This book consists of two and three page chapters describing different research based ways to improve human life. It also names books and websites focused on each subtopic to enable deeper exploration of what interests you.

In today's world, it's more important than ever to know how to navigate uncertainty.

Certainty and stability are often seen as desirable states, while uncertainty and change are often seen as stressful and difficult. However, recent research has shown that there are benefits to navigating uncertainty. These benefits include improved creativity, better decision-making, and increased resilience.

When faced with uncertainty, it is important to take a deep breath and remember that you are not alone. There are many tools and resources available to help you navigate these choppy waters and this book ranks high on my list of tools!
