The Body Code is a truly revolutionary method of holistic healing. Look, in as far as placebos work, I’m sure this Hocus pocus works too. But this book is repetitive and simply not a good read. It has to try way too hard to convince you all this stuff is real, and when it devoted a whole chapter to asking for divine assistance, I was out. Keep praying everyone. It’s good for you. And maybe I’ll get someone to run a magnet on my back one day and fix all my problems. I’m open minded. But this book wasn’t it.

How do you write a book review which says, “the information in this book will literally change the world, one person at a time” without sounding like a crazy person?

Apparently, you can’t.

Read this book. It will change your life.

That’s all.

Favorite Quote: “Quantum physicists have been telling us not for over a century that the human body is actually a very complex energy field. Not only current science, but also the major healing methods of the ancient world all revolve around restoring balance to this energy field. The Body Code is a system that allows us to harness the power of quantum physics to create balance in the body’s energy field.“

In my opinion it is a very boring book. Full of miracle-type stories about his wonderful method that he never explains in itself since the author's goal is for you to pay for his course, certifications, videos, etc. I honestly do not recommend it.

Excellent book as one of Dr Bradley Nelson’s practitioners. I think this is a great go to book not only as a reminder for a practitioner but for clients and everyone who is interested in being the best version of themselves. A great book that allows you to dip in and out with clear explanations. Love it

I hated this book at first then grew to like it, somewhat. For context, I read The Emotion Code: How to Release Your Trapped Emotions for Abundant Health, Love, and Happiness first (which he referenced hundreds of thousands of times).

I want the PDF.

This book was like one of those infomercials that promise to tell you the secret when they return after the announcements not leading you any closer to what the Body Code actually is. Only hundreds of testimonials proclaiming that "it works!" But finally at the end of the book in chapter 26 he says to say this to others when they ask what the Body Code is, "I am learning a fast and easy way of helping people feel better. It helps the body return to a state where it can heal itself. The Body Code works for both physical and emotional issues. Do you have a few minutes where we can try it out?" And if they're more curious you can further say, "Your body is self healing, it knows perfectly what is wrong with you and what you really need to function optimally. The Body Code is how we decode those needs. We can use it to identify underlying causes and issues and use our combined intention to clear them or find out what else you may need. This technique is not meant to replace any medical treatment but by correcting underlying imbalances we help the body's innate self healing ability to take over. And many appreciate that this healing process does not require you to share any intimate details of past trauma or upsets." Then he says to read both books.

So it still doesn't really tell us what it is. But he uses magnets and charts to expel the bad stuff. I guess the only way of knowing is buy paying for the app and buying his crap. Don't say you make it available to everyone when you charge a steep monthly fee to use anything.

I think he's a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

The praying stories were neat, though. And the unembodied spirit stories were neat too.

Kidneys are the most commonly misaligned organs.

How is aluminum a heavy metal and iron isn't?

I like that Jewish tradition that the Lord left the earth unfinished in the creation (as well as us humans) and that's because He gives us the chance to help with the creation of the world (and us) to choose to act for good.

‘The Body Code’ offers a comprehensive guide to harnessing the mind-body connection for holistic healing.

In our ever-evolving healthcare landscape, it has become apparent that something is amiss. With an alarming estimate of one in three adults suffering from chronic disease, a critical question arises: Why does people’s health continue to deteriorate despite substantial financial investments? The answer, to a significant extent, lies in the prevalent approach of symptom-focused medicine.

This disparity between modern medicine’s symptom-chasing model and a more holistic approach to health makes us ask: Can we tap into the body’s intrinsic healing potential by fostering a profound connection between our mind and physical well-being? As we delve into the intricate interplay of mind and body, one resource emerges as a guiding light – ‘The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body’s Ability to Heal Itself’ by Dr. Bradley Nelson. In this review, we will take a closer look at the core ideas of the book.

Author’s background

Dr. Bradley Nelson, a holistic Chiropractor and Medical Intuitive, is a leading figure in Bioenergetic Medicine and Energy Psychology.

He developed The Emotion Code, an advanced form of energy medicine, and authored a bestselling book with the same name. This technique helps individuals globally shed emotional baggage, leading to relief from emotional and physical issues. His pioneering concept of the ‘Heart-Wall,’ a cluster of emotions obstructing love and success, is hailed as a groundbreaking discovery in energy medicine. With a background in chiropractic care, Dr. Nelson specialized in aiding chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia patients before retiring in 2004. He later introduced The Body Code system, an effective self-study course for restoring health balance.

