A Must Read Riveting Thriller

Wow! What a story. The author outdid himself with this page-turning, action-packed suspenseful story, which begins in Portland, Oregon, and moves on to New York City. Leroy Silver is an assassin working for the government but has a conscience when it comes to performing a particular assignment. This makes the plot even more captivating when his refusal will lead to dire consequences and the enigmatic Julia, a take-charge bartender at a popular bar, appears. From this point on, the story moves in many directions. Some of the many-sided, racially diverse characters are likable and smart, while others are intimidating, cunning, and lethal. The settings are vivid, and the dialogue is precise. Riddled with twists and turns, secrets and lies, betrayal, manipulation, greed, high-tech maneuvers, and dishonesty, the narrative slowly builds up to an ending that will open up a completely new prospect for Leroy Silver. If you enjoyed reading the Orlando Black series, you will want to learn more about Leroy Silver, even though the two characters are unique when it comes to how they deal with the unexpected challenges facing them.

What goes through the mind of a government assassin when he doesn’t agree with the location chosen by his employer for the hit? Lots of action in this short story, intriguing characters, and a good plot.
