Intuition Magic: Understanding Your Psychic Nature

Rate this book
Most of us have experienced bursts of intuition or “paranormal” events. Are they all products of imagination or confusion? The truth is that we all have psychic abilities. We simply have to accept their validity and learn to use them properly. Linda Keen’s unusual experiences began when she was a child. For years, she kept her secret world to herself for fear of rejection and alienation. But eventually she found companions who validated her experiences and helped her to refine her abilities. In Intuition Magic, she discusses how she developed her abilities to such a level of mastery that she eventually co-founded the largest school for psychic abilities in the Netherlands. Linda has placed a great deal of her teachings in this book. Here you can learn the power and magic of your own intuition, following her step-by-step instruction. You’ll discover how to read and adjust auras, protect yourself from “psychic noise,” get grounded, maintain healthy chakras, and apply your new intuitive skills to everyday life. Intuition Magic is designed as a road map to assist the seeker within this immaterial world of intuition and spirituality. You know you are ready. Enjoy your journey.

The English language edition (Intuition Magic) was published in 1998 by Hampton Roads Publishing Company in the United States, and is now in its second printing under Keen Press.

We've likely all felt some kind of sixth sense at times, an intuitive sense of sorts. This book is ideal for anybody interested in developing psychic skills. It functions as a guide and reference, with simple, practical activities. This book is worth reading and re-reading if necessary. The book blends the author's own experiences with workshops to improve psychic abilities, emphasizing the need for dedication and safety. I read it to learn more about forgiveness, mindfulness, and intuitive growth. Highly recommend it for an eye-opening read.

the reader is given special exercises to practice in his/her spare time that are designed to increase your connection with the intuitive juices that are waiting to be stirred within human consciousness. this book has taught me that intuition is something that must be practiced for it to improve over time, which makes sense. muscles operate the same way. one of these exercises that I mentioned is where the individual assumes a meditation type position and visualizes a rose. (easy enough) but after you've visualized a red rose in your mind, your supposed to conjure up the image of a blue one, then a white one, and so on and so forth. every kind of rose you can imagine. I know this sounds like a silly exercise to do in your head but its very relaxing if nothing else. I sometimes do it when I'm laying on my bed trying to fall asleep at night and it works every time I've tried it. its all about serenity dude

Discovering unique creative and inspired capacities through imagination

Author/healer/teacher of metaphysics/musician Linda Keen is the founder of Mens & Intuitie (People & Intuition) school for energy awareness and intuitive healing in Europe, and having returned to the US she continues to write, teach and appear on national television and radio, encouraging her mission - ‘Integration of all that we know and can accomplish.’ Her books to date - THE DREAM KEEPERS, JOHN LENNON IN HEAVEN, SHOVING OFF FROM THE SHORE, and INTUITION MAGIC.

‘Intuition’ – we all know we have it, but what exactly is it? The dictionary defines it as ‘the power or faculty of knowing things without conscious reasoning.’ Yet in this sensitive book, Keen explores the ‘term’ by sharing her awareness experiences on how she developed her intuition and then provides an experiential workshop on how to unveil the spiritual aspects of our world ‘in a simple and playful manner’ – the Intuition Magic Workshop! The personal one-on-one feeling she manages to achieve, sharing how to develop perceptive imagination, visualization and transformation, acknowledge fear and negativity, and even Chakra, opens portals to truly gaining intuition, widening channels of communication with spiritual beings, and enriching our lives. This book makes a difference – read and grow! Very highly recommended

This book would have been better if it had been written as a book for a fictional book. There's no evidence to any of this. It's silly and stupid and it's a good study of how people can create emotional persuasion by looking at how high the ratings for this book are. The author indirectly explains that they got brain damage as a teenager at the opening of this book, which, re-listening to the intro, I was like, ah, yes, that makes sense. I can take away from this the fact that emotional persuasion is such a powerful tool. I can also take away a funny thing that I noticed was the author was talking about spirits without bodies and letting them possess you as classical demonic possession, even outlined by the Catholic religion, as I understand it. So, completely stupid book. I was trying to figure out what value this had that it attempted to present, and that's why I had to give it 0%.

This is a wonderful book on intuition, which is quite different than other books on this topic I have read. The author, Linda Keen, explains how she developed her intuition and in the second part of the book gives practical guidance on how the reader can develop their intuition and perform readings and healings on themselves and others. I was happy to learn that the rose flower, which I love, is central to intuition in the author's teachings. She advises to visualize people as roses and that every detail about the rose has significance. The author indicates that visualization is important. She teaches the reader about chakras, auras and colors and how to read another person's aura.
I highly recommend this book for people interested to learn more about intuition and develop spiritually.
