Breaking All The Rules

Rate this book
A workaholic by day, a playboy by night – that is the reputation which precedes RITHWIK BALI – India’s most eligible bachelor - he always manages to create a stir, no matter where he goes or what he does. Tired of his extravagant lifestyle, his father gives him an ultimatum – marry within six months or relinquish his position as the Managing Director of his company. However, Rithwik’s dilemma is that he’s not ready for marriage. Time is running out unless he comes up with a plan.

After surviving a dark tragedy, working as the personal assistant to the MD of Fortuna International is a dream job for AISHA SOLANKI, up until her boss proposes to her – a temporary engagement for six months. With her back against the wall and unable to decline all that Rithwik Bali has to offer, Aisha has a tough choice to make. However, spending the next few months engaged in a mock courtship is not how Aisha envisioned her future, especially since she finds herself drawn to her dynamic, charismatic new boss.
Proposing their fictional engagement to Aisha was easy for Rithwik – after she proves her loyalty to him time and time again, the plan just clicked into place. But when this game of deception unexpectedly changes to something more, then all bets are off and rules will be broken!
Is falling for your fake fiancé a happy ending or a recipe for disaster?

The plot is interesting and what is more interesting is the way the author has presented the simple plot with unexpected twists and turns. The language used is simple and the story just flows from one page to another.
The characters in the book are well developed and the characters from the previous books of the series also make appearances off and on.
The story has friendship, romance, loyalty, misunderstanding, heartbreak, and hatred.
I liked the way the story moved weaving the characters of the other stories in the series. Eagerly waiting for the next book, the story of Veejay Bellani and Diya Thakur, and I hope I would not have to wait for long.

it’s a wonderful story of businessman Ritwik Bali and Aaisha. It’s about a lie that brings them together and the magic happens.
I fell in love with the plot of the book. The way the author added twists is commendable.
The narration of the story is crisp and engaging keeping the reader hooked throughout. The author builds curiosity in the reader to know what will happen next. I am fan of her lucid and witty writing style. It’s a quick read that you’ll love.

It was my very first ever book by Sapna Bhog. The cover and blurb of the book were too catchy to ignore. The story of the book flowed smoothly, and the narration was captivating. Every page turned into intriguing twists that made me tighten my grip on my phone.

Aisha Solanki is brave, headstrong, beautiful, and loyal to her work. A past tragedy changed her life, and she experienced trauma. One liability takes her to accept the role of the fake fiancée of her boss. But breaking rules start to heal her broken soul.

Rithwik Bali is a handsome, hot, and successful businessman and always wants to be free. Now, he only has six months to fulfill his father's final demand. Aisha is the only one he can trust, so he proposes to her to fix his freedom. Now is the time to test the truth and show loyalty.

Aisha and Rithwik not only have too many sparks but they are explosive of them. I am so engrossed in their romance and chemistry that I didn't look into the simple mystery and the culprit. Aisha's emotional pain felt me instantly, and it also held the character more to reality-based.

The two of them have too many hidden secrets. When they were beginning to come into the light, unexpected twists came with them. Aisha and Rithwik's character development was perfect with the flow of the book. New characters come, and old ones make a limited appearance again, making the book more engaging.

A one-usual concept of contract agreement was used by the author again. Yet, what fabulous work she did to make that remarkable. Not only do I want to read Diya, Rishi's book, but I am looking forward to reading Rohan's book. Also, he is more intrusive than I thought.

You cannot miss this book if you like to read romance books. They are my favorite couples in this series, so I can't help but be biased to them. This book led me to read every book in this series and the books by this author.

It's nice but not very nice like first 2 books

Story was nice. But very predictable. Author left clues for what's coming next. End was anti climax.
I liked first two books very much. Aisha gave in very easily after how he treated her. End cud have been little more dramatic and it wud have been a 4 star

* Opposing Emotions
* Surprising Love
* Enjoyable Narrative

She wanted a normal life, that was her thought when she joined Fortuna International, But life surprised her with a shocker of a proposal to be her boss' fake fiancee, but is that all, no! She fell for him hard even though she knew he was one hell of a Playboy! Aisha Solanki has her own demons from the past but overcame everything with the "unrealised" help - Her love for him

He was a workaholic through and through, when he was threatened with his inheritance for marriage by his own parents, he did not have any other option! He has to get Married, period! He tried his chance with his best friend Raashi but that was a bummer. Now seeing his new secretary, he formulates a plan to fake it! Rithwik Bali is the MD of Fortuna International with loads of manwhore attitude, until her! He changed for her, fell for her without even realising it!
Oh yeah, when stars align, fake turned real!

A HEA, for you guys to give a read and did I forget Janak, he is involved too! I can't wait for Diya and VJ, the next couple

Is it really fake if emotions are involved 🤔

The story picks up on Rithwik's life from book 2. As we read in the previous book Rithwik is pressurized by his parents to get married. There is very little time left and he ain't ready to get married but he could loose everything. And then brews a plan which could save him and also help his trustworthy PA Aisha.
A fake engagement which leads to both of them learning so much about each other. The more they know the more the fall.
But with secrets from the past and different social status will they be able to find their happiness??
It was good to read the bond between Rithwik and Rishi😁.

