I need to say this, Rahul Saini's novel-writing form, the entire idea of the account & its performance is so unusual. This is my primary work of the artist & I am happy I chose it after getting fascinated by the book's name. After completing my reading, I needed a while to fully immerse all that he desired to say through the novel. It was interesting, yet so enlightening at the same time, not crossing any boundaries only for the purpose of fun.

I wanna start with the book's cover, so exact & eye-catchy that it perfectly resonates with the plotline. Book's title gives out that it must be a standard lovey-dovey romance (that's something I initially thought), but then you are in for a complete shock since it's based on a love tale, yes, but not anything you believe it is. The blurb that's crisp & engaging immediately grasps awareness & stimulates curiosity.

The whole scenario is very adorable & heartwarming amidst a profound sense of being. Once the reading begins, one comes in sync with everything that's running in the narrative. I particularly want to praise the author's words & literature language; smooth flowing & without any mistakes. At only 143 pages, not long-drawn & not short, the fluidity encourages its readers to enjoy the novel in one session.

The novel has three central actors & every character has their own powerful ideas that all are proud of. Each episode is more interesting than the earlier one & so it has one fixed to the end. I think the title is not only cast/plot-driven, but it's a decent amalgamation of both. The single shortcoming I observed was while bouncing past-present situations in a few scenes.

Overall, I would definitely suggest this modern storybook to everyone, particularly if you feel like lazing around beside a hot cup of tea/coffee.

The story follows Ratna who is die-hard fan of an author named Ronit Sukhdev. He on the other hand used to be one of the most popular contemporary romance author until two years ago, something changed. After this break up, Nitasha is trying to move on but it's easier said than done.

Just when we feel we have seen everything that life had to offer, the fate intervenes. It always seems to have a few tricks up its sleeves. No matter how minute, sometimes a little bit of good company can Read "The Part I Left With You" to find how Ratna's, Ronit's and Nitasha's lives changes in a subtle yet significant manner.

We are first introduced to Ratna who is literally obsessed with an author who has been a recluse for a very long time. Then there's Nitasha whose story is engulfed in mystery until threads starts to unspool. While I instantly connected with Ratna because of all the mutual love over books and stories however it took me a pretty long time to believe in Nitasha, as little to nothing was conveyed about her and her past likewise.

Told in dual perspectives, this book has just the mix of drama that makes the plot all the while more interesting book. Here's to an mind-blowing and enticing tale of love and friendship that will tug at your heartstrings. What I liked most about it was amazing flow of narration, it was lucid and riveting. So there are these characters whose lives were about to change as they find themselves in situations where trust and hope go hand in hand. This is an amazing and fresh contemporary novel with marvelous storyline. And once you pick it up for a read, you'll end up reading the book entirely in one stretch.

As the title of the book suggests “the part I left with you” is a story of beauty behind a broken relationship written by Rahul Saini. The story portrays the unconventional idea of love that is not always about being with someone we have loved. The author has depicted a very mature and thoughtful side of the love. We can see how a person grows through a love relationship and then finally falls out of love and get separated from the person they grew with. The whole process leaves an everlasting impact over the person and the person carries it forever within them but the life goes on. We all are made up of every person we ever had a connection within our life and similarly we all leave a part of us within the other person we spent some precious time with.
The story revolves around three main characters that are Nitasha, Ronit and Ratna. The characters have been portrayed very well by the authors and we can see the characters grow through the story. The language used by the author is very captative and the plot unfurls in a very interesting way that doesn’t let the reader lose the grip throughout the reading.
Ratna is the bubbly girl of the story who is very interested in the idea of love. Ronit is the mature guy of the story who grows as an author through the story and has a different perception towards love than that of the Ratna’s. Then we get to see Natasha who is struggling to get over her heartbreak. The story moves back and forth in time. Every character is unique and likeable and has a right perception towards love and life as everyone has their own way to perceive things and that is fine because we all are different.
Love is an emotion that cannot be defined within certain criteria and it is fine to fall out of love and not hate the person we once loved just because we cannot be with them anymore. People grow apart and it is a important time. The book is highly recommended to those who want to understand love from an unconventional perspective and love reading.
Happy reading!

