Such a sweet and cute sports romance read!!!
I started reading it with a light heart, and without realising it I had reached the last page!

Denver and Avery were loveable characters and easy to connect with. Their story was charming, with ups and downs, predictable but pleasant to read.
I was not convinced with Denver’s insta feelings towards Avery, they met briefly, shared a kiss and he almost knew she was the forever girl for him. He didn’t even date with any girl until he started dating Avery three years later...
Very well written, dual pov, with a lovely epilogue.

It was a very enjoyable and easy read.

Kaci Rose is a brand new author for me and I can say she writes the way I like... easy, sweet, steamy, and packed with all kinds of feels. Texting Titan was really good and that hero, all of the swoon y'all.

Ahhhhh these two and their cute love story. Denver and Avery meet, instantly connect then circumstances keep them apart until everything changes for Avery. Denver is one of the good guys and has always held a torch for her and now that he's got his opening, he's gonna take it.

Steamy heat. Undeniable chemistry. Unputdownable and unforgettable in so many moments. Texting Titan was quick, fun, and loaded to the brims with all the best stuff.

I'm looking forward to reading more from Kaci Rose.

I definitely recommend this book.

the premise of the book sounded nice and I truly believe that if it had been written a little better I would have loved it, it just felt pretty unrealistic to me, but the boy mc is so cute and it's rare to see boys like these in books so I appreciated it.

It was a sweet read and I like it a lot even though some parts weirded me out a bit lol Denver has some serious Uedipus Complex at times lol don’t get me wrong, I love some good guy who’s a good son and all. But the way he acted toward his mom at times was plain husband material. He even refers to Avery and his mom as “his girls”... just, strange!

His character was sweet and determined and that’s great. I love it when the hero knows what he wants and go for it.
It was a short, sweet and somewhat drama free love story and I liked it. From time to time I love to read books like this one.

I enjoyed this book so much midway through I had to stop and message a girlfriend about how good it was and how much I want her to read it too. I absolutely adored Titan and how devoted he was. His love for his mom, his treatment of the heroine, how strong she was and how loyal they became to one another were such endearing traits. This book is absolutely going on my “2020 rereads” shelf, and the author is going on my list of automatic-read writers.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I just loved Denver and Avery's story this is 💯my type of book. I don't deny I am romantic at heart and I am a sucker for a sexy romance that from the first page I just know its a winner! I honestly did not put this book down until I had finished it.

Kaci Rose has created a couple that you believe in; that you fall in love with. Texting Titan is a fast based read; no waiting around till nearly the end of the book to get those tingle feelings that all good books give you — for me those tingles started right away.

Avery and Denver shared at a kiss freshman year but nothing came of it but both never forgot the moment even though Avery went on to date someone else. But a couple of years later and all that is about to change when Avery gets a random text message from someone she doesn't know — but what turns out to be two people getting to know one another quickly turns into more!

If you are fans of Kaylee Ryan and Kelly Elliott you will love this story. If you want a book to make you feel good then don't hesitate to download it you won't be disappointed.

This book was fun to read I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to fall for Denver aka Titan and Avery. Denver has wanted Avery for a while but one of his football buddies snuck in and stole her. I was super excited to find out Denver waited on her for Years to show her he wanted her. I loved watching Denver put her first and show her what she was truly worth. He did mess up a few times but I gotta say I got why he did. I really enjoyed the ending and seeing what happened.

This is a new to me author and I really enjoyed it. Dual POVs, Denver and Avery met one night a college party her first year of college. Dared into a kiss, Denver takes his shot, and they have an unforgettable kiss but only to be called away in an emergency. He wanted to ask her out, but missed out on his chance with the family emergency. She was swept up by his teammate and they started a relationship. Denver watching Avery from afar, bummed that he lost his chance with her. An anonymous text comes through, confirming her doubts about said boyfriend. "Titan" is her savior, but she doesn't know who it is. The textlationship is sweet, fun, and flirty. These two are so sweet together. Denver is totally smitten and so in love.

