FTC DISCLAIMER: I RECEIVED AN E-ARC FROM THE PUBLISHER THROUGH ONE OF A VARIETY OF SOURCES. I VOLUNTARILY OFFER MY HONEST REVIEW OF THE BOOK, THOUGH IT IS NOT EXPECTED OF ME! RECEIPT OF THIS BOOK IN THIS MANNER DOES NOT AFFECT MY OPINION OF THE BOOK OR THE CONTENT OF MY REVIEW!

I've read all the books in this series, and I have to say this is one of the better ones! I enjoyed the various scene changes so that we weren't just stuck in the city. I really liked Lizzy quite a bit and was able to easily relate to her. I also liked Maxi for her, even though he lied to Lizzy most of the time they were together! The story was very cute and was a quick read as well, making it a great beach read!

Clean book which is great. This is book 13 of 14 in the No Brides Club series.
Lizzy is a member of the no brides club and partowner in a wedding planning business with her sister. She has a client in Britain that is annoying to say the least. So the client sends someone to the US to check on the wedding plans to make sure they are what she wants. When her friend can't come she convinces her recluse wealthy brother Maxi to come and pretend to be the friend.
Maxi arrives and meets with Lizzy sees everything is fine. Then there's a problem with he sister house and Lizzy helps. With spending so much time together they realize something is happening. Just before he leaves Lizzy calls with a problem for the bride so Maxi takes Lizzy back to Britain with him. There he tries to keep the lie about who he is until the real friend shows up and calls him by name. Will Lizzy hear his real name? Will what they have been building be ruined? Grab the book and read all about it.

I loved this story. The writing of Raine English gets better with each of her books I read.

No Time for Intique is the 3rd in the No Brides Club.

LIzzy is a member of The No Brides Club having sworn off men due to some disastrous relationship. She is also a in the wedding planning business with her sister. They are well sought after planners and Lizzy has a top model client that is high maintenance for sure.
This client has a brother that is an extremely wealthy British recluse. The client does a bit of manipulating to get her brother to the states to check on her wedding planner and make sure all is good with the planning.
Lizzy doesn't know it's her client's brother that shows and she falls head over heals for him. They have some shared ups and downs in the short amount of time he is there.
That's not the end...Lizzy finds out in the worst way who he really is and turmoil follows.

I will say the story ended too soon for me. I wanted more. Short, cute, fun read! I recommend!

This is another story in the No Brides Club series and it’s another good one. In the story, LIzzy Sullivan, is a high end wedding designer even though she has sworn off men since they all stink and are rotten apples. The women she is doing a wedding for is living in London and very nervous that her wedding is going to run into problems. So she sends someone to keep an eye on Lizzy. Turns out the person to keep an eye on Lizzy is a handsome man, Maximilian Harte. He is very rich but doesn’t go out but his sister talked him into going to New York to oversee the wedding details. Of course, what happens when you get to work with a gorgeous man even though you sworn them off? Max has a past that is keeping him from moving on but maybe something good is going to happen between the two. The story is well written and the characters are true to life. I highly recommend it and all the other No Bride Club books.

I always enjoy Raine's writing style, and although this story is not as funny as some of hers, this book is warm, sweet and romantic. Lizzy is one of NYC's premier wedding planners along with her twin sister, Emilie. Her top model client, Scarlett, in England, sends someone to check out that everything is perfect for her upcoming wedding. She manipulates her brother, Maxi, one of Britain's wealthiest men, to go for her, under the guise of a friend's name. He's been a recluse for the past ten years since the death of his wife, and Scarlett just wants to see him out among the living once again. A few things go awry during the week before the wedding, but Lizzy and Maxi have everything under control and begin to feel a connection. It's a very cute story and a great edition to the No Brides Club series that readers are sure to enjoy!

Maximilian concedes to his sister, Scarlett, to fly to New York City and check out the plannings for her upcoming wedding. He begrudgingly agrees to go, but only for a couple of days and under the guise of a friend's name so the press doesn't realize his true identity- Maximilian Harte, the "Widower of Harte Manor" who has hidden himself away for ten years and has been drowning in his mourning and guilt over the death of his wife Bryony.

Upon arriving to NYC, he meets Lizzy, co-owner of "Happily Ever After" with her sister Emilia, and the best wedding planner of NYC. And he loses his heart to her.

Lizzy, however, has no clue that she's seeing the famous widower. Will the lies about his identity take them both down a path of misery? Or will their connection bloom and turn into true love?

IT WAS AMAZING! :D <3

This pair were quite adorable together thanks to the work of their meddling sisters. I really enjoyed watching Lizzy and Maxi learn to love beyond their emotional scars; learning to trust one another as well as their own judgement There’s definitely a “the truth will set you free” vibe about this book. Because, more than just the secrets he’s harboring from Lizzy, Maxi’s deceiving himself about some important things that could change his perceptions of everything. The ending was very sweet and I hated having to say “goodbye” to these characters.

This was another fun story in The No Brides Club series. I liked how part of the story took place in New York City and part of it took place in England at the Haute Manor near cliffs overlooking the sea. I also liked the cute ragdoll cat, Tiffany on the cover and in the story. It was fun to watch how much turmoil Scarlett caused before she got married at the beautiful castle in New York and not on her family's manor in England. I enjoyed how her brother pretended to be Scarlett's friend as he met the cute wedding planner, Lizzy. There were definitely sparks flying in this fun book. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Lizzie lost her trust in men, but she thought she might of found a good one in Dale White until she realizes that's not his name. I loved her dog Newton and her bridezilla's diva cat Tiffany. Maxi was broken up and guilt ridden about his wife's death and closed himself off to love again until he met Lizzie. The wedding venue and Maxi's home in England were beautifully described and made me want to plan trips to visit. I was a little disgusted by some of the foods they ate, but then I have no desire to eat raw oysters. Their relationship happens quickly and emotions are heightened in the book with wedding drama and a missing cat.

