Don't recommend

There are certainly a lot of great recipes but the terminology used in this cookbook is bizarre, for example "inexperienced lentils". I am not sure what this means. It seems as if this cookbook was translated from another language to English and through the translation has lost its true meaning. I also don't like the black background. I would not recommend this cookbook as there are a lot more good ones out there that are better written.