I really enjoyed this story. It was a quick, unputdownable read. I had to know what happened. Denver sure has alot on his plate. He loves wholeheartedly, he is protective of everyone he loves. Their chemistry is undeniable. They definitely belong together. College sports romance with light drama, major swooning will happen, and a guy who isn't afraid of love.

This was a really sweet, fast paced read. It’s my first book by this author but I have to say that I really enjoyed all the aspects of it. The writing was good, the banter with the characters was awesome. I liked that it was fairly light in the drama. Sometimes you just need something light and sweet and that’s what we got with this. Denver is the definition of sweet. I loved him. He was all about Avery and that was perfect for what I wanted. Avery was also super sweet. I love that she was willing to try Even though she had been hurt in the past.

I wouldn’t really class this as a second chance romance like the title bi-line suggests. They only met once before but even still, it was really cute. Overall, it was very enjoyable and I loved all the characters. I plan to check out what else this author has. If they are like this, then I’m excited. 4 stars #2OCCJD

Denver knew when he met Avery that she was special however before he could declare his intentions life got in the way and she ended up dating his teammate. For the last two years he has been willing to stand on the sidelines since she was happy but the situation has reached a breaking point so he can no longer sit by while she is being disrespected.

Avery is grateful that someone gave her the head up about her boyfriend, but she also wants to know who did it. When she finds out that it was Denver a relationship between them ensues but will his past and her caution when it comes to believing any man let alone a football player be too much to overcome?

Fun and flirty I enjoyed watching the relationship unfold between them and I liked how Denver always knew that she was the one for him whether they were together or apart.

A really nice sport romance. The hero is a bit "girly " for my taste, I mean several times he is the one who act like a girl, instead of the heroine.
The great part of this story is the texting between Avs and Denver. But even then it doesn't match their relationship development. It's a thing between two friends, that goes quite along, can talk about everything. When they become a thing, I thought even their texting will turn a little sexy you know? But it's like she's dating the hot football player, Denver and has a male buddy, Titan.
Their texting never reach that level.
Beside those personal opinion, the story is nice for a summer day, is romantic, sweet, has some soft twists, and an expected happy ending.

My first read of Kaci Rose and what a sweet read it was!

Texting Titan is a sweet college/football romance.
It follows the story of Denver and Avery.

The attraction and connection have been there since they first met, however, destiny separates them until almost 3 years later they are reunited.

Denver is very loyal: he is willingly waiting for Avery to get over her heartbreak even after waiting for almost 3 years to finally make a move on her.
Avery is a strong girl. She doesn't let what the world handed her dampened her spirit.
Denver and Avery are very suitable for each other.

The story gets a little bit more complicated when Denver's mom is in danger.

The plotline is okay, it can engage the reader.
If you're looking for a sweet, easy read, then this is for you.

Super sweet. At times the writing supports Avery's age as an 18-19 year old (she runs and pouts) but mostly the story is about greatest boyfriend EVER ,Denver!!!!

Back in their freshman year, Avery and Denver shared a kiss that he never forgot. But he was called away and Kyle took advantage of his absence to win the girl. Denver never made a move to stop them, as long as she was happy. When Kyle started cheating on her, over and over, Denver couldn’t stand to see her disrespected and hurt like that. So he sent her a text that put her at a party for the football team where she found her boyfriend cheating on her. Broken-hearted, Avery continued to get supportive texts from the mystery person and a relationship began to build until Avery wanted to meet the man she nicknamed “Titan”. Would Avery be willing to start dating a football player again after her awful experience? Could this be a second chance for Denver to be with the woman he loves?

This was a sweet story with likable characters who were meant to be. Denver’s patience and love were remarkable. He wasn’t spiteful and only intervened when his teammate treated Avery badly. Can she trust Denver? Was their texting relationship a strong enough foundation that she will give him that chance now?

“You think you’d actually be getting laid if you weren’t a football player? Your dick is nothing to write home about”

First time reading a Kaci Rose romance and hopefully won’t be the last.
This book gave me Ilsa Madden-Mills (one of my favorite authors) vibes. It really reminded me of the football series she has and I’ve to say that I loved it!