What is the book about?

‘The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body’s Ability to Heal Itself’ by Dr. Bradley Nelson delves into the realm of holistic healing, providing a comprehensive framework to address not just the physical symptoms, but also the underlying energetic imbalances and trapped emotions that contribute to various diseases. This book presents an expanded system for unlocking the body’s natural capacity to heal itself.

Central to ‘The Body Code’ is the belief that the body possesses an innate wisdom and self-healing mechanism that, when properly accessed, can facilitate profound transformation. The book acquaints readers with the notion of six pivotal areas of imbalance: Energies, Circuits and Systems, Toxicity, Nutrition and Lifestyle, Misalignments, and Pathogens. By addressing these imbalances, individuals can chart a path toward holistic recovery, encompassing not only the physical but also the cognitive and emotional well-being.

What sets ‘The Body Code’ apart is its practicality and accessibility. It empowers readers with a clear roadmap to identify and release energetic blockages, toxins, and unresolved traumas that may be hindering their health. Through hundreds of illustrations, personal accounts of healing, and actionable steps, the book ensures that readers can engage with the material effectively, making the healing process tangible and achievable.

Key takeaways from ‘The Body Code’

1. The basics of the code and how you can alleviate the healing process by utilising your mind

In ‘The Body Code,’ Dr. Bradley Nelson explores a comprehensive way of healing that considers how our minds, energy, and spiritual outlook are all connected. He hs learned from his experience as a chiropractor that our body and mind are linked, and issues in one can affect the other. He also talks about how different types of energy, like emotions and spirituality, impact our well-being. His method addresses these energy imbalances to help relieve suffering. The key idea is that once we address the real causes of problems and believe in healing, our body’s natural ability to heal itself can kick in. This approach sees symptoms as signals of underlying issues rather than just problems on their own. Overall, ‘The Body Code’ offers a way to look at health and healing that is about more than just fixing physical issues – it is about understanding the whole picture.

2. How by practising subconscious questioning, you can find an imbalance in the body

To address a certain imbalance in the body, we have to practise subconscious questioning. In the beginning, you ask if there are any problems inside you that your subconscious mind wants to talk about. If it says ‘yes,’ you move to the next part. If it says ‘no,’ you might want to ask again to be sure, and if you still don’t get a clear answer, it’s okay to stop and try again later. If a ‘no’ turns into a ‘yes,’ then you can go on to the next question.

The author made a map that divides possible problems into six groups: Energies, pathogens, circuits and systems, misalignments, toxins, or nutrition and lifestyle. Sometimes you might get a ‘yes’ for more than one group, and each affirmative answer should be looked at separately.

Then comes the step of figuring out more about the problem. You might ask if there’s anything special to know about this problem. If there is, you ask more questions to understand where it comes from and how it affects you.

The last step is to check if this problem has anything to do with other problems in your body. If it is connected, you should address those problems too.

Overall, this practice of subconscious questioning is meant to help you feel better by taking care of the reasons behind discomfort and sickness.

Strengths and weaknesses, according to readers’ reviews

Strengths:
• Acts as a valuable addition to any treatment process as it promotes the mind-body connection crucial for a successful recovery.
• Offers actionable advice that can be repeatedly applied for better holistic health.
• Clear and understandable.

Weaknesses:
• The author’s intent to promote paid courses, certifications, and videos makes reading less enjoyable and calls entire books into question.
• Some readers had hoped for a more diverse approach involving herbs, stretching, and exercises, but found the content to be centred around the same technique.

Best quotes from ‘The Body Code’

“The body is a self-healing organism. It knows what is wrong and what it needs.”

“Why is the health of Americans so poor, even though we’re throwing more money at this problem than any other country? What are we doing wrong? One reason is that medicine is largely focused on chasing symptoms. And chasing symptoms is a very ineffective way to take care of the body.”

“Physical pain is probably the most common symptom that human beings have to deal with. In 2016, it was estimated that approximately 50 million people in the United States were suffering from chronic pain, or about 15 percent of the population.”

Final takeaway

In ‘The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body’s Ability to Heal Itself’ by Dr. Bradley Nelson, readers are presented with a powerful framework that delves into the interconnectedness of mind, energy, and spiritual well-being. The book underscores the significance of addressing underlying imbalances through subconscious questioning and intuitive methods.

