I enjoyed this...but I just don't think any March H will ever compare to Lachlan Mount for me...although Jericho is doing a decent job.
Loved the Seven Sinners shoutout, although that did just serve to remind me of Lachlan and Kiera and how much I love them...And how Jericho and India aren't them lol...
Anyway, I know I will still be dropping $10 to get the rest of the series (despite me saying I wouldn't be dropping $15 on a March series again). It feels steep, but at the end of the day, she writes solid romance and deserves to get paid for it. Plus, it's not like anyone forced me to hit that satanic 1-click button.

Sweet mother of ovaries, the woman did it again. Each time I think March wrote her best alpha yet, she outdoes herself with the next one. And Forge is sure to make ovaries flutter all over the world. Add into that one of the best heroines I've read in the longest time, and stick a fork in me. I'm on book cloud 9!

There is nothing I love better than an uber alpha. And let me just tell you all, Forge is that and more! This is a man that's driven by forces that we only get a peek into. Driven by a revenge that he's so close to having now that he can taste it. And the beautiful woman that has unknowingly stumbled into his web, will be the conduit for him to get it.
As always, Meghan gives just enough to tantalize the reader but also leave them with plenty of questions. Deal With The Devil was all of the things; suspenseful, and sexy. It was full of amazing banter, humor, and enough sexual chemistry to spark fire to your kindle. I absolutely loved the heroine, India. Here's a woman that's full of fire and sass. She doesn't take things lying down and gives as good as she gets.
I'm hooked, line and sinker, and cannot wait for the next installment!

I am going to try and keep this short, because there was a killer cliffhanger and I have the next book waiting in the wings and I am wide awake and ready to dig in. I loved this book. It had everything I liked. My reaction was 😯 😮 😲 🥰😍 !
India Baptiste is beautiful, caring and strong in some ways, but not in others. She needs someone like Jericho in her life. She has been taking care of herself and her sister since she was young. She is so desperate to save her sister that she bets herself for a night to Jericho in a poker game when she runs out of money.
Jericho Forge is wealthy, strong, confident, possessive and out for revenge against Bastien, the man who killed his mentor.
Bastien wants India, so Jericho plans to get India first and use her to get back at Bastien.
The book has everything I love, steamy sex, possessive men, jealousy, the main characters never know what the other is truly thinking. If they are just being used or if real feelings are developing. What more could you want?

What wasn't there to love about this book. Wowza's what an amazing start to this series!! This was one of my most highly anticipated wants now books for this year and I am so glad I wasn't disappointed!! The characters, the storyline, the setting, all made for such a unique, unputdownable, utterly captivating read, this author is untouchable.
There wasn't anything I would change about this book!! I was beyond hooked as soon as I started which has become the norm with this author, it's her knack, she draws us in, gives us all a false sense of security then in the next instant she's pushing us all over the cliff standing back with an evil smirk on her face!! Time and time again I end up over that cliff, time and time again like a glutton for punishment I come back!! I can't wait for the next book!!

I can’t wrap my head around this! How on earth does Meghan March do it? Time after time, pure PERFECTION!! And that’s exactly what Deal With The Devil is - Utter Perfection!
The sexy alpha badass vibes aside, the storyline is completely captivating. I bought in from page one. I need to know what motivates the main characters. I want to know how their interactions will move the plot along. I want to see them interact and uncover hidden truths. That���s what shocked and awed me most. I’m a self professed perv , but the sex really took a back seat here for me. How shocking is that??? But that’s what really resonated with me. The plot and that OH MY FUCKING LORD ENDING!
Now don’t get me wrong. Jericho Forge is everything I love about this type of romance. He’s a sexy Alphahole who takes charge, pulls no punches, and will burn down the world to get what and who he wants.
Totally the man of my dreams! I'm just saying, that story is fracking amazeballs as well.
This was a phenomenal read! My absolute new fave from this author.
I'm beyond impressed and fracking going out of my mind waiting for the next one. I need it now.