Football, a hero with a heart of gold, a strong heroine, a little angst, humor! All the ingredients for a perfect, light and fun romance that will keep you turning page after page and rooting for our couple.

Denver has fallen in love with Avery form the moment he first laid eyes on her. Same could be said for her, but false rumors and a fake friend have prevented them from pursuing their feelings.
Now, years later Denver is tiered of waiting the side lines, specially when he sees how Averys boyfriend treats her and cheats on her. But both their lives are complicated and they’ve obligations they’ve to see through. Will they find a way to make this love work?

This was my first book by this author and unfortunately, it may very well be the last also.

While I liked the story concept (that's what the 1 star is for), I was disappointed with the way it was delivered. I felt that the story was too rushed without any real character development. I appreciate fast paced stories but this one literally Usain Bolted it's way the whole time.

Cant say I could really relate with any of the characters either. In fact, everyone in the book came across as very superficial and one dimensional. I think there was a lot that could've been done to make the story actually live up to the idea that it must have begun with.

Having taken a hiatus from college romances, I was quite hopeful that Texting Titan might be the best bet to visit this genre again (it wasnt!)

Not to be mean, but right now all I am wishing for is the Delorean so that I can go back in time and stop myself from reading this one.

2 stars. There are so many things that are said and or happen in this story that make no sense.
1. If Kyle didn't know she knew he used steroids when was he saying that it was perfectly legal

2. If he came to her job really asking if he she never really got off when they were together when he came to apologize for cheating, when did he tell her that the reason she never got off was because she was a bad lay.

3. Derek asked Avery's name before their first kiss. When Avery later tells him why she started dating Kyle. Derek claims he wishes his mom would have called him later so he could have gotten her name and number

I could keep going but what's the point. The Author just threw this together

At3.5 stars. At first I rounded up and gave it 4, but after putting all my thoughts down, I am rounding down to 3.

I loved the concept of the story, texting a "secret admirer". I think what was lacking some depth.

A few thoughts: (this is my second time writing these because they got erased the first time)
•I wanted more of the texting. The book is called Texting Titan but there wasn't a whole lot of their conversations. I would have liked it if it continued for a few more chapters.

•That being said, I find it odd that Avery would be with texting a random person who admitted to stealing her phone number. And we know she wasn't a huge fan of football players but she would be okay texting a random one.

•Also, if she knew Kyle was being unfaithful, why didn't she break up with him. From the little bit we saw of him, he didn't seem to be the most stand-up guy. I find it hard to believe someone as kind and caring would be with someone as selfish as Kyle.

•How did Avery not figure out who Titan was? She and Denver admit they have been each other a bit in the last two years, so she has to know some stuff about him that would give it away. Also, he gave her hints, how did she not realize?!
Not to mention, if they were friend(ly), why didn't she have Denver's number? He is Kyle's teammate and lives with him, so I would think it is possible they would have each other's number. And even if Avery didn't maybe Kelsey or another friend would.

•I think everything with Denver and Avery happened so quickly. They went from 0 to 100 so fast, almost too fast. Yes, Denver was being authentic but picking Avery up and bringing her to his mother's house an hour away seems like a lot in one night.

•I love that Avery was there to support Denver and his mother, but it again was too much. To bring him and his mother to her grandma's house for their first holiday was a lot. Not to mention, the first time he was meeting her family was with his family, again just a lot.

•If Denver really wanted to keep his mother safe, I think there were other things he should have done. First of all, if she was being stalked because of him her house should not be in his name. If anything, it should have been in her maiden name. Or, he should have moved her closer to college. To be driving an hour back and forth that often is a lot for a college athlete.

•The FOOTBALL TEAM! I've read my fair share of college sports romances and this football team might have been the worst/weirdest. I get supporting your teammates but they just seemed too involved with their teammates lives. Kyle and Denver didn't even seem to like each other that much so to think that Denver would keep his secrets despite his feelings for Avery seems odd.