The Part I Left With You by Rahul Saini, follows three people and their journey of love and life.
We have Ratna Kumari Jamewal ( she hates being called by her full name ), who ticks all the stereotypes that you can expect in a romance novel. Ratna is a big fan of author Ronit Sukhdev, our second character in this book. Her appreciation is however not limited to Ronit's work itself, she has fallen in love with him. Has dreams about his "hot bod", his looks which she describes as being "yummier than chicken tandoori, dal makhani, anything that makes your mouth water". In her dreams Ronit is "chocolatey", and she "wants to lick him".

Everything in quotes would be considered highly objectionable had it been used to describe a woman, and I will keep the same consideration in mind when these words are used to describe the opposite sex.

Unfortunately when Ratna comes face to face with Ronit, under circumstances that are definitely not pure coincidence, she discovers he is the complete opposite of what she had expected.
Ratna is a hopeless romantic and Ronit is of the opinion that love is the biggest hoax in the world.

The third person in this book is Nitasha, who ended her relationship with Ronit a few years back and is now reflecting back on certain memories and trying to move forward in the process.

The book works well in certain areas, especially when Ronit puts forward his opinions. It's an absolute delight to hear what he has to say.
The language is simple and it's a fast read, however the blatant sexism, made me give it two stars.

When we talk about love, it puts us in a position of dilemma. Every human is different and so their experiences with love are also different. There is no universal way to react to being loved or getting heartbroken and I think, this uncertainty is what makes love so exciting.

The book starts with Ratna, a college girl, reading poetry in the class, and eventually, she ends up meeting the author whom she worships and is kind of obsessed with. The version of the person she created in her mind isn’t what he actually is, yet she is determined to understand him and know all the secrets of the author. It makes me think that as a reader we all have an idea about a person even if they are strangers and somehow we want to satisfy ourselves that the version of that person we have created is true.

The character, Ronit Sachdeva, is introduced as the author in the book. The author is shown to have a relationship with Nitasha which ended over a year ago. He carries the grief with him. Ratna gets to meet the author and is disappointed. The man of his dreams seems imperfect in real life. He carries a shabby attire and is lost in himself. The author is seen to be struggling with his work. He develops a narcissistic personality over time, maybe as a way of coping up. He thinks that shallow-minded audiences don't deserve his masterpiece writings. He wants others to review him and expects only positive feedback in return.

We meet Nitasha, who is recovering after heartbreak and trying her best to move on in her life. She understands that some chapters are meant to be closed and wants to embark on a new journey. My heart goes out to Nitasha. She slips and rises constantly only to evolve as a mature person every time. The book is mostly written in a monologue pattern where the characters are talking more to themselves and trying to understand one another. There’s a sort of playfulness in the behavior of Ratna which is perfectly balanced by Nitasha. I love how female characters play the lead roles and watching the world unwrapping through their eyes makes it an interesting and heartwarming read.

All three of the characters prove that love changes you with time. But it is on an individual to decide which direction you want to take your life on. Ronit struggles to deal with his emotions but he keeps on moving. Nitasha on the other hand tries to move on with every failed attempt. Ratna also is on the path of self-discovery. She realizes that the initial fascination she had for the author was a facade. This is a story of moving on and serves as a relaxing read.

Heart warming Love story

The book revolves around 4 characters & portrays their emotional point of view. Ratna is a college girl who studies journalism & literature. She is naive, chirpy & full of life. When she was given an assignment to interview a living author, she chooses her favourite contemporary author - Ronit. Ronit who was once a famous author has suddenly vanished from outside world after his break up with Nitasha. Nistasha who is also an artist tries to move on with her lifer with Vikas who runs an NGO.
The story moves in two axis. One is Ratna who always fascinates about Ronit & tries to enter his life. She almost worships him
The other is Nitasha who has left Ronit's life & trying to make peace with her past. Author has done an excellent job of portraying happy emotions of a girl in love & heart break of girl who has left her love. The transitions are very smooth.
I would like to quote these lines from Nitasha's part.
"She did not want to count the number of months it had been since she had moved to the new apartment, but she knew it had been almost a year. Still so many boxes lying around. Was the sight of them making her guilty for not opening them? Or was she regretting bringing them here? She could not identify the feeling, but she knew the feeling was strong."
And one more when Ratna was caught by Ronit when she fakes a fainting. "I want to flatten myself paper thin and slide under a sofa."
Ronit's state portrays realism of depression that comes after heart break. Untidy home, inability to take care of basic needs like bathing & dressing up,lack of interest in eating & constantly zoning out.

"There is a strange kind of courage and confidence a failed relationship keeps feeding us long after it ends."