Romantic....cosy....feel good book just like a fairy tale. It makes smile and the smile stays for a while. It’s a perfect movie plot where the main characters come together with their personal interest and the relationship start with a lie but as the story moves ahead they fall for each other, committing themselves into a real relationship. They have a spark from the day they meet for the first time. Love the chemistry between Aisha and Ritwik Bali. Elements of loyalty, friendship, love, sympathy all are displayed in moderate amount which is itself a great thing. A book worth reading.

OPPOSITES MEET & BOOM INDIAN MAGIC HAPPENS

I absolutely loved this book & the best in the series yet. This romance had it all spiteful baddies, massive ruby ring, paparazzi a foot, deep dark secrets treasured, AMAZBALLS BROmance, news that sticks India & worldwide, HILARIOUS dialogue, discovers are uncovered, tear jerking that will make you CRY UGLY, & even a tinkle from Janek Sehgal is in the mix. I highly recommend this misadventure to alk my peeps & it gets my top score of 5 finger up & 10 toes, so out in your TBR list!!

A pretty fun office-romance with a touch of ugly duckling trope. The second half kind of fizzled for me as the third act kerfuffle felt more obligatory than inspired. Still I liked the romance - a little HQ Presents - but comfortable for all that.

I would pick up more from the author - I flipped through the first book in this series as well and it looked promising.

I find Ms Bhog's writing one of the stronger romance voices from India. A few idiomatic sentences which hit my ear weirdly but no obvious issues - nicely done. Overall, a like from me.

My favourite work of Sapna's so far has to be this. Guess what, this is the first book I read in her series. Immediately fell in love with Rithwik and Aisha. Despite the circumstances they come together their interactions and camaraderie kept me hooked.

On a side note, after reading all her Sehgal series, I am waiting for Rishi's love story. The guy is a gem, I hope he is different from all the Sehgal leads so far.

A good read, could have been better

It started with lie, but destiny had other plans, it turned into a beautiful reality. The story flow, language is as good as the previous two version, just that the story didn't meet my expectations, it should have been more thrilling and adventurous. Nevertheless a good one. I'm waiting for rishis story, hoping it's as good as the 1st and 2nd part.

This was my first read of all the books written by Sapna & after this there was just became an ardent fan of Sapna’s pen.
Story although predictable but still the plot keeps u glued on. Both the characters were well narrated & the way their romance or I should say relationship stepped to a new level was amazing. Ritwik was such a charmer & Aisha became his strength. Overall a very good storyline. In fact after reading this book I read the Entire Sehgal Saga & read them all.

Kudos to Sapna

Page Turner till the end!

When you start a relationship with a selfish motive and a lie to fool the world but eventually end up in love with the person. There is no other beautiful thing to feel the love and care and protect your love.

The story of Rithwik and Aisha is beautiful. I had read all the books from the seriesbut somehow I did not feel like reading Rithwik and Aisha's story until few days back when I read the blurb of their story and decided to give Rithwik a chance. I already was impressed with the character as he had helped with the matter of Rhea. He was an amazing friend and even better life partner to Aisha.

Aisha always had supported Rithwik and she deserved to be happily loved and cherished.

Loved it ❤️

Best of best

I loved the love of Aisha and Ritwik. They make me speechless with the way their love manages to break all the rules and because it is a source of light for them. The way he belongs to her, like her light to darkness and she belongs to him like peace in chaos is beautiful. Their sizzling attraction, enchanting affection and undying love is worth all the praise in this world. Beyond enamored by this one!

I read this book, during lockdown...
Wonderful book. Easy writing. No extra drama. Again, I will say, I like the way she build the character. She interlink it very nicely. The glimpse of the Ritwik story was given in the 2nd book only of Sameer and raashi. Author has already brought the base line for VJ story.
Good read.

Expected more from this book after seeing these reviews but honestly their relationship had them going from essential strangers to suddenly in love with each other ? I’m just confused by this development and also how our fmc is described as a “plain Jane” and then all of a sudden is gorgeous and hot. It’s just all such a sudden turn of events that I couldn’t digest it. DNF.

Extremely entertaining

The relationship between every couple is filled with romance and fights. Understandings and misunderstandings are what makes a couple's life interesting. Love at the bottom and life at the top create so many moments and memories of pure joy. Very nice.

I love Rithwik Bali. He is my fictional boyfriend, lover , husband , friend . Each time I read a sapna bhog novel it becomes hard for me to choose which one is my favourite. I am myself a adventurous person and would love to have someone like Rithwik by my side to accomplish those daredevil stunts 🙃

Also I ship Aisha and Rithwik. They are perfect and fix and heal each other's voids. Rithwik calming Aisha during her claustrophobia attacks, Aisha saving Rithwik 's image, both supporting each other in front of their parents was incredible. My heart broke when Rithwik didn't trust Aisha . And at that time i wanted to smack across his face for not trusting the person he love the most.

Overall it was awesome and amazing. Reeling to read more of her works .
