Видавництво «Блим-Блим» є новачком на ринкe коміксів в Україні. А їхнє підліткове банд десіне «Космічний поштар» Ґійома Перро є чи не першим надрукованим виданням. Тому пройти повз я точно не зміг і придбав для ознайомлення цей альбом.
«Космічний поштар» переносить нас у світ наукової фантастики, в епоху міжпланетних подорожей та проблем, які нам у цей час навіть і не снилися. Щодня герой історії, космічний поштар Боб, доставляє довірену йому пошту з планети на планету. Упродовж тривалого часу він постійно пролітає один і той же самий шлях. Але одного разу вранці, коли він збирається забрати доставку, начальник кличе його й попереджає, що сьогодні він збирається змінити його звичну космічну дорогу. Боб дуже розгублений і передчуває біду, бо на нього точно чекає небезпека на невідомих планетах.
Тому такий «домашній», рутинний персонаж, як Боб, повинен вийти із зони свого комфорту й зіткнутися з викликом, якого він не обрав. Він має доставити п’ять пакунків на різні планети, де зустрінеться із садівником-гігантом, трішки глухою бабусею чи на планету із Маленьким Принцом. Персонажі, планети та ситуації на шляху Боба є цікавими, кумедними й незвичними. Тому коли починається нова пригода, з нетерпінням чекаєш, що ж нового покаже нам Ґійом Перро.
Історія досить проста і зрозуміла, та явно орієнтована на молодшу чи підліткову аудиторію. Але це не означає, що це банд десіне не сподобається дорослим. Сюжет, можливо, і простий, але його прямолінійність дуже чарівна й дозволяє малюнку зайняти центральне місце. А Ґійом Перро має чим здивувати в художньому плані. «Космічний поштар» читається досить швидко, але цей час був сповнений хорошими емоціями, тому хочу прочитати і другий альбом із цієї серії.

Large colorful graphics with simple dialogue and description. My 3-year-old grandson and I read through this in one sitting with him remaining engaged even when I had to take short breaks. Postman Bob gets a new unknown route on his space route and at first only sees the negative side to each new stop. As he makes his return trip past each of the delivery locations, he sees the differences his deliveries have made and decides it was a good day after all. Kids will love Postman Bob and learn along with him that trying new things and also helping others make for a good day. Personally I would have liked to have some labels on the delivery destinations, but that is the linear library worker part of me coming out.

Otro descubrimiento de mi biblioteca que me ha encantado, y en catalán! Tenía más texto que Ullals pero es cierto que este es más para niños (no sé cuál será el target concreto, estaba en la sección de adultos pero sí es un poco para cualquiera). Y a mí me ha encantado! Historietas de un cartero paseándose por planetas con criaturas extrañas (la mayoría muy cuquis) y frustrándose con la vida pero aprendiendo a ver el lado bueno y apreciar a la gente y el mundo en el que vive? Dame más (ya he cogido el segundo tomo, obviamente)

The Postman From Space tells the story of a space postman (and not a postman coming from space), who wants to do his usual space rounds, but is forced by his boss to drop them and deliver mail to a couple of interesting, new space places (while continuously complaining).
The story is pretty simple and straightforward, and clearly geared towards a younger audience. That is not to say this book wouldn't appeal to adults - the story may be simple, it's directness is also very charming, and lets the art take centre stage.
Said art is very French, very European, and I mean that in the most positive way! It's slightly cartoonish and very disarming, with a lovely eye for detail.
I believe this is the first in a series of books, and I hope the rest will be published in translation, too.
Recommended to anyone with a love for European comics, of any age.

Auch wenn es ich hierbei um einen Comic für Kinder handelt (Empfohlenes Lesealter 8+) hat es mir sehr gut gefallen und es hat mich gut unterhalten.
Der Postbote, der immer die gleiche Route fährt und immer den gleichen Anzug trägt, ist eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden mit seinem Leben. Als der Chef ihm eine neue Tour zuweist hat er Bedenken, Angst und möchte lieber bei dem Bekannten bleiben. Am Ende erweist sich dies aber als Glückgriff und er erlebt jede Menge Abenteuer. Eine tolle Botschaft für Groß & Klein.
Mich persönlich hat die Geschichte an die ZDF Fernsehspiel-Verfilmung von Stanislaw Lems "Ijon Tichy" erinnert. Jeder Planet hat eigene Eigenschaften und eigene Bewohner. Somit ergeben sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für unterschiedliche Abenteuer.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn es eine Fortsetzung geben würde.

Très chouette BD, qui fait sourire et réfléchir: il y a du positif dans tous les changements de la vie. Plusieurs clins d'oeil (M. Petit!), des dessins colorés et rigolos, des planètes qui font peur mais, une fois visitées, une fois familières, sont finalement assez jolies. Belle BD sur les plaisirs de la découverte, un hommage à la curiosité!

Exactly my type of scifi - a big focus on the more mundane jobs, rather than the big battles fought across seas of stars. The art style is lovely, with a nice muted, but lively color palette applied in flats and simple, clean art that holds its own ground alongside the few bits of dialogue here and there. The German edition is (as is to be expected!!) very well-made and the localization handled skillfully. I haven't had much time to just buy books, and graphic novels especially, on a whim without prior research lately, but I'm glad that this paid off! I can't wait to treat myself to the other two volumes when the need for a treat arises in the near future.

Confession time: I select graphic novels for a library and bought this as a request from myself because the reviews mentioned it had influences from The Little Prince, aka my favorite book of all time. I loved this little graphic novel with an important and meaningful moral in the end of appreciating life and looking at things from a different perspective. I wont "spoil" the Little Prince influence, but there is a drawing of a sheep!

Un còmic àgil i prou divertit. M'agraden alguns detalls de la història i també el disseny dels personatges i que hi hagi una mica d'evolució del protagonista en positiu al final. Sí que l'argument és una mica pla i superficial, però em costa valorar-ho tenint en compte que és per a públic infantil.

Très divertissant ! On découvre de nouvelles planètes, plus loufoques les unes que les autres, et leurs habitants... Bref clin d’œil au Petit Prince en prime. Mon garçon de 9 ans a adoré aussi.

Bob’s new outlook by the end of the book is nothing short of inspirational, I’ll tell you that. Combine that with Perreault’s top notch illustrations, and you’ve got yourself a zippy, happy, and uplifting read.

J’ai lu ce livre avec ma fille de 6 ans en mettant beaucoup d’expression et nous avons beaucoup ri!! Nous allons le relire quelques fois de plus avant de le rendre à la bibliothèque c’est certain.

N'havia sentit a parlar tan bé que ijjjj... M'esperava més la veritat.
És molt dinàmic, i els mons i personatges que va coneixent el protagonista estan ben trobats (m'ha encantat la trobada amb el Petit Príncep). Però tinc la sensació que es queda tot en l'anècdota i es passa massa per sobre. Almenys a mi m'hauria agradat una mica més de xixa.
A ver si a la segona part hi ha més teca.

Un roman graphique qui plaira aux jeunes lecteurs à partir de 9 ans. C’est joliment illustré et très sympathique. Ceux qui ont aimé «Le voleur de sandwichs» vont aimer.