Did Ratna end up with Ronit?Did Ronit start writing again? What happened between Nitasha & Vikas? Answer to all these questions unfolds in this heartwarming love story

The story revolves around three people Ronit who is an author who has given up on writing or get his stories published, Nitasha who is ex of Ronit and then comes Ratna who is huge fan of Ronit Sukhdev. I came to know many perceptions of love in this story. I have put some extracts here.
.
Ronit is allergic to the people and the world outside. He just wants to be alone. He writes his stories but not getting them published. While Ratna gets an assignment to interview an author and she gets to the door of Ronit. Ronit lets her stay with him for few days unwilling thinking she would go soon anyway. But gradually, she awakens an interesting person from a boring author. She pokes him and drags him in every conversation and soon he would be in flow of his words.
.
Nitisha has moved on in her life but she still misses Ronit and those happy days. But she is sure that she doesn't want to go back. She knows that she found her love but in wrong person but she wished that Ronit soon starts writing again. She wished to see his books in bookstore.
.
I liked this book in its every aspect thoroughly enjoying the characters' point of views towards love and other concepts. It's a must read for any romance reader.

The Book name - "The Part I Left with You" written by "Rahul Saini "
The script plays around three characters named as - Ratna , Rohit Sukhdev and Nitasha. The story falls in the genre of fictional romance.

Ratna plays a vital role in this book. She has got a unique character with idealistic dreams and bundle of love.
Ratna is a journalism student who falls in love with the author named "Rohit Sukhdev". She loves him very much in her dream world.

The author Rohit Sukhdev was imagined as tall, rich and well cherished person.Ratna fell very hard for the lovable author.

One fine day Ratna receives an e-mail. She was very happy to read the mail because she received Ronit's address. The email was sent to her from his student....

The book has been written from 3 POVs - Ratna's, Ronit's and his ex-girlfriend Nitasha. I particularly liked Nitasha's and Ronit's POVs - their story covered the darker side of love. We all have read numerous love stories and a fair few breakup stories too. But this one here, it shows life after a breakup....

Coming back to the book, it was good with an amazing and unique plot. I loved all the characters and the author has described them with complete depth. The narration was a little slow-paced and I found myself drifting from the story. The ending was not predictable and I loved it. So for me, this book overall was a good read.♥️♥️

Like a cold stream flowing silently without any sense of direction, a heartbreak tends to inflict a state of depression that is painted with hopelessness. The hurt, the anger, the worry, and anxiety could easily take a toll on you if you aren't careful.Even the people with the strongest wills are often susceptible to this.

Revolving around the lives of three characters, the part I left with you is a cute romance yet with some strong takeaway points. Ratna’s story begins with her professor assigning a project to her class to interview a popular personality. Excited by this and already aware of whom she would interview, Ratna sets to the task.
Meanwhile heartbroken by a break-up, author Ronit withdraws himself away from all his regular activities including writing. His love for Nitasha, an artist makes it hard for him to get over the relationship. Meeting Ratna, Ronit finds new perspectives.
This novel deals with love with a different approach. The deeper understanding of each character and the relationship developed between the characters are highlights of this novel. I loved the bubbly nature of Ratna and mature Nitasha.
Rahul Saini has delivered a sweet romance with simple language and lucid writing. I recommend this book to those who love light-hearted romance. It would surely be worth the time you spend reading it.

The story revolves around the love lives of Ratna, Ronit and Nitasha. Ratna Kumari Jamwal, a peppy and convivial girl and a student of literature and journalism from Delhi, had to interview and write an essay on a contemporary Indian author as her assignment. She chooses her favourite author (with whom she is deeply and madly in love with), Ronit Sukhdev. Ronit, once a famous author, hadn't publishe any of his works from past two years, since his break up with the Nitasha. Ratna didn't know much about Ronit's past but decides to bring her favourite author back into business, anyhow!

The story describes her journey through this task of hers, the obstacles, the humiliation, the stubbornness of Mr Sukhdev she faces. Written in first person narrative, the book portrays the lives of these three characters in bits, perfectly crafting the story into a whole contemporary romance. The book is slightly philosophical, the thoughts being inspired from real life relationships (as I felt). There were instances when a new scene would start without any backdrop description, which made it quite irking, but as the story glides forward, it smoothens it out.

