This book is so good that it would be unfair to not write a good review that other readers may find helpful.

I am mid way through reading this book, but that is plenty to tell me that this a really good quality book. It is written in an easy to understand manner while progressively building towards fairly complex constructs. At the same time, the book is not verbose at all, and that is how technical books should be. Loving it the way the author has brought together additional concepts to enable you to develop production quality ecosystem around Lambdas, i.e. API Gateway, Serverless Framework, CI/CD, Security, GraphQL etc. just to name a few.

The book is really good in explaining the "why" first and then "how" as opposed to other "cookbook" style books which I have found to be an absolute waste of time.

This book is certainly not for an AWS beginner. To follow this book, you need to be comfortable with AWS in general.
