Amelia Ainsworth wasn’t looking for an arranged marriage, but she had finally given in to her aunt’s pleas to set her up on a date with what Evelyne called “the perfect match.” All she knows about Alistair is that he’s the son of her friend, Merlyn, and a smart, kind-hearted young man in medical school.
And it certainly doesn’t hurt that he’s both handsome and charming.
He’s her date for three nights. That’s the deal. Three dates set up by her aunt as her dying wish. The first one goes smoothly. But it’s like being on a set, playing a part. Doing what’s expected of them.
However, by date number three, she finds herself running away from him and into the arms of another man.
And now Amelia is starting to regret having made that decision.
Is it too late to turn back?
Can she apologize for her mistake and get Alistair to forgive her?
Or did she just push away the potential love of her life forever?
This is the story of Amelia Ainsworth who was a student in college she had broke up with her long time boyfriend who she had since high school rather he had broke up with her and she was on the search for a new boyfriend on a dating app. but so far had not been able to find one except this one guy who had never answered her back. Amelia like how he looked so she thought he would be the one. Amelia has a brother Jason who went to med school and was constantly being compared to him. Her mother and father live about hour or so away from her school. She has an Aunt Evelyne, her father's sister who she finds out when she goes home at her mother's request and before she passes she wants Amelia to be in a good relationship so she sets up her niece with this young man named Alistair Haynes who is a med student like her brother. Alistair has green eyes and broad shoulders and a dazzling smile and is definitely the gentleman. Her Aunt has set her and Alistair up on three dates. She asks them to go on three dates and if it doesn't work out she will be okay with that. So this is the story of her dates and the issues that she is still hung up on. It was an easy good read. . I sometimes think that the success rate of marriages would be higher if we honestly accepted input from our close family. They know us well, want the best for our happiness, and (being unclouded by infatuation) can evaluate the relationship more objectively. But not every relative.
Amelia was absolutely right to reject her mother's obsession with seeing her married at any cost. However, it seems that Aunt Evelyne has exactly the right objectivity and had encountered just the right man for her niece.
It took time for Amelia to truly open her heart and mind to this relationship. Once she did, she has the opportunity to grow an healthy and fufilling relationship, that will be a permanent tribute to how much her aunt loved her.

Both Amelia and Alistair have been unlucky in love. Amelia’s aunt sets them up on a series of 3 dates during Spring Break. At first, Amelia is furious with the setup. Alistair is kind and forgiving of Amelia’s behavior. Amelia finds herself enjoying her dates with Alistair. This surprises her because a part of her is still getting over her ex-boyfriend and has been trying to catch another guy’s attention. Alistair is the perfect gentleman and is attentive and caring towards Amelia. Unfortunately, Amelia pushes him away. It takes some time but they do find their HEA! This author is new to me but I will be looking for more of her books!.

I didn't get into this book when I first started reading it, but it slowly grew on me until I loved it. I can relate to the main female character a bit. She is looking for what she thinks is love online and that leads to either creepy guys or dead ends. I just wish I had an Aunt like her to set me up with a hot guy like the main male character. This is a sweet and romantic story that shows you to never give up on love.

The first book I've read by Kathryn Reign, but certainly wont be my last. This was a romantic, feel good story about Amelia and Alistair's journey to their HEA. Amelia's aunt fixes her up with Alistair, the perfect match for her. She insists that Amelia gives it a chance. Amelia thinks this guy she finds on a dating app is perfect for her. But when she discovers Mr Perfect is really Alistair, is she too late? The book is well paced, sizzling, steamy, fun, and romantic read.
I received an ARC on Booksprout and this is my honest review.
I thought the overall book was very well done and I enjoyed it very much as I read it from the very beginning to the very end. I thought the storytelling was well done and very well thought out very well and this is my opinon. I thought the character built up was so thought out and had the readers wanting to like them in my opinon.

From constantly swiping on dating apps to finding the man of her dreams. This is a cute story and quick read. Amelia thought she could find the perfect guy on an app then her dying aunt set her up with Alistair for three dates. The guy she thought she found online turned out to be a frog. The set up date turned out to be her prince..

What an enjoyable read this book was. For me it was a very realistic read. Amelia is looking for a real relationship and she just cannot find it. She finally agrees to let her Aunt set her up on a date. What she finds is not what she was expecting at all. I would highly recommend this book.