The title totally justifies itself with the storyline. The elements of romance, with a tinge of humour and the perspicuous writing, keeps the reader sate to the core. In a nutshell, it is quite a commendable romantic fiction.

The Part I Left with You

by Rahul Saini

The story is developed on the wonderful scale of human demeanor entrusting subtle relationships, love, self discovery in one's perspective, issues related to human's responsibility towards it and intricacies of human emotions in whole. The story is the amalgamation of the life of the central characters who are equipped with the creative cycle of all the wholeness of the emotions. The plot is subtle, imaginative and innovatively abstract just like the view in the frosted glass.

The book is passionately expressed by the author in a contemporary and modern writing style and is one of the best works of all books pertaining to modern contemporary genre witha a twist of break-up and its aftereffects I've read. I enjoyed the softness of exuberance and toughness of woes and ignominy in the context. The book has this beautiful aspect of latent rejuvenation which the reader would feel in its essence.

The book is undoubtedly unique in perspective but I found some of the things to be irrelevant in the domain and could have been skipped. Other than that, it is a sublime work of imagination blended with reality.

"The part I left with you" revolves around a literature and journalism student named Ratna and her all time favourite Author, Ronit Sukhdev. The story kicks off with Ratna receiving an assignment in which she has to interview an Indian contemporary Author of her choice.

Thrilled by the idea of finally meeting with the man whose writing has resonated with her on a level deeper than any other, Ratna sets off to meet him, only to come face to face with a grumpy man much older than she had imagined, with scars deeper than her eyes could see.

"Time changes things, but does it spoil love as well?"

I went into this thinking that it would be another rom-com but that's not what this book is. At its core, this book is about people who are damaged and suffering, to the point that they can't even see past it.

"You don’t love someone because of their perfection. Love is true only when you love someone despite their imperfections. You know they are flawed but you can’t bear to stay away from them; you can’t stop loving them."

The story is told in dual perspective of Ratna and Nitasha with tiny snippets of Ronits every here and there as he writes in his diary.

"Why do people fail to see the flaws in a person when they first fall in love with them? And why do they fail to see the goodness in them when they fall out of love?"

I found Nitasha's chapters to be more grounded and interesting than Ratna's. Though I did find the change between first person pov and third person pov, a little distracting at first, I quickly got used to it.

Even though Ratna's life is the most active part of the story, I couldn't relate to her character. She often meant well but she came across as a little shallow and self-serving. The way she behaved with her classmate was rude and hurtful and her initial reaction to seeing Ronit for the first time cost her some more points. After being bullied in school, I expected her to be a little more sensitive than that and would've loved to see her grow more by the end of the story.

The last chapter with Ronit's perspective was the perfect end and a nice bow tie that was both acknowledging and sweet.

The Part I Left With You by Rahul Saini.

Love is a stange feeling. It has different meaning for different people all around the world.
And Yes this book is not just a love story. It is much more than that.

The book has four main characters interconnected to each other. Ratna a college going student who loves reading .
Ronit a writer who is lost and was living in solitary . Ratna meets Ronit for a project and the story gets interesting after that.
Nitasha, who went through a heartbreak meets Vikas who gives her a sense of comfort and support.

I found all the characters quite interesting. Ratna, Nitasha and Ronit had a very good growth as a character. I felt Vikas was already a matured character from the beginning.
I really love the relationship Ronit and Ratna shared. They made each other a better person at the end of the story. The casual talks between them was really fun to read.
On the other hand I love how Vikas was patient with Nitasha. He gave her time to understand her emotions and also helped her to move on.
My favourite part of the story will obviously be the ending and Ratna getting on Ronit's nerve . Ronit's email at the end was really positive and emotional at the same time.

As I said earlier this book is not a regular love story ( which is what I expected when I first started reading it) . This book is more about moving on with life , loving ourselves, understanding relationships which many other books fail to talk about.

Written in a very simple but beautiful way the book was a refreshing read. I love Author Rahul Saini's work. This is not my first time reading his work and he definitely manages to wow me everytime with his extraordinary stories!

The part I left with you is a contemporary fiction book centred around the three main characters Ratna, Ronit and Nitasha.

Ratna is in love with Ronit Sukhdev, her favourite author. When she gets an assignment to interview a contemporary author, she decides that it has to be Ronit. After a lot of efforts, she manages to find his address and with the help of little harmless lies, she lands herself the opportunity to stay at his place for a few days.

