in to help and, well, you'll just have to read it to find out what awesomeness follows. This is a great story by one of my favorite authors. You do not want to miss Finding Alexei!

Masterpiece this book was not.
I also didn’t find it adorable.
I found it disturbing.
****SPOILERS****
1. No matter how desperate you are, would you just go live with a man you met 40 minutes ago with a baby?? Really?
2. No matter how desperate, would you take a lift from a man you met 30 seconds ago? Who you met in front of a topless bar?
3. I dunno why either of them fell for each other. Actually I understand h’s POV more. He was at least useful with the kid. He was lusting after her from after meeting her or even before knowing her. So I guess shallow is the new black.
4. But what pissed me off most was the fact he went inside her work after knowing her for a day without considering how she’d feel. So basically seen her half naked. That was utterly disrespectful and he never apologised for it. He could have respected her and met her outside work but no, he had to embarrass her like that. He knew he was an ass, she knew he was an ass, no one addressed this further. Da fuq?
She was fuming inside her head. But no follow through. Lots of loose ends regarding h’s inner monologue. Lots.
5. too much tell, big fat ZERO show of h’s independence. She fumes in her head how she’d never ask H for help. Goes home and gets evicted and ends up at his place in the time span of 4 hours max. Really? Independent heroine my ass! She was not capable of taking care of the child herself, and she could barely take care of herself. She found herself in terrible situations more than three times. An independent woman doesn’t forget to pay the heating bill when she has a baby in the midst of winter. They don’t find themselves evicted in the middle of the raining to be rescued by hero. Dragging her feet to work at a topless bar (which she claims she hates) specially when she doesn’t have to (and knows it hurts the hero) doesn’t equate to independence. If you’re going to give me a damsel in distress with a knight give me exactly that. Don’t pretend she’s Wonder Woman. You don’t turn into Wonder Woman just because that’s your stripper name and just cause you have collectors edition outfit.
6. Did I say the romance was forced??? And wasn’t relatable? Well the romance was forced and wasn’t relatable.
Oh and yeah, he wasn’t the baby daddy.
And that of course made the book very original! 😒

Overall Opinion: I think many readers that like instalove and low conflict books will love this! The H was about as perfect as you can get, and there's a cute baby too! Does it get deep and meaningful? No, but I don't think that's the kind of book it is. It's a feel-good book that provides an easy route to an HEA. It actually reminded me of Aurora Rose Reynolds books with the instalove and protective/take charge H. So if you're a ARR fan -- this might work very well for you! I enjoyed it for what it was, but it just simply isn't my cuppa.
Side note: I found it really annoying that the author said the H was a linebacker a few times, but in one of the final scenes she described him being on the field during a play with his quarterback. I'm a football fan and I have a son that plays football, so it really bugged me that she did this! Linebackers are a defensive position. They would never be on the field with the quarterback from their team as the QB is an offensive position. If you're writing about something you don't know -- just do a simple google search and find out! Okay, stepping off my pedestal.....
Brief Summary of the Storyline: This is Ryleigh and Alexei's story. Alexei sees Ryleigh being bothered by a customer outside her work at a topless bar, and he offers to help her out. After soon realizing that she was left with her missing roommate's young baby and doesn't know what she's doing, Alexei's protective instincts kick in and he takes them home with him. Ryleigh is resistant to the help, but with unpaid bills and getting evicted all while taking care of a new baby -- she is left with no other choice. There is some sexy times, a few sweet scenes with the baby, and a big change in their lives...and they get a HEA ending.
POV: This alternated between Ryleigh and Alexei's POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Good. I thought it flowed well and I never skimmed. I didn't realize this was so short! It ended up being ~200 pages in my scribed app, and I didn't notice this until I was more than halfway through. I usually look for books longer than 250 pages, as I'm not a huge fan of shorter/novella books. I feel like my experience with shorter books is that the length doesn't allow for deeper connections, but that's definitely my own impression and preference!
Instalove: Yes! Definitely for fans of instalove!!
H rating: 3.5 stars. Alexei. This is going to make me sound like the total grump that I am -- but he seemed too good to be true most of the time. I'm sure many readers will just adore him! Personally, I like some flaws in my Hs.