No Time For Intrigue: WOW! Love all the twists and turns throughout the story. Fantastic characters with lots of surprises. Even though Maxi went to New York with a different name to protect himself. He was still himself with Lizzy even though she didn't know the truth until much later. They were a match made in heaven. I liked all the challenges they had to go through for Scarlett's wedding but they enjoyed themself while the planning had to go on and decisions had to be made. It's what Lizzy needs to be successful at her business and find the love that she had been missing even though she was not looking for love. Fantastic writing and romance. I really enjoyed it.

What a fun time reading this addition to the No Brides Club. This story of Lizzy (the best wedding planner in NYC!) and Maxie (Maximillan) has so many twists and turns you have to pay attention or get lost in the middle. I
Especially when a certain wedding dress shows up in NYC in the wrong size and the bride is across the world in another country! A delightful read that stands on it's own as do all In this series. Believe me, I have jumped around from first to newest to middle, but have enjoyed them all.

I received an ARC copy, but this is my voluntary and honest review with my own personal opinions.

Sooo smooooth!
Why did Maxi agree to go to New York to oversee his sister’s wedding plans were coming along ok? Why did Lizzy feel so comfortable with who she thought was Dale.
In just one week she had fallen for him and he for her. But the situation didn’t stay that way for long once she found out the he lied to her. If it were me I would listen to his explanation first and then decide if I would still be mad. But of course stories don’t always exactly go so smoothly. I liked getting to know Maximilian and his sister Scarlett. They seemed like nice people. And I thought Lizzy was nice people too. I’m glad things worked out for the best.

This was an incredibly sweet read. Lizzy and Maxi were both adorable, and I love the "woman who's sworn off men finds her soulmate" idea -- because really, doesn't life happen when we least expect it?!

English did a great job balancing the cute (hunt for the missing cat) and the dramatic (Maxi's history with his late wife) so it made for an easy, enjoyable story. This was a quick read with a HEA you'll be rooting for from the very beginning, so definitely pick this is up if your heart needs a little boost ❤

No Time for Intrigue by Raine English brings back to the No Brides Club and the story of Elizabeth (Lizzy) and Maximillian (Maxie). People aren’t always what they seem is the right saying for this sweet book. While Lizzy is a wedding planner that is planning the wedding for Scarlett in England. Maxie is Scarlett’s recluse brother. Maxie lives with a guilt that he has shut himself off from the world. Until he meets Lizzy under misleading circumstances. Adventure and intrigue follow them until the end of the story. A story that is well written and keeps your interest until the end.

I think the No Brides Club has become “The Perfect Man is Right Around the Corner” Club. I love these stories. Although it has been a lot of years, I can still remember thinking Mr. Right was never coming along and I just needed to learn to be happy alone. Thankfully for Lizzy, Raine English had a better idea. She provided the perfect hero for her. The story is interesting, the problems are realistic and if anyone has ever worked with brides the stress is real. I enjoyed seeing Lizzy and Maxi come together.

This was another enjoyable entry in this fun series. This shorter length read doesn't skimp on the emotions and in fact provides an abundance of feels as this second chance romance unfolds. Lilly and Maximillian will tug at your heartstrings. It was easy to feel for these two and if you are like me you will be rooting so hard for them to get that HEA they so richly deserve. I am choosing to post a candid review of my own accord.

This was a sweet, clean short read about Lizzy who had sworn off men after being hurt in the past and Maxi driven by guilt over the death of his wife became a recluse.
It took Scarlett, Maxi's caring sister to shove him in the right direction for him to come out of his self absorbed shell and for Lizzy to realize that its not everyday that a good man comes around
Once started couldn't put it down.

This is a sweet & charming book.
I really enjoyed reading it.
Lizzy, is a wedding planner. Her bride-to-be is sending a friend to check on her wedding plans.
She has had her fill of bad relationships. When she meets the friend, Lizzy needs to forget how handsome he is.
Maxi's sister is stressed over her wedding & needs him to make sure everything is going smoothly.
The hard part is that Maxi has been a recluse for many years. The last thing
he wants is to deal with the press.
A Must Read!!

Lizzy had her share of Bridezillas and Scarlett was almost on that list. Getting to understand why she was like she was, gave Lizzy ore insight of her as well as Maxi and his ghost from the past.
This story has little of everything, friendship, guilt, deception, great scenery, sibling love, trust and so much more! Join these great characters along with Emilia, the real Dale, Tiffany, and Newt through their very busy pre-wedding week and wedding day!

Another well written sweet, clean romance in this series by this author. Short and right to the point of flushing out the emotional reasons characters are not interested in a relationship however when loves calls...you work through the drama and excuses.

I was provided a free advance copy without obligation and I am voluntarily reviewing.

Another delightful story from Raine English. Lizzy has trouble trusting Men and Maxi has withdrawn from life but with a little assistance from Maxi's sister the two are brought together. The story that ensues is cute, funny and quite romantic but it is not without hiccups along the way. A lovely read.

She thinks she doesn't want to fall in love again and he doesn't either. Loved how these two meet. This book was a good lesson in "things aren't always as they appear" or how we think they are. A sneaky sister just adds to the story. There is angst but it was so well handled - can't stand when it goes on forever. A really sweet ending.

I love this author’s writing style.

The only comment I have is that I would have loved the book to be longer! But that’s a good sign. I just want more of a good thing! A warm story that didn’t always go as I had thought. And I loved that! I really felt Lizzy and Maxi’s story, started to really care, and I love it when a book does that to me. Love!!!