•Going off of that, the coach was way too involved. I like that the adults were looking out for the student athletes, but they seemed too involved in all the little things. Sure, when things started to get bad, I get that, but a break up shouldn't be the coaches business. Not to mention, I don't think it would be the head coach involved; maybe the assistant coaches or the offensive/defensive coordinators, but the head coach is busy.

I really did like the story, I just wanted more!

Texting Titan is a delightful second chance romance with fascinating, believable characters that added humor, friendship and love to the story. Avery and Denver met at a freshman party when Denver, on a dare, gave Avery the best kiss of her life. He felt the immediate sizzle, but was called away when all he wanted to do was keep kissing Avery. Denver's mother has a stalker and, try as he may, he can't seem to keep her safe. Making sure that no harm can come to her is his first priority. While on the phone, his friend and fellow football player, Kyle, stepped in and lied to Avery that Denver was probably talking to another girl. From that point on, Avery and Kyle started dating. But Denver never forgot her and, when he saw that Kyle was cheating on her, he had to do something for her. He started texting and telling her that he was a friend. Going by the name Titan, Denver was worried about what Avery would think about the fact that he was a football player. She, for good reason, doesn't trust football players and wants nothing to do with another one. After a short time of frequent and sweet texts, he decides it's time to reveal himself. Avery is so pleased to find that it's her first kiss at her first party! The truth comes out about the lie Kyle told and her trust in Denver grows. They are a wonderful couple and know how to value the most important things in life. The times spent with his mother, Avery's neighbors and her parents were truly touching. Kyle isn't the only "bad guy" in the story and, when Kyle's loser father tries to extort money from him at Thanksgiving, it becomes obvious that he's going to be a thorn in his side. Adding some angst to the story, Denver gets a call that his mother is in danger and leaves Avery as she waits for him to go to Valentine's dinner without so much as even telling her his mom needed him. It was a disappointment because it was so out of character for Denver, especially when he doesn't call or text her for days. I started to think that he doesn't deserve her if he can't be honest, but Avery accepted his story and, eventually, opened her heart. The ending was sweet and the twist at the end, even sweeter.
The narration is beautifully done with a clear and dynamic voice, creating individual characters with realistic, believable personalities.

3.5 stars!

Texting Titan is a sweet college football romance between Denver and Avery, who meet at a party freshman year, but one phone call means they miss out on dating and get a second chance two years later.

Avery and Denver kiss at a college party, but when Denver’s phone rings, his teammate Kyle swoops in and steals Avery. Denver knew from that night that Avery would be it for him, so waited patiently for Avery and Kyle to split. But when he discovers Kyle’s cheating ways, he decides to take matters into his own hands to anonymously text Avery to let her know. They strike up a friendship, getting to know each other through text, with her calling him Titan, as that’s his dream team to play for in the NFL if he goes pro. After Kyle and Avery split, Avery decides it’s her mission to discover Titan’s true identity, with her and her roommate Kayley going to games to guess the player behind the texts. When Denver reveals himself, they quickly start dating and spending time together, falling fast. Denver and his mother help Avery out with family matters and Avery and Denver realise they want a future together. But Denver’s keeping secrets from Avery, relating to that phone call at the party. Will he let Avery in completely, or will these secrets mean he loses her for good?

Texting Titan was a super easy read, I read it all in one day. It was a cliché college football romance, but that’s exactly what I needed to read at the time. I enjoyed how Denver knew he liked Avery from the start, although I don’t know how realistic his faithfulness is. He would do anything for her, which was really sweet. Avery got slightly annoying with her inability to trust, but after being cheated on, it was understandable. The twist was predictable, but it didn’t take away any of my enjoyment in the story. The secondary characters helped add to the story, Kayley, Avery’s roommate and Denver’s mum were there for them both to lean on and get advice when needed.

The ending was sweet and their HEA was as picture perfect as I was expecting. I would recommend Texting Titan for a quick Sunday afternoon read!