Overall Opinion: I think many readers that like instalove and low conflict books will love this! The H was about as perfect as you can get, and there's a cute baby too! Does it get deep and meaningful? No, but I don't think that's the kind of book it is. It's a feel-good book that provides an easy route to an HEA. It actually reminded me of Aurora Rose Reynolds books with the instalove and protective/take charge H. So if you're a ARR fan -- this might work very well for you! I enjoyed it for what it was, but it just simply isn't my cuppa.
Side note: I found it really annoying that the author said the H was a linebacker a few times, but in one of the final scenes she described him being on the field during a play with his quarterback. I'm a football fan and I have a son that plays football, so it really bugged me that she did this! Linebackers are a defensive position. They would never be on the field with the quarterback from their team as the QB is an offensive position. If you're writing about something you don't know -- just do a simple google search and find out! Okay, stepping off my pedestal.....
Brief Summary of the Storyline: This is Ryleigh and Alexei's story. Alexei sees Ryleigh being bothered by a customer outside her work at a topless bar, and he offers to help her out. After soon realizing that she was left with her missing roommate's young baby and doesn't know what she's doing, Alexei's protective instincts kick in and he takes them home with him. Ryleigh is resistant to the help, but with unpaid bills and getting evicted all while taking care of a new baby -- she is left with no other choice. There is some sexy times, a few sweet scenes with the baby, and a big change in their lives...and they get a HEA ending.
POV: This alternated between Ryleigh and Alexei's POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Good. I thought it flowed well and I never skimmed. I didn't realize this was so short! It ended up being ~200 pages in my scribed app, and I didn't notice this until I was more than halfway through. I usually look for books longer than 250 pages, as I'm not a huge fan of shorter/novella books. I feel like my experience with shorter books is that the length doesn't allow for deeper connections, but that's definitely my own impression and preference!
Instalove: Yes! Definitely for fans of instalove!!
H rating: 3.5 stars. Alexei. This is going to make me sound like the total grump that I am -- but he seemed too good to be true most of the time. I'm sure many readers will just adore him! Personally, I like some flaws in my Hs.

Kendall Ryan gets about 5,000 sweetness points for Finding Alexei! Alexei swoops into Ryleigh’s life unexpectedly, but exactly when she needs him. Even though she’s reluctant to admit that. She has a not so glamorous job, and a baby girl who isn’t hers to take care of. Alexei is supposed to be keeping his head low, after getting into a bit of trouble at work, but when he sees Ryleigh, he gets a vibe that she’s worth any trouble she may possibly bring.
So basically in this story you have a rich athlete, Alexei, who is alpha and bossy, but is also sweet and understanding. Where is that combo frowned upon? Nowhere in my world. I loved Alexei and spent most of this book with heart eyes for the dude.
Ryleigh is a heroine who is independent and wants to keep that independence, but also melts a bit when Alexei shows how much he is willing to help out with her and Ella. She is taking care of a baby who belongs to someone she didn’t even know very well, and to me that is the sign of a heroine deserving of all the amazing things Alexei is willing to give.
This story truly ends up being a feel good read. It’s a quick read, and the romance is hesitant at first, but moves pretty quickly. Finding Alexei made me emotional. It made me smile. It made me a little hot and bothered. I loved the characters. I loved their story, and the ending. ALL THE SWOONS. All in all a great read, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick feel good romance, that isn’t conventionally realistic, but it’s so good that you won’t care!!

A very quick read. Hardly of 110 pages on my tablet.
A poor girl from the wrong side of the city.
A millionaire playboy-ishly charming football star.
An accidental encounter. And rest was the history...
But here's a twist of an unexpected baby of the girl's ex-roomate, which kinda heightened the good/nice image of the girl in the eyes of the NFL star (who surprisingly in not an A class jerk instead is a nice homely guy).
Rest was so so predictable.