This was an amazing start to what I am sure is going to be an epic trilogy! I have always been a fan of Meghan March’s books... in fact I’m pretty sure that every book of hers I have read are all four and five stars! The heroes that she writes are always hard core alpha males, and very possessive about their women! That’s my favourite kind of hero!
Jericho Forge has absolutely won me over! He has charisma that radiates off the pages! His personality is larger than life and I literally felt his every action and word on each page! Then India is thrown into the mix and she is an amazing heroine! She has spunk, and her sass is brilliant! I kid you not, when these two shared a scene, I was all over it! They amused me so much, and had me laughing out loud so many times! I have to mention the “blow job” scene!! Holy hell!! It was beyond intense!! I won’t ever forget it... and that moment will go down as on of my all time favourite!
As you can tell; I love this first instalment hard! If you’re contemplating this trilogy, then I highly recommend it!!! Seriously, it’s books like this that remind me of why I love to read! The end left us with a cliffhanger; but I was prepared for that! This would be the reason I waited for the whole trilogy to be out! Time for book two!!!! Yippee!😬

Jericho was an unapologetic jerk, and I loved that about him. If you know me, then you know that I love a ruthless hero that bows down to no one. And that describes Jericho perfectly. He saw what he wanted, India, and he went after her with no remorse or second thoughts of what he was willing to do to get her. By the end of the book he was still a mystery to me but had me ten times more intrigued about his character.
The chemistry between Jericho and India was amazing and honestly I'd say it was my favorite part of this book. It was thrilling to see how India's sassy, take-no-shit, attitude matched up with Jericho's growly Alpha behavior. Especially when it led to some very heated sexual tension that then exploded off of the pages. I seriously loved them together and I can't wait to see what exactly is going to happen with them once all secrets are revealed.
Bottom line, this is a book I hugely recommend reading. Jericho Forge is not a hero you want to miss out on so do yourself a favor and One-Click this hotness!

Deal with the Devil was my first read of 2019 and I couldn’t have picked a better book to start 2019 with! I hope all my reads are as awesome as this novel. Deal with the Devil was addictive! It is a book that I immediately wanted to pick back up after I put it down and it made me wish that real life wasn’t so busy. There were twists and turns and I’m sure that there will be many more. The ending was an unexpected cliffhanger that made me need the next part right now!
Jericho Forge is another fantastic alpha male by Meghan March. Jericho is a man everybody knows. He’s rich, successful, ruthless, determined and possessive. When Jericho wants something, Jericho will get it. When his eyes land on India, he wants her. He’ll have to work hard to get a chance with India, but he doesn’t give up easily.
India is a smart, talented, caring, determined and honest woman. She knows what she wants and she won’t let Jericho ruin her plan. She tries to keep him at a distant, but that isn’t easy. India can’t deny that she feels an attraction to Jericho when she sees him. She likes the side that nobody else gets to see. India and Jericho are hot together!

These last, four or something, trilogies of hers all feel the same for me. Every time there is a wannabe badass heroine, smart but naïve, beautiful but shy, sexy but inexperienced. And the asshole bazillonaire dark alpha hero with whom people don’t mess around, if you know what I mean. They fear him, envy him, they want to either fuck him or kill him, or, like in heroine’s case, both.
Scenery is changed, plot transformed to something different and yet the same, characters changed their names, backgrounds…and, I don’t know…hair color maybe. But It still the same damn thing. Same candy, different wrapper.
BAD BOY: I rich. I danger. Get me woman.
GOOD GIRL: I hate you. (undressing him with her eyes). I don’t want you. (imagines being under him). Let me go. (unbuckling his pants).
Maybe the first time was somewhat fresh. Nth time? Not so much.

Deal With The Devil is book one in the Forge Trilogy, so I am going to wait to write a full review when I finish all three books.
So far, I am enjoying the story revolving around billionaire Jericho Forge and professional poker player, India Baptist. Forge tends to be an alpha-a**hole, but Indy can stand her ground. I cannot wait to jump into book 2 soon because of the lovely cliffy at the end of book 1. UGH!!!

When a billionaire walks into a room, you feel it
fab opening line, just love it!!
Shipping tycoon Jericho Forge. a self made billionaire and it feels like he has so many secrets.
Forge meets India Baptiste, the former darling of the poker circuit, at a poker game he crashes.
Indy is at the game with Bastien de Vere, an entitled trust-fund prick, who loathes Forge with a vengeance and that feeling is mutual, very much.
Indy is desperate and Forge, knowing Bastien thinks of her as his, sets out to end the evening “With the woman Bastien de Vere wants in my bed. Maybe I’ll even keep her. Make her my mistress.”
But Indy is there to win the game, she is in desperate need of millions and her only change is this high stake poker game. When things go horribly wrong Bastien & Forge are competing to be her hero.
Things get even more problematic when Forge makes her an offer “I’ll bring your sister back to you safely, but in return, you have to do something for me, no questions asked.” Indy can’t refuse.
With sexual tension high between them Don’t go getting dick-struck by him because he released the Kraken on you, both Forge & Indy embark on a journey in unfamiliar waters and seem to slowly grow on each other.
I did not care for Indy's sister, Summer, but who knows where this story is taking us, however I do like the MC's. While Indy is witty, sassy and funny, swimming in the middle of the goddamned ocean like he’s Aquaman. Suddenly, visions of Jason Momoa flash through my mind, Forge is inscrutable, rich, hot and has a good dick.
The book ends on a HOLY SHIT cliffhanger and I'm anxiously looking forward to book 2.