This is the first book of Kaci Rose and after reading this book I need more. I devoured this book in less then a day, the story line had me hooked. I honestly couldn’t put it down. It’s been a while since I have fallen in love with both characters so early in a book and just wanted more. This is a sports romance with a twist.

When they meet at a bonfire during freshmen year and Denver is dared to kiss Avery there is an instant attraction, Denver goes to answer a phone call and swoops in another player from his team and gives her lies which alters everything. Years later she’s with the douche (yes I’m calling him that) who lied and Denver has had to witness him cheating on her when he had really strong feelings for Avery and wants her for himself.

What happens when Denver steals her phone number from her current boyfriend and starts a deep and funny chat between the two Because of his committment to the team he doesn’t say anything but let’s her see who she’s dating.

Revelations are made and Avery tries to figure out who her knight is. This book had me glued from the moment I opened to the first page. It has all the feels you need and I could read this book over and over again because it was that good. I loved how quick their relationship blossomed and how they fit so well. I’m stuck for words but I hope this edit will make you go read it because you need this book.

This is my favourite sports romance so far and I have read a few. I swooned, I laughed, swooned again, I fanned myself a lot, I cried and i was left content with the massive smile on my face. Denver isn’t your typical jock, he is sweet, an alpha that doesn’t let go of the idea of having Avery as the woman that would make his life complete and does everything for her to see what she means to him.

Fun, Fast, Easy Read

Kaci is a brand new author to me. I thought I would give it a try because I am a sucker for second chance romance as well as sports romance. I liked her writing and she kept me engrossed in the book. It was a fun and easy read. It is told from dual POV so we get to get into both their minds.

Denver and Avery meet and they have a connection. They can both feel it. They share a great kiss and then Denver is has a phone call and gets pulled away by an emergency. That changes everything. She is now off in a whirlwind with his teammate,

So now we fast forward and things aren’t always what they appear to be. Avery knows something is up but pouts it out of her mind. Secretly Denver is still crushing on Avery. Avery thinks the worst of Denver because of her boyfriend’s words. She starts getting mysterious texts and she names him Titan.

Avery and Titan have a connection and he is such a sweetheart. I love his layers. I love getting into his mind. He loves his mom with his whole heart and he would do anything for her. He feels the dame about Avery. He has liked her since the moment he met her. He just wants to prove he can be what she needs

Avery is a smart and sassy girl. I love her and her attitude. These two are great together. I love reading their story. I was waiting for the shoe to drop and it does because it usually does.

I loved the secondary characters. They were good. She has a well-meaning best friend. This book was good fast pace and as I said super easy to read. Join them and see if Denver gets his second chance at his dream girl after watching from a distance for too long.

Avery and Denver met at a party freshman year and shared an unforgettable kiss. Out of his control, Avery began dating another guy soon after that party. Denver has not forgotten about Avery and knows she is the one for him. He has been sitting by patiently waiting for his chance. When Avery's boyfriend starts cheating on her, Denver thinks it is finally his time.

Denver starts texting Avery and she does not know who it is, she nicknames him Titan. Denver tells Avery about her boyfriend cheating and she dumps him. Now that she is single, her and Denver start to get to know each other over text. When Denver reveals that he is Titan, Avery could not be happier.

This story moved very quickly. They go from just being friends to being together. Denver is the perfect boyfriend and will do anything for Avery. Avery has some trust issues due to her ex and that causes a little issue for her and Denver. It is hard to believe though that Denver, star football player future NFL running back, has not been with anyone since that kiss freshman year but he really wanted Avery.

I felt that the ending of the book was a little rushed. It could have used a few more chapters to help with the story. Also, towards the end their were a lot of typos. It seemed that the whole ending was just rushed all together. Overall, I loved this sweet little story. It had very little angst and lots of swoon moments. This is the perfect book to read when you just want to sit back and relax.

