A very good introduction to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard for IT Service Management. The book contains extracts of the actual standard, which is very helpful because the standard itself is rather expensive to buy. This book can help you prepare (self-study) for the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, which is available from EXIN, the Examination Institute for Information Science. The book contains 20 sample questions to help you prepare for the examination. Illustrated.

This textbook represents the only study guide currently available for the ISO 20000 individual certification exams. I read maybe a third of the book, took the only practice exam available (found on the EXIN website), and passed the Foundation bridge exam with a score of 80%.