This is the cutest book I have read in a very long time. Not an author that I have read before but have quite a few of her books on my Kindle I think that Ms Kendall has a new fan.
Ryleigh is a young woman essentially alone in the world who is struggling financially working in a topless bar she was just about making ends meet when her roommate disappeared leaving her with a large rent bill to pay and a two month old baby Ella. She is rescued from a pervy man by Alexi who sweeps in and offers her a ride home. She is used to being independent and suddenly she has a hulk of a man offering to look after her and as much as she hates to admit it she is enjoying the stability he is offering. But is all this too good to be true? How can she ask this man to take on not her but a baby that’s neither her or his?
Alexi is meant to be keeping his image clean after a few incidents the press and other players on other teams the famous line backer needs to stay in control and out of trouble. But once he sees Ryleigh being hassled outside of her place of work he decides that any trouble that comes with her is worth it, especially after he learns how big her heart is taking on her roommates baby and trying to survive there is no way that he is leaving her in the neighbourhood and apartment that has no heat in nearly freezing temperatures. It’s not long before he is taking her and Ella home and planning a future that includes them. All he has to do is convince her to take a chance on them, should be easy right?
This is a short read with all the feels and I honestly loved it, both characters are well written and easy to fall in love with and Ella is the cutest. Highly recommended read perfect start to the year for me.

Sometimes, it is fun to read a book that you just enjoy. This was one of those books.
I liked both Alexei and Ryleigh. I mostly believed in their characters. Yes, the story was maybe a little far-fetched...but, I have had things happen in my life that I would not believe were I to read them in a book...so, the fact that it didn't seem like an impossibly meet cute was good enough for me.
As always, this was enjoyable. It was sexy, I liked the characters, it was well written and it didn't feel like it ended abruptly with major parts of the story left unsettled.

Ryleigh is a special kind of woman. She’s strong and very independent. She’s had a hard time in life, money is short and her ex roommate ditched her with her baby to look after even though she knows next to nothing about them but she takes it all in her stride. She works hard to make sure the baby gets what she needs even if it means forgetting what she needs. She’s incredible, definitely one of my favourite women in a book.
Alexei, oh this man, A professional athlete than can get any woman he wants when he wants. He’s gorgeous, muscly and a family man, he’s everything a woman could possibly want. He’s rich, famous and has everything he wants until he realises he doesn’t.
From their very first meeting, their very first interaction I was invested in this couple. I needed and wanted them to get a happily ever after because god knows, she freaking deserves it. Watching their friendship develop throughout this book has been a blessing. It’s not easy to trust when you’ve had nobody in your life to actually trust but Ryleigh slowly learns how to trust someone.
The whole storyline in this book hit me in the heart, it evokes so many feels from you that you’re left with emotional whiplash (I swear that’s an actual thing) it’s like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster ride and you just don’t want to get off because it’s consuming you. It sucked me in from the very first page and I couldn’t stop until the very end. Everything and everyone around me disappeared and all I could see was their story and I loved every second of it.
It’s been an absolute pleasure reading this beauty, I’m so in love with these characters and the story. it’s my first read from Kendall Ryan and most definitely won’t be my last, this author has a way with words and if her other books are anything like this then I know I’m gonna love them.

Pese a que la historia tiene algunos momentos de WTF?, y a que ciertas actitudes de los personajes no son las mas coherentes, admito que no me parecio un libro tan horrible como lei en algunas reseñas, es cierto que no es un Best Seller pero al menos se deja leer.
La historia en si no es nueva o sorprendente, es simplemente un romance con insta love, simple y olvidable que no te aportara gran cosa, sin embargo, para momentos en los que no sabes que leer o en los que no te quieres adentrar en algo complejo, te hace bien el apaño.
En definitiva, Finding Alexei no tiene una cara oculta o sorpresas, es una novela sentimental superficial y facil que recomiendo si eres fan de las historias de Alexa Riley, puesto que a muy grandes rasgos, tienen ciertas similitudes.

