Cobb paints a vivid story of humans who shift into animals, focusing on Josh, a young shifter coming into his own. Took me a couple of chapters to get into it, but once I connected with Josh I was hooked. Very relatable themes of fitting in/asserting your independence, and wonderful descriptions of the forests of Colorado, where much of the story takes place. Loved the imaginativeness of this!