‘The Body Code’ is recommended for people seeking a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body connection and those open to exploring holistic avenues for health and healing.

This book is a holistic approach to healing the body. The body is self-healing and knows what it needs in order to thrive and flourish. As we tap into an inner knowing that we all have and find out where the root cause of our imbalance is, we can use this simple techniques in this book to release the negative energy and imbalances. When we apply this technique, we empower the body's innate healing power. The Body Code is a road map to healing based in deep study of the human body and the unlimited power of the subconscious mind.

Dr. Bradley Nelson is the author of The Emotion Code. It has been scientifically proven that we are all electromagnetic beings and that we absorb energy from other people. We are taught with both his books, The Emotion Code and The Body Code, on how to release negative energy so we can live a healthy and happy life.

I have read The Emotion Code and now the Body Code. It is a very simple technique to balance and heal the body. I have used these techniques for years and they do work. I will continually refer back to The Body Code and have the app on my phone. It is well worth the investment to learn these techniques. As a body-worker, I find that many peoples dis-ease and/or disease is from the negative energies we have absorbed, inherited or brought on from some type of stressful situation that has happened. For example, if you were in a car accident and received whiplash in your neck and after 10 years your neck is still bothering you, maybe you need to look at the emotional energy that can still be locked in the neck from the past car accident. Maybe the negative emotions cannot allow the body to heal the whiplash in the neck fully.

I highly recommend this book! Thank you NetGalley for the advanced copy!

Gave up on it. While some of what the author shares and believes makes sense and is helpful advice when dealing with pain and healing, it was repetitive, pushy, and just didn’t hold my interest.

Full of testimonials, and prescribing the same ritual for every ailment...while I did learn a couple of interesting things, and the book gave some valuable insights at times, I was really hoping that this would be a holistic approach to treat ailments with things such as herbs and stretching or excercises, when all I got was the same thing over and over again. I feel like a lot of paper could have been saved in the creation of this book, in the repetition of said ritual being explained again and again, and the testimonials that I feel would be more appropriate on a website or advertising or something than filling up the pages of a book.

This review is of an ARC I won in a Goodreads giveaway.

This book was difficult for me to read. In some ways I agree with many of the ideas presented in the book, and in other ways it feels a bit far fetched for me to fully get behind. I do like the idea of natural healing and agree that we most likely do hold the key to healing within us. But I do not necessarily believe that key is manifested through the simple use of magents etc.

It's for the most part a promotional piece full of testimonials of 'nothing worked until I tried this'. And for every statement I think I just have to have an open mind, there are 2 claims that are so utterly unbelievable.

Recommended by a friend, so I tried to finish it, but I was skeptical when the author was talking about magnets and “entities” (ghosts, spirits). I had to finally call it quits when he introduced vaccine skepticism. Can’t recommend this book to anyone.

I was about a quarter of the way through this book before he finally got around to what it even entails. It’s all testimonials and raving about how miraculous his system is. It turns out his system is doing “muscle testing” (or swinging a pendulum or other methods) to ask the person or animal a bunch of specific questions about what’s wrong with them (their subconscious will know, except in the cases where it won’t admit it and will give wrong answers) and then running a magnet down their back or across their middle while “releasing” the trapped emotion or illness. This can even be done by proxy, like you can push down on someone else’s arm while asking if their mom in Nebraska or their cat has trapped negative emotions in their spleen and that’s why their shoulder hurts or they can’t keep food down. Or if perhaps an evil spirit is behind it.

The book is filled with supposed stories from people who have paid for his very expensive courses (a thousand dollars minimum) and certification who miraculously cured everything from CFS to mental illness to chronic pain for themselves and their friends, family and clients. And you can download the app for $30 a month (after previous people apparently paid $2000 for the first one for life and now have to download the new one and pay monthly anyway).

Actual quote: “My sister called me frantically last month. Her beloved cat, Champ, knocked over a whole bottle of her other cat’s medication. The pills spilled out onto the floor and must have been flavored, because Champ ate them all! The vet told her to prepare for him to die. I worked feverishly on him for an hour by proxy from my home many miles away. I detoxed that cat every hour that day and several times a day every day after that. The cat is just fine now with no signs of any problems.”

