a very good book to get to know more about our responses to emotions and how to make the best of it.

For something being titled as a "Guide", I didn't get any form of guidance from this book. It's still in the usual Mark Manson style of writing which should make things easier, but this book felt too short to serve as a guide and it feels like I'm reading an excerpt from "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck".