5 Trust the Devil CROWNS
In true Meghan March fashion, Deal with the Devil has captivated me with a mysterious and dangerous hero, a independent heroine, and plot with an ending that has my screaming “what is going on?”. I need book two ASAP!
Jericho is just everything I love about a March hero. He is sexy as heck, dangerous with his need for vengeance, and seductive with his dominance and care for our heroine. Meghan March gives readers just enough to care about this man, but withholds more to keep me wondering who he is, what he is doing, and what his end game is. I’m enthralled engaged, and intrigued by all things Jericho Forge.
India is a woman with nothing to lose, setting her on the path to Jericho. Even when she is up against the wall, India is a heroine who controls the situation to the best of her ability. She wields power in the only way she knows how. She is willing to sacrifice. She does make some unwise decisions, but the secrecy that surrounds Forge makes her decisions understandable. I’m excited to see her evolve and grow through the next two books in the trilogy.

Even though it is just the beginning, it was sexy, captivating, and perfect.

In true Meghan March fashion, Deal with the Devil has captivated me with a mysterious and dangerous hero, a independent heroine, and plot with an ending that has my screaming “what is going on?”. I need book two ASAP!
Jericho is just everything I love about a March hero. He is sexy as heck, dangerous with his need for vengeance, and seductive with his dominance and care for our heroine. Meghan March gives readers just enough to care about this man, but withholds more to keep me wondering who he is, what he is doing, and what his end game is. I’m enthralled engaged, and intrigued by all things Jericho Forge.
India is a woman with nothing to lose, setting her on the path to Jericho. Even when she is up against the wall, India is a heroine who controls the situation to the best of her ability. She wields power in the only way she knows how. She is willing to sacrifice. She does make some unwise decisions, but the secrecy that surrounds Forge makes her decisions understandable. I’m excited to see her evolve and grow through the next two books in the trilogy.

Well Hello Mr. Devil.....AKA Jericho Forge......it’s sooooo very nice to meet you!!! And you are quite sinister and sexy and so very scrumptious. There is much to this devil in this story. There is revenge and vendettas, secrets and lies and the beautiful and sexy, poker playing India Baptiste is caught up in the middle.
Jericho Forge is a man who commands. He gets what he wants and makes no qualms about it. When he sets his eyes on India, it’s because she is with his enemy, Bastien de Vere. But India has an agenda. A life and death agenda and in order to get a solution, she must make a deal with the devil. The devil that she knows, Bastien de Vere, or the new devil, Jericho Forge, that she really doesn’t know. This really isn’t a triangle but there are two men vying for the sassy, confident, determined Indy.
This is the first book in a trilogy. The plot is laid out but knowing this author, I know there will be some detours and more surprises. The banter is sassy and carries quite the heat. The sexual tension between Forge and Indy is off the charts and when they finally come together, 🔥🔥🔥.
I loved the cliffhanger. Could he really have done that? I have another thought, maybe it was the deliver? All I know is that I can’t wait for the next book.

MY THOUGHTS:
This is hands down my favourite book of Meghan’s to date: Jericho Forge grabbed hold me immediately and refused to let go. I was intrigued with his directness and bold resolve to get what he wanted notwithstanding the cost or consequences. He is not the conventional alpha male billionaire hero we often read about, sure he may be dominant and have a dirty mouth but there is something more complex about him that sets him apart, he has an underlying danger that captivates you.
India’s character is sassy, strong and sexy. Protective and proud India keeps her poker face on long after she has left the table. I love that she can give as good as she gets. The slow burn chemistry with Forge is red hot.
You can always count on Meghan to deliver an entertaining and multilayered story with unique and memorable characters and of course she is the queen of cliff-hangers and delivers yet another ending that is sure to make you chuck a tantrum.
I simply cannot wait to read Book 2 in the Series Luck of the Devil