Another: “I’ve been watching every webinar I can about the Emotion Code and the Body Code. You were discussing how having a gallbladder imbalance can cause right knee pain. I don’t have The Body Code yet, but I decided just to ask my body if I had an imbalance in my gallbladder. The answer was yes, and I released two emotions. My knee feels great now! (My doctor said it was arthritis.) Why this is so amazing is that my daughter was born in 1990 and I had my gallbladder removed two weeks later. The physical organ has been gone for twenty-two years, but the energy (spirit) organ is still there!”

Listen, I have lots of faith in the power of belief, but there are much cheaper ways to get your faith healing. What the heck, I may get a nice magnet and just start releasing all my toxins and bad memories. That’s the extent of what I’m willing to do to suspend my disbelief though.

I read a digital review copy of this book via NetGalley.

Audiobooks are a form of accessible reading for many, including myself.

After becoming disabled there is so much more pressure on my brain's neuropathways. Once a research scientist in grad school, I now find that reading things in paragraph form is usually impossible, though reading a few sentences is easy. I once listened to audiobooks to make the time I spent on the microscope more enjoyable. I now listen to audiobooks as they are accessible to me.

What I do not understand about the ARC world and NetGalley is that non-fiction books are NEVER accompanied by the PDF that will accompany their retail versions. Often, this accompanying PDF (that is continuously referred to in the audio) is the only way that the book can be fully understood. Sometimes (like in this case), it is the only way that the book can be understood AT ALL!!

Thus, I made it through the first 34% before I was completely unable to go any further without accessing the mean-to-be accompanying PDF.

This first 34% did NOT give any confidence in this methodology whatsoever. In fact, the stark anti-science and anti-medicine (that has actually helped me live a better life these last 14 years with disabilities) from the author and "doctor" (chiropractor) has turned me off this healing tool.

I was willing to give it a chance though - as I know that medicine only has a tenuous understanding of the human body (and only in segregated sections or systems, rather than as a complete whole) and I have also had success using alternative therapies in the past as well as past trauma that has very likely left an imprint on my emotional body. .....

BUT I wasn't able to read and understand the remainder of the book without the PDF. And when the PDF wasn't available, I looked to downloading the author's app in order to help me understand the book. It was a truly EXORBITANT price to use the app - and not something I could ever afford on disability assistance. Further, given the off-putting first two chapters, there is zero chance that I will pay to read this audiobook once it comes out.

Thus, this "healing modality that "will absolutely" help everyone" is vastly beyond the affordability of myself on disability and the ARC review copy is given out without the accompanying PDF needed to understand the material.

1 star.

And I TRULY HOPE that publishers and NetGalley learn that many of us read audiobooks for accessibility reasons, and we cannot understand and review them without the accompanying PDF!!!

There are few books that I simply can't stand to finish, and this was one of them. For context, I coach people to rehabilitate pain through a combination of physiotherapy work and personal training, and have exclusively worked with clients in this field for 10 years. I'm well researched in this field and have worked with clients who have simple muscle tears to disc hernations, spinal degeneration, strokes, and neurological disorders.

This book reads a lot like the best-selling but highly problematic "The Secret", which is based around manifesting anything you want in life. On the surface, this is generally fine, but when it comes to health, it can be downright dangerous. You can't think away cancer, (which people who've read The Secret have done, forgoing proven medical treatment).

This book begins with a lengthy manifesto about how this method of healing isn't scientifically backed by any evidence, and essentially to just trust the author. This is reinforces by the constant testimonials and stories that break up nearly every paragraph of the book. You don't even find out what The Body Code method even is until the book is almost done. That's how much time the author spends trying to convince you that there's something worth seeing here.

I can't stress enough how problematic this type of thinking can be. Are there problems with Western medicine and pain treatment, of course, but you also can't ignore how many incredible advancements have been made due to Western methods. The author tends to take pot shots at everything western to further his point.

In pain science, there is a lot we don't know still, and there are plenty of treatments, like chiropractic, acupuncture, and osteopathy, that actually don't have a lot of scientific backing but still give results to people in pain. However, when you dig deeper, you find that a lot of the "results" from these methods are neurological and placebo based without fixing the root causes of your pain. That seems to be the realm this book is getting at, with a lot of reliance on placebo and hoping this method will work because other treatments didn't.

If research comes out that removing heart walls and using magnets genuinely helps with people's pain, I'll happily change my tune, but until then, this book remains pseudoscience at best and a way of driving people away from things that work at worst.