Ronit is not the same as she had expected, he looks older and is bitter about life. He is a loner and wants to remain so. It has been a year since he broke up with his long time girlfriend Nitasha. He hasn't published any book since two years and has lost interest in publishing any of his works in the future. Can Ratna "save" him and pursue him to publish his next book?

The book is slow paced which helps to develop the mood for the kind of story the author is trying to tell. There isn't anything right or wrong in the way the characters in this book are living their lives but their perspectives are different from each other which makes the book interesting to read. A few lines can also make you think about life and the ways of living it.

Ronit's views on love and life are as realistic and thoughtful as it can be while Ratna is still a hopeless romantic. Nitasha is moving ahead in her life but she keeps thinking about the past. The idea of one true love but with the wrong person seems to be one of the dominant themes of this book. There are many quotable lines in this book, most of which come from Ronit.

The characters are very well developed and I could understand them but I failed to connect with them. I could see where they are coming from but I just couldn't feel what the character is feeling. The book is very intelligently written; Ratna's past is written in the third person while her present story is narrated in the first person, Ronit's side of story is told through his diary entries and Nitasha's story is narrated in third person. This arrangement avoids confusion and also brings forth the true nature of all the characters.

I liked the ending of the book, I would call it a positive and happy ending. This is not a slow burning romance book, it will make you think and it will leave it to you to find the answers and form opinions on love, life and everything in between.

Ratna, a fangirl we can all relate to, thinks that all her dreams and aspirations have come true when she gets the opportunity to meet her favourite author, whom she also considers to be the love of her life, Ronit Sukhdev. She starts making fantasies of having an epic love story with him but can that come to be? Heartbroken after his last breakup with Nitasha, which turned Ronit's entire world upside down, he has extremely twisted ideas about love and life. Nitasha, the girl who left him, is still not satisfied after escaping her toxic relationship with Ronit, despite finding a man as perfect as can be in her boss, Vikas. Her past plagues her even as she embarks on a journey of self-discovery. What will become of this girl who fancies herself in love with a man who thinks that the entire concept of love is just a hoax and a woman who can't get thoughts of her past relationship out of her mind, even as she explores a new one?
The author has worked with a very fresh and unique concept of 'falling out of love' in this novel. He stresses on the importance of discovering oneself and instead of seeking love and validation from an external source, he urges his readers to make one's work the center of their life, the thing that nourishes and sustains them. Humorous and refreshing, compiled with many philosophical thoughts, I admire the idea of love and individuality that the author has introduced in this novel and the way he has built up on the same. Probably contradictory to popular opinion, I was satisfied with the ending given to all characters because it was unconventional and real.
The dual perspective of Nitasha and Ratna was so contrasting that it really lent a richness to the entire novel. For Ratna, love is something new, hopeful and exciting, while for Nitasha, the true meaning of love lies in feeling comfortable with someone and finding yourself with them. All the characters were sassy but friendly(mostly), if that makes sense and all of them had an unpredictability that I admire. I think the author has based the character of Ronit on himself to some extent, if not entirely, and used that character as the voice to convey his thoughts and I feel his targeted audience was mostly people who believe in the fantastical concept of 'happily ever after.'
Set in Delhi, the author has narrated this story smoothly and using a lucid language. The flashbacks he has included from both Ratna and Nitasha's perspectives really help gain an insight into the character of all the three primary characters.
All in all, the 'Part I Left With You' has a very new take on love, a take I found highly interesting and it's recommended on my part to everyone.

The book goes around two pivots over a significant period of time. This story spins around three characters and manages their view of life and of adoration. This story's method of managing love is very unique to that of the majority of the other Indian love stories. The arrangements with affection as an inclination, love as an overall experience and dropping out of adoration by and large. Every one of the three characters here goes through an excursion to find their own self and personality over the span of the novel.
School life is also explored and I can undoubtedly associate with it. What I noted and loved were those interesting email addresses. The part where Ratna's father and Ratna had a significant conversation about young ladies and what are they fit for filled my heart with joy. I enjoyed the part that Ratna's father played in this entire story and how much love he gives to her. The pieces of Ronit's journal made the book more fascinating to peruse. I understood that everybody has their view of carrying on with life and you ought not to think about them. I was more ready to interface with Ronit and his insight yet discovered Ratna and Nitasha similarly significant. The propensity for Ronit making his own words to pass on the thing he feels is intriguing. Better believe it, the main thing the female characters depicted as the lead was the most apparent thing.
The composing style of the creator is appealing and simple to get. The language utilized is straightforward and enamoring. The characters are all around created. I appreciated perusing this one and finished it in one go. Every one of the considerations and realities remembered for the book just held me situated.
The language is simple streaming and clear which praises the storyline. The method of going ahead and in reverse in time assists us with knowing every single one of the character's origin stories and the stages behind their present circumstance.

