This is a great book if you take the time to do the lessons. I listened to it and did the lessons including the meditations. There is a lot to learn and process as you go through the lessons. The author makes you take a look at yourself from all perspectives which at times isn’t pretty, but it's great to see where change is needed. By the end of the book the word vulnerability won’t cause anyone to flinch.
This book was a great read. One that had thought me that it's ok to take care of the self. Love starts from inside and Nancy knows how to get that of me so i can honor me in a new way and to stop being a people pleaser. I can't wait for Nancy's next book.