Essential addition to your health reference library!

“The Body Code” is the newest, most powerful tool in an energy healer’s toolkit. With it we can identify trapped energies and imbalances in the body, decode them, alchemize (correct) them and create an environment where the body can use its own intelligence to heal. The practitioner is the facilitator or radio receiver of information which is picked up from the subconscious of the client. We interpret it using the Body Code System app, then, using our intuition and intention, correct the imbalance. It is an effective and elegant way to help people heal their bodies and their lives.

This newest book, “The Body Code” by Dr Bradley Nelson, allows anyone to access this technique to heal themselves, their family, and friends. Just as his book “The Emotion Code” opened the door to teaching us how to release the emotional baggage we all carry around, “The Body Code” goes further, allowing us to find and release imbalances which cause pain and discomfort.

As a practitioner already familiar with the process, I am amazed by how well this modality has translated into a book. The Body Code System app has over 1000 pages of information. Dr Nelson has condensed it down by including only the most commonly found imbalances, which still covers a huge amount of territory. One can easily find and correct many types of conditions by just using the book.

If you are interested in healing and helping others, I encourage you to get the book, the physical book. It is an essential addition to your health reference library. While I have the audio and eBook versions, the hardcover book will be the most useful.

Highly recommend! I haven’t read The Emotion Code yet, but I will be buying the physical book along with this one. These are books that need to be owned. They will be referenced so much! While the audiobook was excellent, I would prefer hard copies for books like these. I am a believer in energy healing and have been seeing someone for years who uses muscle testing. It has truly helped my chronic illnesses when western medicine could not. I was diagnosed with a rare sleep disorder and used to sleep 20+ hours a day. I could not wake up, and if I could, I couldn’t stay awake. I now sleep 8-10 hours and I can wake up! It has been a long process for me and there is still much work to be done.

The only downside to this book was that he spent too much time giving examples and trying to convince the reader that muscle testing works. I’ll go out on a limb and say most people reading a book like this already believe in energy healing. That much convincing doesn’t seem necessary for the targeted audience. However, it was interesting hearing the stories, nonetheless.

I had no idea muscle testing could be used for so much! This book opened my eyes to how incredible it really is. And I can learn how to do it myself? I didn’t know it was simple enough to do such a thing. I also didn’t realize there was such a spiritual aspect to it. This book gave me so much hope that I can heal myself. Thank goodness because there is still so much healing to be done. Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for an audio ARC in exchange for my honest review.

I cannot recommend this book anymore.

I tried it out on myself and my kids, but found that muscle testing your own subconscious is risking a wild goose chase. It’s like when my daughter goes to Montessori preschool and gets to choose what she wants to do, and not necessarily what is best for her. I don't think this is just a reflection on my own subconscious or testing too quickly. I had to actively figure out what was going on, and several times was deceived.

While I learned much about the world of energy and saw some positive results using the app, it was at the expense of exposing myself and family to dark energy. If I doubted the presence of an adversary before, I don’t now. I wouldn't wish that experience on others and the book doesn't adequately prepare readers for appropriate grounding, if that's possible.

For those looking for healing stuck emotions and detoxifying the body, I recommend looking for a homeopath who knows detox therapy. My personal opinion is that Homeopathic Detox Therapy has the same potential for healing, with perhaps more guesswork, but no exposure to the energy world at large.

This book gives hope to healing & hope to those health ailments you may have never thought could possibly go away. Dr. Nelson has written this in such a way that is easily digestible, while also telling you how you can help yourself. With step by step material. I will say, as a certified practitioner, it is not as detailed as his certification course, BUT he does effectively show the very basics of what you need to know, and even that is enough to see amazing changes for yourself or your family. I highly recommended getting his first book “The Emotion Code” to further understand how to do some of the elements this book briefly mentions, such as: various ways of muscle testing. In “The Body Code” book he breaks down different categories, but he does not go into detail about some other categories, because you can easily follow similar guides in the ones he’s mentioned when utilization the companion App. This book & technique can be life changing for you or someone else, so why not give it a read? You may just find the hope you’ve been looking for.

The Body Code by Bradley Nelson I was intrigued as this seemed to be a follow-up to his previous book. The orators on the book was very good, I think they were trying to give different inflections in their reading as they were obviously reading somebody else's work and it was also comprised of testimonies.