This is a story of Ratna,Ronit Sukhdev and Nitasha who are at the junction of love but in different ways. The story begins with Ratna reciting a poem floating among the clouds and once she is back on the ground she has to write a 7000 word essay on a contemporary fiction author and she has the perfect author in her mind or so she thought.
.
At the same time there is Ronit Sukhdev a writer famous for his romance novels is going through a heartbreak and hasn't had a book released in two years.
.
Then there is Nitasha, who is discovering herself,is moving ahead in her life and leaving all her past relationships behind but arethe relationships ready to leave her?
.
These three characters meet at the junction of love who start looking at Love through different lenses but as they move towards the end there call for love stops at the same stop.
.
This short story of three characters impact you through their personal stories and at some places with their silliness too.
.
You see a young 19 year old Ratna,a 30 year old Ronit complaining about Love and Nitasha reliving the good with the bad. You would think that one of them is going to define you in terms of love but as you reach the last page you will realise all three are within you and every page showed you an aspect of the characters and their tryst with Love in their lives.
.
The author also talks about the struggling lives the writers or artists live and how it's a struggle that never ends.
.
Ronit and Ratna's story stays the central plot and both of them help each other somewhere to evolve from the first page till the last page in a graceful manner.
.
If you want to witness love through different lenses and understand how love is the same and if you think TRUE LOVE exists then this book is for you.

Most of the love gets hurt by the misunderstanding of the lovers. Sometimes love breaks without any prominent reasons. Here the protagonist Ratna, who is a journalist and fan of the writer Ronit has to try to get a review from Ronit. Ronit is a writer, who is sad about his ex-love, abandoned his writing career and makes himself isolated. Somehow, Ratna has gathered his address and engaged with her interview on Ronit. How the meeting will take place? How did Ronit react to Ratna's approach to the interview? How do the situations move on? This is the peculiar situation in this novel. Ronit has an outburst about his ex-love. He shares his heartbreak with Nitasha. In the same situation Nitasha is grieving about the same. She is perplexed by the approach of Vikas, who is her boss. Both the souls are sailing in the same remorse. Here Ratna feels for Ronit. She tries to impress him. She would like to console him from his distress. How did she express herself with Ronit?
Did Nitasha accepts Vikas?
Did the Ronit commit with Ratna?
Did the situation turn into a twist?
What is the mentality of Ronit?
Did he honour his writing profession again?
Did he again fall in love?
How did he wake in the wall of love and refusal?

This book is an unique book with a real life reflection. The book is a fictional work yet serves the purpose of guiding the readers through the love and it's different perspectives.
The narration is kept simple and easy making it a good read for all. It's inspired from the real-life experiences & stories, I feel. It is presented in a beautiful contemporary fiction. In the form of a fictional story, the author tried to portray a reflection of the human in the present world that leaves a deep impact on our minds.
We as human beings are generally adviced to date a person who has the same frequency or vibe, yet we fall in love. As the time is passes by, we realise that the meaning of love has changed over the time.
The story has many characters in it yet it mainly focuses on Ratna, Nitasha and Ronit.
Ratna is a young girl who has come across her favourite writer/author Ronit when he was in his vulnerable state. Ronit had broke up with Nitasha and was kind of stuck at that phase. While Nitasha tries to move on. The emotions are captured well by the author. Each character development is well penned down. The layers of each character opens up as we go by the flow of the book.
I have already mentioned that the narration is kept very simple to make it a comfortable read. Even though the book is of average length yet the flow of the story is so smooth that it can be easily finished in one sitting only.
The language used is lucid. The book is layered beautifully. It was a nice book to read.

