Need of A Change by Rita Rana is an empowering collection (poetry and prose) that takes you on a journey of love, self-healing, discovering of inner strength, and personal transformation. A happy journey through powerful feelings that grow from seeds and change into flowers. A journey about our beautiful heart. A journey about our choices. If you are craving for a change or looking for a different, philosophical perspective on the world and environment – this poetry book is for you. One of my favorites: Be like the Sun, Never Stop, Have you Ever, and more...

I really appreciate the sentiment of the book. It contains healthy attitudes to life and to our emotions. I think people who enjoy Paulo Coelho books will also enjoy the poems and short prose pieces this book has to offer.
My favourite lines were: "To get hugged by the beauty of the moonlight, sun must have to hide for the night".

Rita Rana's book gives the reader glimpses into the immensely positive mindset of the author whose prose and poetry meld beautifully. Her poem "Tears" and the prose piece "Read to Adopt" are among the best in the collection. Recommended.

Need Of A Change by Rita Rana is a poetry collection of 60 pages. This is a diary of a young ambitious girl who wants to bring the change or be the change herself in this world full of despair. She has composed really thought-provoking poems for the readers to be the change in themselves in order to change the world. I fully agree with her bright ideas.

The book is written in simple poems with great messages of spreading love instead of hatred, to be optimistic instead of dejected, to make a strong connection with the God in case of despair. She wants to see the world with the eye of a visionary who is desperately looking for a change in our attitudes, mindset, behaviour and above all in our whole being.

I have found Ms Rita's thoughts quite genuine in waking up the society towards a great place to live in. She has presented great ideas to self groom ourselves instead of criticising others for our mistakes and deeds. This book is really full of optimism with bright ideas to follow and adopt.

I rate this book 4 stars just because there were some beautifully written prose in it that could have been converted into poems to make it a true poetry collection. It's just that prose seems a bit mixed up with the poetry that I feel kind of not making it a whole poetry collection. As am a poetry lover and I really admire poetry to be written in a poetic diction not to be mixed up with prose in it. So, overall it's a great read with brilliant ideas of promoting the well justified need of "Change" in the world. I would recommend all inspirational reads lovers to read the book as it's not only poetry oriented but having some inspirational quotes in prose as well.

Need Of A Change
Author: Rita Rana
Publisher: Self-Published KDP
Year: 2020

This is a delightful book to read containing a collection of 51 poems and prose, a thought-provoking collection that really makes you sit up and look at life and maybe even think of the world in a different way.

The poetry is liquid flowing and an example of a question not many of us would have ever thought about but “What Can You Take”, which refers to what can you take with you from this world after your death?

It is not something that I ever thought about really as I had always come to believe that you cannot take anything with you. After reading Rita’s poem where she says” Yes, there is something you can take, the love of all and the satisfaction of yours” This is a lovely thought.

Rita has a wonderful selection of writing, but my favorite poem is “Unity in Strength” which demonstrates that everything is better together. “When every human being will unite together, then the world will live happily forever”

Rita is a student and a writer, and this is her first eBook collection of motivational poetry and prose. I highly recommend getting a copy of her book for thinking time relaxation.

Need Of A Change" is a collection of 51 poetry and prose.

Every page had me thinking as each poem or prose set out a pursuit of happiness. I happily devoured this book in one sitting, however it would have been nice to pick it up, read a passage and then take some time to consider the philosophy behind what I had just read. I will bookmark some pages to go back to.

A particular line that I found interesting read '...perfect life in this imperfect world is to have humanity and love for all' (Humanity and Love). A profound passage that is almost humbling as one considers their place in the world and the way they interact with others.

A throughly enjoyable read that is sure to get you thinking and pontificating your place in the world and your own pursuit of happiness.

Beautiful, Unique, Spiritual

This book came to me at just the right moment in my life and I'm glad I got it and read it. There were a few grammar and sentence structure errors, but I could overlook them - I could understand what the author, Rita, was trying to say. Although some of what was written is debatable, still - there were deep moral insights that got to me. I bookmarked a few pages to read again later.

This is definitely a life-changing and an inspiring book for those who have lost their way and want to get back on track. I'd recommend this to anyone as a self-improvement book. Its very unique in its own way!

Thank you, Rita, for publishing this book. We all have room to change and this book is just the guide for it!

It was a book of good advices and helpful suggestions for a happy and healthy life. But I have definitely expected a totally different style of book and writing. I liked „Karma“ and „Life is a drama“ a lot out of this collection.

Compared to other books this one felt very rational and not warm or hearty. Most sentences are phrased in a very direct, even commanding, way which is not necessarily bad. But in this case it would have been great to put some more precise solutions or guides on how to achieve desirable character traits. I know it’s a collection of poems and prose but it kind of lacked warmth for those are in need of help. Also, it felt more like a self-help book.

So, in my case I don’t mind this style or tone. But in total the collection felt unfinished or missed a good wrap-up or ending. I felt that the book started strongly but lacked a good finishing line.

This was a very inspiring read. These poems and prose were really uplifting, they were honest and straight to the point. They weren't philosophical or painted with hidden messages, but they were the sort of straight talk you get from someone who cares about your development.

I truly recommend this book if you are in search of a wake-up call or some inspiration for your life. Maybe a boost to understanding your life can be found here as well. I mostly recommend this because this is the sort of way I write my books as well, straight to the point and ready to shake your ego and make you see truth.
