Phoebe
The stars have always been the focus of my life, and Halloween is the night when I shine brightest.
Though I study the galaxies, I’ve discovered a more earthly passion recently.
Warren is tall and dark, and he could send me over the moon any day.
But will a ghostly figure scare us apart?
Or will Warren move heaven and earth to keep us together?

Warren
Building a world where fantasies come to life keeps me busy.
But there’s nothing like a beautiful woman to make me want to reach for the stars.
Phoebe is luscious and brilliant, and the galaxies are perfectly aligned when we meet.
Then the supernatural world tries to play tricks on us.
I just thank my lucky stars when the secrets of the night are brought into the light.

I have always loved reading--but never imagined writing my own books until later in life. After working as an English teacher for years, I decided it was time to pursue my life-long dream of writing for women who love the same kinds of books I do.

I hope you enjoy reading my stories, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

This is the third in a short, steamy new Halloween series. Each story is by a different author but set in the same little town at Halloween. Fun, insta-love story with a spooky backdrop and a HEA. Can’t wait for the rest of the series. Read with KU.

Phoebe has come to town to work at the museum with their telescope. Warren works for a company that does the displays for museums. Phoebe needing a Halloween costume goes into town to find one. There she keeps glimpsing an old fashioned ghost bride, following her she stumbles into a shop and Warren catches her. Their attraction is instant and the two start talking and go next door to find their costumes. There the ghost bride leads her towards a costume. Back at the museum one evening while working late the two have sex. Later they argue over the ghost bride and the exhibit Warren is working on. When Warren goes to pick up his costume he overhears the clerks talks about how they have duped people while dressed as the ghost bride. Feeling bad about arguing with Phoebe Warren heads to the big party to find and apologize to her. They talk, profess their love and epilogue has them one year later getting engaged.

A Halloween read of one that believes in the superstition of one of the myths, and one that in no way believes in the myths. Warren Bowman a Exhibition Designer was a believer meets Phoebe Garrison,Astronomer a non-believer both work at the city museum. They meet early October and fall in insta-love, but he wants to marry before Halloween because of the myth, but Phoebe refuses since she was afraid he only loves her due to the myth. They have a dynamic chemistry, but you need to enjoy the book to see what happens.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Secrets in the night is the third book in the ‘’hot Halloween nights’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Warren and Phoebe are both visiting a small town and working at the museum when they meet. From the moment they meet, sparks fly.
The chemistry between Phoebe and Warren is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

This was short and sweet with some ghostly apparitions perfect for Halloween. I like Phoebe and Warren but didn't feel their chemistry too much. The story felt like it was missing something. I don't know if it was the flow or the fact that some things were more confusing than not. It's a cute and sweet story with some steam.

Phoebe believes in science so what does it mean when she follows a ghost right into the arms of Warren. Warren is tall, dark, and working on the new exhibit at the museum. Also does this mean that someone is after Phoebe. They are both intrigued by the haunted Mansion. This is a short read.

Haunted Matchmaker

Phoebe is a no nonsense woman of science, she doesn't believe in ghosts but she still follows a ghostly bride and literally falls into the arms of sexy Warren. Warren wants Phoebe and they really connect in this sweet story.

Secrets In The Night is a short, sweet read with a meddling ghost twist. I like the way the author brought Warren and Phoebe together. This is a good addition to the Hot Halloween Nights series and I look forward to reading the rest of the short reads. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Missing...

The story was good. There was nothing wrong with it, but for me, something was missing. Didn’t care for the pranks, but it didn’t explain all the ghosts. But, I also can’t see falling head over heals after one rolling romp around the workplace floor. Just not for me.

This one was a little too weird for me, and I'm still a little confused about whether the ghost bride was real. but overall an ok read for spooky season.

This is book 3 in the Hot Halloween Nights series there are 8 books in this series written by different authors and this is Phoebe’s and Warren’s story. Phoebe is a astronomer she’s straight up she doesn’t believe in the stars determining the way of life it’s all science to her but she does love Halloween and this year she has been given a grant to go to Niles Morrison’s hometown to study his theories and Phoebe is excited. Phoebe runs into a shop and trips then a pair of strong arms grab her it’s Warren Bowman he works at the museum where Phoebe will be working now she’s even more excited because she will be seeing Warren every day and she can’t help being very attracted to him, but is it fate or did the brides ghost have it planned all along?. Well I will let you find that out for yourself, fantastic story I loved the characters and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

A ghost bride?

Sweet Halloween romance!
While in town for a job, Phoebe takes an afternoon to shop for the upcoming Halloween party. She spots a woman in an old fashioned wedding dress. Curious, she follows her - Phoebe thinks the bride goes into an antique shop but when she goes into the store it isn't the bride lady that surprises Phoebe - it's a handsome stranger named Warren that saves her from a nasty tumble.
When Warren lays eyes on Phoebe's sexy curves, he knows he wants to spend some time with the curvey beauty. Will a chance encounter turn into a HEA? Read and see!

The hauntings - scare tactic or ghostly matchmaker... ;)

This was a well written story full of rich details on the characters, their jobs, the ghostly bride and the costumes for the big bash. I liked their chemistry, banter and enjoyment of each other's bodies ;) This is part of a collection of short stories and, so far, all have been highly entertaining yet unique. All great fun and I look forward to exploring the rest of the series.

Very spooky

Warren and Phoebe meet under weird circumstances. They decide to attend the Halloween party at the Haunted Mansion. Sparks fly and ghostly happening are what bring these two together. Will they succumb to all the spooks? A great short read during the Halloween season.