This narrative centres on three individuals, which concerns about various ideas of existence and of affection. This book discusses affection as an emotion, love like a comprehensive suite, and having a fling.
Ratna, Ronit, and Nitasha are the central characters in this narrative. The writer has portrayed each one of their points of view and moreover expresses towards the readers that affection may make the situation better or even worse depending on the situation. He also highlights the importance of discovering our individual personality regardless of the circumstances or environment. The three protagonists tell the narrative in the first person, and the vocabulary is straightforward.
Ratna is a journalism student at college who stumbled upon Ronit Sukhdev, her favourite author of all time, and after she saw his plight, her soul softened, so she resolved to assist him. Nitasha is dealing from her grief while also trying to shift forward with Vikas.
As per me, the finale had been well appropriate. Ratna's father, in particular, was one of my favourites; he's such a nice man, caring and sympathetic, merrily leading his daughter past the prejudices which the society has imposed.
The story is structured in a conversational format, with the protagonists largely speaking about themselves in an attempt to comprehend oneself as well as others.

The fable monitors Ratna. He is an admirer of a writer called Ronit Sukhdev. He is one of the greatest widely held modern-day romance author. Ratna, a scholar of press and collected works, plots at the entrance of her much loved writer, Ronit Sukhdev. Next a tumultuous and principal conference happens where Ronit unenthusiastically come to an agreement to let her stopover at his house and consult him as part of her project. As they get to distinguish and cooperate with each other, Ronit clarifies his older, serving himself as well as Ratna comprehends him well. Nitasha and Vikas’s voyage was to some degree dissimilar from Ronit and Ratna. His charm is to essentially assist to get a strong idea with her life. The finest item around this paperback was the consultation conference in between Ronit and Ratna. The discussion is very thought-provoking in the superlative share of the book. The twist comes when Nitasha was brokenhearted for the reason similar to that of Ronit. She thought that she was obedient and currently she desired her individuality.
I respected the melody of the story which rotated all over the place fully-fledged relations in the midst of grownups. The writer has impressively represented the actual essence of affection and relations in point of fact. The double viewpoint of Nitasha and Ratna was so conflicting that it categorically advanced a fruitfulness to the perfect novel. In conclusion, it was a great read which is a little dissimilar from traditional love tales. The story is fairly stimulating and attractive. The characters are well-built. I certainly enjoyed the character of Nitasha, the method she was irritating to figure out the whole kit and caboodle in her life and touching on by means of life in an encouraging technique.

This is the story of three people experiencing different phases of love & breakup. The three main characters - Ronit, Ratna & Nitasha. Ronit is an established writer who is having writer's block and isolates himself after his break up with Nitasha as he is heartbroken. Nitasha, Ronit’s ex-girlfriend, is trying to move on and settle down with Vikas. Ratna, is a college student who is a fan of Ronit’s literary works and she has to interview an author as a part of her assignment and she chooses Ronit and through some sources, she gets his address. She finds her favorite author in a miserable state and decides to help him.

The narration is tightly knitted with all three characters, giving each one enough space to contribute. It offers different perceptions and viewpoints which makes it undeniably interesting. The narration is done in different POVs and multi-layered, which gives the readers a clear idea about the character's. Ronit's diary and the father-daughter conversation was the best part. The author moves to past and present very seamlessly and that gives the readers an idea about their backstory and history of the character's. The illustration on the cover of the book does an amazing job in grabbing readers attention and the title chosen is apt for the content of the book, which I'm able to appreciate more after reading the book. Initially I thought it was the same cliche love triangle but the author proved me wrong. It is much more than just love and breakup, it's about how these characters deal with it after their breakup, how they pick up those broken pieces and fix themselves.

On the whole, it was an engrossing read with a deeper and intense character depicting the impact each one has caused in eachothers lives. It could be read in a couple of hours, there was no drag. This was definitely a 5 star read for me.

The Part I Left With You is a classic romantic story which revolves around three main protagonists Ratna, Ronit and Nistasha. It’s a funny and light-hearted read written in a very fluid and lucid language. The most classic thing which this book deals with is that Love knows no boundaries and I was highly impressed by the unique writing style. One thing which is very subtly explored is the school life romance which is sure to bring back many memories if you ever had experienced that old time love.

The main theme of the book according to me is "We all are entitled to one true love in our life. And at times we find it in the wrong person". At some places the book gives you the vibes of the young adult love as portrayed in books like ‘the perks of being a wallflower.’ The emotional turmoil shown by the perspective of Ronit and Ratna makes it a very interesting read. The way these emotions are explored by the author makes you feel as if you are living the life of these characters.