I adore Meghan March, and have loved many of her previous books. It breaks my heart to say this, but I didn't enjoy Deal with the Devil. I found I didn't care about either Jericho Forge or India Baptiste, maybe because I don't feel like I got to know them well enough. Neither character was well-developed in this first of three books. I'm hoping to get to know them better in the next installment, and having a change of heart. To me, India's character was inconsistent--for an intelligent, desperate, woman who is accustomed to gauging those around her and analyzing the risks, I thought most of her decisions were questionable, at best. Maybe I'm just over the arrogant billionaire who orders everyone about, and offers no explanations for his actions--not even to those who deserve an explanation. I didn't feel there was much happening in this book--it was far too slow-moving, for me. It finally picked up around 80%, but it was a struggle for me to get to that point. While I expected the cliffhanger ending, I didn't expect it to be so "out of left field", leaving us with the impression India has made yet another bad choice. Ms. March rarely does the expected, though, (one of the many things I like about her), so I will have to wait and see.

Meghan March delivered a sexy and intriguing story with an underlining danger that I couldn’t get enough of and quite frankly, I didn’t want to.
There is one name that you need to know and that is Jericho Forge. Just saying that name makes me nervous but gives me a thrill at the same time. This man is ruthless, tempting and has one thing on his mind :Revenge. It could be a driving force to anyone but when you’re a billionaire, there’s always an enemy for out there for you and Forge was no different. When he lays eyes on a stunning poker player, the real game just got a whole lot more interesting and his plans were set into motion.
India Baptiste is running out of time. Being a good poker player is nothing compared to having a strong poker face and when you’re around a man like Jericho Forge, you better have your A game or risk losing everything. When she’s faced with the unthinkable, a deal with the devil was made and from that point on, there was no going back.
Can I just say that Meghan creates some of the most delicious and sex worthy heroes?! From their presence to their undeniable sex appeal and lets not forget their dominance and protectiveness that makes you feel safe and powerful.

I also love the heroines because these women are always strong willed, fierce and they know what’s best for them. These characters always compliments each other and brings out the best in them and I really love that. Now can we please for the love of Ed Sheeran have the next book?! That cliffhanger just about did me in.

Holy smokes!! This was a heart pounding read! Between the intense sexual attraction and the storyline then BAM major cliff hanger....I may need time to recover!

Commanding, "No" is not an option, possessive, ruthless, and a sexy pirate....I mean come on who wouldn't find him attractive?! The way he makes his presence known, how he is in all the places he isn't supposed to be, how he takes what he wants...hooked me!
India's not so bad herself. Quiet the intellect and a master at strategy makes her the perfect match for Forge, if he can make her his. She had to fall into his hands as her masterfully trapped her into an arrangement, however she is now finding that she may have the upper hand.
SO FREAKING GOOD!

I read this book when it first came out and this book has stayed with me since. Jericho and Indy stole my breath away. Their relationship started from a card game that Indy was in to to save her sister who was kidnapped. Jericho told Indy that he would help get her sister back if she would marry him. Indy would do anything for her sister. You will need to read this story to see what I mean because I fell in love with this couple and I think that you will too.

I now understand why readers adore Meghan March. She writes captivating contemporary romance wonderfully; her heroes are dark, dangerous and enigmatic; and her heroines are sassy, witty and intelligent. Deal with the Devil, from untold secrets, unpredictable events and abrupt turns, will have your entire, undivided attention.

I love a good anti-hero—there’s something exciting and addicting about a ruthless, domineering man who will have this inevitable, unexplainable hold over your psyche. When Jericho Forge walks in a room he commands respect. Everyone seems to be afraid of him. Gatecrashing a game of high stake poker almost, if not all, rattled everybody. Including the sexy, smart, and beautiful India Baptiste.
Will India win this game? Or will she be forced to make a deal with the devil? Is she willing to accept the terms of the deal?
Deal with the Devilgot me mesmerized right from the start. It's the kind of story that will capture your attention because it is well-written. Characters undoubtedly well thought of. The witty, sexy dialogue between Indy and Forge is oozing with hotness. I still can't get over "The Kraken" scene, lol!
I tremendously enjoyed my first Meghan March book and I can't wait to read the next book in this series - Luck of the Devil. Looking for a suspenseful book with a sexy alpha? I recommend this one.

Suddenly taken by former pro-poker player, India who also happens to be sitting with a man he's been systematically destroying, Jericho isn't sure what India is really after, but he's not going to stop until he holds all her secrets.
MM has perfected this hot trilogy formula - it's like book crack and I can't get enough. Jericho is not a happy-go-lucky hero. He's that perfect alpha jerk that you just can't help but want to lick.
And while we got a whole lot of story and a whole lot of pieces tied up, this series looks like it's going to be full of twists and turns and I seriously can't wait!
