With Chico being gone, the guys decided they wanted a better life for themselves and their single mothers. They made a decision it was time to
Although this story was a bit much with the extremes these men went through to keep thier boy form getting married, it was still a good read. I read it rather quickly in one sitting. There was drama popping off from beginning to end. I don't agree with the men and what they did. And Ms. Lady coming back for revenge is truly something else. I did not expect to be left hanging like that in the end and I can't wait to see how things turn out. Who will still be alive after all the bloodshed? My only negative is that I wish the book had better editing. I had to stumble over a few errors throughout the book that I felt would have been caught with proper proofreading.
Ok so I kept reading and reading cause I knew drama was going to jump off. And it sure did...karma is a beast and these young man will see what that’s all about. It ended to quick Author Lady Legacy I need to see what pops gonna do. I don’t know if I want the sniper caught or not. They were wrong she was wrong so whose side should I take??? I need to get these questions answered in part 2 lol. Great read!
Yes, the story was far fetched, however; it was interesting and gritty. The one thing a lot of authors fail to realize, is that using words they aren't familiar with is an automatic takeaway. I had to laugh uncontrollably when the author used "Walla" instead of " Voilà". While I automatically make the adjustment, it seems as though the writer doesn't care enough about their work or readership to PROOF their work
I gave this book 5 stars because it keep me wanting more Tirana was wrong for playing with LaMarcus heart and getting her best friend killed but that's what happens when you play games. This book was really good and I recommend that you read it and can't wait for for part 2 to drop
I liked that the storyline was different but I couldn't understand the pact for the life of me.. it seemed too extreme for grown men. It was a good read with lots of drama. It does speak volumes about a woman's vengeance and how immature guys can be! Pt 2 should be interesting.
Chasing a female or not, it was petty for the crew to think it was right for them to kill just because one wants to get married. Gold digger yes! But was it their place to stop it? Good read!!
Man this story started off with a bang! Romeo, La Marcus & Trey are childhood friends, they made a promise that No woman will come before money or friendship. La Marcus finds himself in a difficult decision to choose between a woman or friendship.
Wow.... I think some people forget who not to cross and nobody truly knows where every eye and ear is. Well a couple found out the hard way and others received the memo.
Another lesson, there's nothing like a woman scorned with time and a well thought out plan.
Good book, can't wait to read part 2 to find out what happens next and how it all plays out.
Good read.. just ah bit to short.. I dont think u should have left it off like that.. thats the only reason I gave 4 stars...but all in all I will be waiting for part 2..