Denver and Avery meet freshman year in college but because some people suck they are pulled away. Denver has always pined for Avery but since she was dating/taken buy a different football player she never paid him any mind. Denver has waited for Avery since freshman year so when he sees Avery's bf cheating, without breaking his loyalty to his team he lets her know that he is cheating. Denver gives Avery time but he can't ignore his desire for her so he lets her know that he is all in.

I loved Denver and Avery. I loved how all in Denver was - he was so insta from their first kiss their freshman year. I kinda struggle with a dude in college not having sex for that long because I am not sure that is real. But it was so clear how much Denver adored and loved Avery from day one. Denver and Avery had their instant connection that no one could. I loved that their anonymous texting was not a long drawn out drama. I loved that once they met that they were both all in. I loved how much they connected and how much their families loved each other. When the conflict hit I was beyond annoyed that Denver refused to talk to Avery. It went against everything he was. It made me so angry - even more so when she just rolled over and forgave him because that is what it felt like to me. BUT . . . I liked the story. I had a smile on my face a majority of the time I was reading it. This was a feel good book that I will probably read over and over again.

Another swoony hero

Another sweet romance with a swoony hero from Ms Rose.

My second Kaci Rose book and another hit, she has perfected low drama, easy reads with heroes you can’t help falling for and strong heroines.

Texting Titan begins with Denver and Avery meeting at a party their freshman year, the pair end up sharing a kiss but then Denver has to leave suddenly and Avery is swooped up by a not so good guy who she ends up spending the next two years with, even though he is far from good enough. However Denver has been waiting on the sidelines all this time, he let Avery get away once, but when he’s handed a Hail Mary pass and he has another shot, he vows this time he won’t waste it.

Avery is wary about trusting Denver, another star athlete on the university’s football team, just like her ex, she doesn’t trust easily, but when she finds out he’s the mysterious Titan she’s been texting with, and the one who tipped her off about her ex, she knows he’s one of the good guys.

I thoroughly enjoyed Avery and Denver’s story, though I felt a lot of the time Denver was paying for the past mistakes of Avery’s ex, when it wasn’t deserved, and he spent a lot of time reassuring her. Denver is the dream, a decent, loyal man who only has eyes for Avery even when she’s not his. A very cute read.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

I don’t normally read books with such young people in it but this one sounded very intriguing. I did enjoy this story. It was written in my favorite dual POV format so it was easy to connect to the characters. I was worried about liking the characters as a few books that I have read with characters of this age are more childish and selfish. Not here both characters are wonderful.

Avery and Denver meet in their freshman year of college. He walks up to her and says that he was given a dare; the dare, to give her a kiss. Avery’s mother told her to experience all college had to offer so she agreed. Both felt an instant connection. Unfortunately Denver gets a call that forces him to leave and a teammate moves in telling Avery that Denver is on the phone with his girl-friend. Avery feels let down but hits it off with the teammate. Two years later and Avery breaks up with the teammate and starts going out with Denver. The two go through a series of obstacles to reach their HEA.

I will say one thing. This really needed a good proofread. There were times when I had to re-read a section through to really understand it. That being said, sometimes Advanced Reader Copies are like that but this was overly so.

This is a spicy read. I would recommend this to anyone over the age of 18.

This book started with a lot of promise for me. I really enjoyed reading Denver and Avery's story through most of the book, but partway through it started changing, and was no longer the sweet, cute relationship, and was more of a relationship of selfishness on Avery's behalf. At the same time, Denver seemed to think that he owned Avery's body, and I just got really irritated. I have struggled lately with books, they are either hitting all the right notes with me, or are barely scraping the 3 star threshold by the time I am finished. I wanted to really love this book, and I did for at least the first 1/3 of it, probably 1/2, but after Avery discovered that it really was Denver texting her, and everything changed, it changed for me too. Maybe I am too far out of the college game myself now, and I don't remember how that love goes, or maybe I am thinking of my own son who is that age and who I would be appalled by that behavior on his behalf, but this just didn't do it for me in the end. Started strong, I was sure it was going to be 5 stars, but ended at 3 stars. I have to give it 3 stars overall because I struggled to even finish it.