I thought the premise of the book was intriguing and very enlightening. I would say it's along the lines of Ray Kay for those that channel energy. Although we did go into how did channel these different energies with people, I did feel as though it was extremely distracting to have so many testimonials in a book. It left me feeling as though it didn't really want to try it because I was uncertain whether or not there was a lot of truth behind it.

Setting that aside the information and the teaching in the book is pretty groundbreaking and as I continue to learn how to utilize it I am hoping to have a full benefit from it.

Dr. Bradley Nelson book, 'The Body Code,' is truly a MUST have for anyone interested in energy healing...for themselves, friends and family, but especially if they are becoming a certified Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner. Although Dr. Nelson released The Body Code energy healing modality to the world some ten or so years ago, this is his definitive book...now describing the processes in full...with Emotion Code and Body Code information now in one volume, and so well written too.
Human consciousness is being called to a higher vibration: time to get on board!
My own Design for Life Practice has been using the Emotion Code and the more comprehensive Body Code for 10+ years. The Body Code has been the cornerstone of my energy healing practice and my first 'go to' modality...with amazing transformational results for myself, my family and many clients through the years. So what is the key to taking advantage of Dr. Nelson's extraordinary healing constructs? Buy the book first!

I find this book to be encyclopedic. It appears as though there was a lot of work to put this together; it is comprehensive, and the case studies and personal stories are balanced. The how-to is given in the book and that is priceless. As a practitioner of the Emotion Code, I trust this method. I've had a lot of success with it, personally and with the people who trusted to work with me. This book has brought to light new facts about energy medicine, and it helps expand our awareness of what we can do to bring balance and heal our body and mind and emotions. Such as is the chapter on pathogens and the disconnections. There are many ways in which I know I can use the Body Code, from nutrition testing, to releasing trapped emotional compounds, to correcting a misaligned bone, and having the book handy is a plus. Also, dr. Nelson, my family and my cat thank you as well :).

Reading this book has changed my life. I started with The Emotion Code, but I wish I had just read this one instead. The Body Code goes more into the inner workings of the body with imbalances, misalignments, negative energies, etc. These books were my first introductions to energy work, and I have had a lot of success using the charts and methods in them.

It is filled with a lot of testimonials, which is great for someone who might be skeptical of energy work, but it's a lot of filler. I just wanted to get to the information to learn how to do it all.

You don't get access to all of the charts in the book alone. The rest can be found in his app for a subscription fee. I do pay for the app, but I have not taken any of the certifications and have still seen numerous positive changes in myself and my family!

Let's start with stating that The Body Code is a book you should read with an open mind and willingness to learn.

I listened to this book and the narration by Dr. Nelson was great. However, I wish I would have read the book in paper. There is so much information and I wish I could have underlined, highlighted and bookmarked pieces of this book. You can access PDFs and utilize the body code website. But, for me paper book in hand while listening would have been even better.

So this book is packed to the brim with information, yet it is very clear and easy to understand. I think The Body Code is an excellent resource for healing and I will be revisiting this many times.

Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's for my ALC

The Body Code is full of eye opening information especially if you are new to energy healing. Very specific, detailed instructions on using the body code technique to heal any ailment on yourself and others. I can attest to muscle testing being accurate with regards to allergies. As with any healing modality you need to put the time in to allow it to work. In many cases it takes practice to see results. This information is definitely life changing. Keep an open mind and be prepared for positive results. The section on fungus, mold, viruses and pathogens is very interesting! Truly every chapter is interesting and informative. I highly, highly recommend this book.

This stuff works!

I consider myself somewhat of an open minded skeptic. Some of the stuff seems unusual, simple, and yet it works.

Is the book structured in the best way possible? Maybe not.

But as someone who’s been practicing what’s in this book for 6 months+, I’m amazed at how it’s helping me uncover things about and improve my quality of life.

There’s a lot in here. You may want to do a couple sessions with an experienced Body Code practitioner to become a believer and to understand the process easier, but 20-30 years from now the world might be transformed by what’s in this book.

While the premise is interesting, this book is mainly stories about people who've used the system to "fix" something. But the information included in the book is incomplete if you want to actually fully utilize the system yourself. There's a lot of "you'll have to use the app because there's too much to include in the book". And the instructions are vague "go back to the Body Code Map and decode this", without much explanation on how or why. Overall, rather disappointed in this book which seems to push classes and the app subscription more than anything.