I never add spoilers in reviews, but I feel like I can't recommend anyone not purchase this book without doing that. So here I go. (Don't read on if you don't want any spoilers, but also keep in mind I read just the first chapters, so it's not much spoilers. I'm just trying to save you.)
I read 3 chapters of this book and it went like this: Girl with beautiful blue eyes working at a topless bar encounters middle aged man on the sidewalk outside said bar that wanted to pay her for "more." Girl with beautiful blue eyes was hesitant. Super rich famous football player walks by and watches encounter. He intervenes to save blue eyed girl from the middle aged man and scares the man off.
Famous rich football player offers beautiful blue eyed girl a ride home, which she accepts. Turns out girl working at topless bar is also hungry, very poor, and caring for a two month old baby her roommate left her with. (Can't make this stuff up if I tried. I swear! Bare with me.) But no need to worry. Our super rich famous football player is great with kids because he has tons of nieces and nephews.
He buys the baby stuff at a super store on the way to the topless lady's house. How nice of him to shop with random topless girl! The girl couldn't pay her heat bill, so it's cold in her little shack when they get there. No worries. Our famous football player decides those gorgeous blues eyes and random baby are worth bringing home with him, so he suggests they just come home with him. Girl agrees. (Duh.) So off they go to famous football guy's fancy house as one happy fucked up trio of a random topless bar chick, famous football dude, and left behind baby..
THIS IS ALL JUST ONE DAY IN THE STORY!
ONE FUCKING NIGHT!

After meeting Alexei in Dear, Jane, I needed more of the man, so when it was announced that he’d be getting his own HEA I couldn’t have been more excited and Finding Alexei did not disappoint. It’s all kinds of sweet, smexy, swoon worthy and majorly ovary obliterating!
I loved Alexei in Dear Jane. He was such a good, and true friend to Jane, it was hard not to fall in love with him and now after getting to really see the man’s heart, it’s hard not to adore him. I will admit that there were moments I thought he was too good to be true, but he proved over and over again how golden his heart truly was.
Ryleigh is a force. She doesn’t always think that she is, but she is. She may be scraping by but she is determined to keep going and not give up, no matter what. And though she is dealing with a lot, her heart hasn’t gone cold and cynical. She still has a spark inside her that won’t be put out.
Alexei and Ryleigh’s journey to their HEA is a sweet and fun one that is low on angst and high on ovary exploding moments. This isn’t to say that there aren’t a few bumps in their road, because there are, but they are ones that were expected and I enjoyed how they navigated their way around and through them. The pull between them is there, but it’s Ella ~ the baby ~ who really brings them together by showing the other who they are down to their very cells. The ‘big’ bump in the road wasn’t all that big and I’m kinda meh about it in all honesty, but I really liked where they were at in the end.
This is a sweet, fun and quick read that’s low on drama and high on heart melting moments. We get to catch up with Jane and Weston, as well as Keaton and Slate from Love Machine and even an update on Cam and Natalie from Flirting with Forever and find out what they’ve been up to and that epilogue was all kinds of goodness. Finding Alexei by Kendall Ryan is a beautifully written, heartfelt and romantic read.
I enjoyed the storyline, it's well written, the drama just enough to keep you turning the pages and the romance between Alexei and Ryleigh had me swooning and smiling all throughout the book.

My heart ached for Ryleigh, life has not always been kind to her and after her roommate leaves her baby with her she just steps up and takes care of her. This shows what a kind and beautiful soul she is.
Alexei and Ryleigh are perfect for each other, they have a strong connection and amazing chemistry.

Finding Alexei by Kendall Ryan is a beautifully written, heartfelt and romantic read.
I enjoyed the storyline, it's well written, the drama just enough to keep you turning the pages and the romance between Alexei and Ryleigh had me swooning and smiling all throughout the book.

Kendall writes the kind of stories I love. Finding Alexei is romantic and sweet with loveable characters who have great chemistry. The fast pace of the book had me hooked and I fell in love with Alexei. The way he steps in and helps Ryleigh really made me swoon. I love a great guy lead and he is definitely one. A book that will make you swoon and feel good- Finding Alexei is a must read!

