One of the best books on MA. Not sure why others give low marks. Worth reading and implementing.

As someone who recently went through an M&A, I found this book both enjoyable and deeply insightful. It offers detailed, practical frameworks that executives can apply to evaluate and improve every stage of the integration process. The depth of content stands out; it’s not just theory, but a set of usable tools grounded in real-world complexity. Highly recommended for anyone curious about the inner workings of an M&A process.