One of the best things which I loved about this book was each protagonist POV. It’s very rare to see these writing styles in Indian Authors and POV’s of Ratna, Ronit and Nitasha surely brings a whole new perspective. It’s one of the most refreshing points of this book. I personally felt that the letters, journal entries of Ronit and the father daughter bond of Ratna and her father were the main two highlights of the story. I being a letter writer myself especially loved the journal entries and short letters of Ronit. The character of Nitasha according to me was not that well developed and well written. I really hoped to see more of her story. Overall it was an interesting read.

The part I left with you

This is a unique work that discusses the lives of three, even though I hadn't done anything like this, I often wanted to do, to be at the doorstep of my favourite author.
And, I liked this book, as it seems very relatable. This is a cliché - proof book. Unlike portraying the author Ronit as a strong masculine character, the author of the book has portrayed him with all his insecurities and humanly aspects.
Confused?
There is an author in the story, Ronit, Ratna a girl who longs for the author and Ronit's girlfriend Nitasha, who have broken up.
The story is unique and can be read from different perspectives, a beautiful read. It is a perfect mate for beginners, also advanced readers will love it.
The cover and title was lovable. I really liked the title and narrative. I wished I had purchased a paperback instead of kindle!
It is a beautiful read.

The Part I Left with You revolves around the lives of Ratna, Ronit Sukhdev and Nitasha. Ronit and Nitasha had a break up. Nitasha tries to move on with Vikas whereas Ronit who was once a best selling author has now become a hopeless in life. Ratna who is in awe with Ronit gets this one time opportunity to stay with Ronit Sukhdev due to her college assignments and realizes he is totally opposite of what she had assumed him to be, but eventually she cant help but fall for her favorite author. Will Ronit too fall in love with Ratna ?Will Ratna be able to help Ronit resume his old life? Will Ronit and Nitasha be able to finally move on?
Starting with the title and the cover of the book, I feel the title rightly matches with the entire story. Many a times, it happens that the title doesn’t relate with the whole story but just comes in a story at a particular point of time. Unlike those stories, here the title is actually revolving around the whole story. And after you read the book you will realise that even the cover of the book is depicting the whole story. This is pretty impressive and cool!
The story is written in a very lucid language. The story flows smoothly with POV of Ratna, Ronit and Nitasha. The characters have been sketched quite well. The story shows both the past and present versions of the characters. It will give so many inspiring and thought-provoking words.
The story is not sugar coated. It is simply showing us a phase of our respective life where we fall in love, where we get heart breaks etc. This story might help you to deal with your heart-break. What I learnt from this story is that heart-breaks do hurt but one should not let them affect your passion.
I liked the overall story. I felt Ratna’s character was a little exaggerated but that’s completely fine. I am glad the book didn’t end in the way I expected it to be(yes you saw it right). The author rather ended the book quite thoughtfully and not just for the sake of it to be a love story.
Also, all my bibliophile folks the story talks about books and arts which made my heart so full.
Recommended to everyone especially the people dealing with break-ups:).

Review for The part I left with you

A novel can be said well written if it's characters develop with the flow of the story. This book truly depicts it. Lead characters of this story evolved so nicely with each twist and turn of the story.
"I am the part of you that will only die, with all the people who know you. " - This statement or main quote of the story says that we are only the reflection of the people we met. Why? As
we don't live for ourselves. We keep on changing with the expectations of the people from us, with their behavior towards us. The chapter 4- Nitasha - "Who Am I?"truly shows in which the lead character Natasha's self talks nicely explore the heart of this story It has three lead characters - Nitasha, Ronit and Ratna. This story portrays three individual viewpoints, three individual thoughts and opinions for love and life. How can one survive breakups? How can one maintain one's relations with others? All these questions are explored with three viewpoints with different angles by three characters.
You can relate with any character in the book. For me I personally liked the character of Ratna Kumari Jamval. As with the flow of the story, this girl develops herself from a carefree, immature and a crazy lover to mature, caring companion.
It is a love story but three different perspectives made it a masterpiece - where no one is right, no one is wrong.

If you like Classic Indian Bollywood drama, this book is for you. With main characters Ratna, Nitasha and Ronit. Ratna, a fan of Ronit, who is a famous writer, wants to interview him for a college assignment. She lies to him so that he lets her stay at her residence.
Nitasha is Ronit's ex who has now moved on and beginning a new chapter with someone else but constantly recalls the time spent with Ronit.
Different point of views of people who are in different phases of life and have had different experiences. Really disconnected incidents are mentioned in the book as well.
For me, this book could not work its magic.