Ryleigh happens to be standing out in front of a club when Alexi comes around the corner. She's being cornered by a guy. One look at Ryleigh and Alexi know she has to help her. Next thing he knows he is her knight in shining armour. As with every book Kendall did an amazing job. Her books are in my top 5 favorite authors.

I absolutely adore Kendall Ryan's heroes. They are alpha down to the tips of their toes but also so caring and protective. Alexei Ivan is most definitely my favorite hero Ryan has written to date!! He is all growly hotness with a heart of gold and an inner core of strength and kindness. I loved the way he was with Ryleigh and the fiery chemistry and banter between them! GAH!! HE WAS EVERYTHING!!
After playing knight in shining armor when first meeting Ryleigh, Alex could never have expected he would not only be taking the woman home but also caring for a newborn. Who would have thought one good deed would change his life forever?
You guys!! Ryleigh and Alex were so damn sexy. Their chemistry was off the charts hot but the kicker for me in this story was the way Alex loved baby Ella. This story was filled with all the love and passion we've come to expect from a Kendall Ryan novel with all the feels as the cherry on top. This was brilliant!! Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula

Football player + unexpected baby? Sign me up, every time. And Finding Alexei did not disappoint. It was short, sweet, and adorable. Alexei was a little more open than I anticipated, but I adored him nonetheless and - perhaps no surprise - his scenes with little Ella were my favorite. Seriously - ovary explosion!
I also adored him with Ryleigh. This is a really simple love story - so there's not a lot of grit or drama, but there is a fair amount of emotion and I found myself swept up in it. I loved Ryleigh and Alexei together, and I SUPER loved the dynamic between the little trio.
Full disclosure: the female narrator is not one of my favorites. I find her enunciation a little distracting from the story. However the male narrator more than made up for it and over-all, I still really enjoyed this story. If you're looking for something light and virtually angst-free, don't pass this one by! ~ Shelly, 4 Stars

This is hands down my favorite Kendall Ryan book so far! It was so easy to get swept up in the story and want all the good things for Ryleigh and Alexei!
I see so many reviews for this saying that they didn’t like it because of the instant connections and low conflict. Well guys, those are some of my favorite things to read about in romance! Is it realistic? Nope. But oh well, it’s what I like and Kendall didn’t let me down.
Ryleigh and Alexei we two people that I shipped from the start. Ryleigh is taking care of a baby that isn’t hers and Alexei is this big teddy bear/ baby whisper who wants to take care of them. My heart literally couldn’t take these good samaritans. They bonded fast, but wouldn’t you if you were spending every day in an apartment with someone?
Their chemistry was off the charts and the sex scenes between them were EVERYTHING! I loved how Alexei didn’t care what others thought about their situation. Also, that epilogue was going to be the death of me! Why I was I smiling like an idiot? Oh you know, because it was too cute how happy they were and seeing Ella growing up made my heart ache!
If you love low angst, wonderful characters, and HEA’s, this is the book for you! I loved this one and will be rereading it very soon!

Feel -good Cinderella story about football star Alexei and (topless) waitress Ryleigh (and guardian to baby Ella).
Alexei is the book boyfriend you dream of: handsome, kind, loves babies, and a sexy dream in the bedroom. Ryleigh is plucky, hard working, sexy, independent...and damn lucky that Alexei dropped into her life like a knight in shining armor!
Not a lot of drama in this one, and plenty of hot sexy times, and just a wee bit of cheesiness near the end (but I loved it anyway). A hot little story that made me happy.

I loved this story. It was a quick read and once you get started you won't want to put it down. Alexei meets Ryleigh outside of a topless bar where she is a waitress and he comes to her rescue. She takes him up on the offer of a ride home and he gets to meet Ella, a 2 month old that she is taking care of since the baby's mom is not in the picture and as you read the book you will see why this is. Ryleigh has some issues and Alexei is there to help. Their relationship will slowly take shape and you are along for the ride.
The story was good, the characters are great and you get to catch up with characters from previous books and see how they are doing. Kendall Ryan has done it again.
