With the threat of the Sect lingering around every corner, it's a race against the clock for Willow and Azíl to keep themselves safe and unravel the secrets of his curse.
- Mulled Cider And No One Is Wiser is book five of the Cauldron Coffee Shop Series, a witchy modern fantasy series with a romantic sub-plot, a mysterious teapot, and a cat who might be up to no good.

Yesterday was a big day for me. One of my short stories got published in a collection of Winter Stories and yesterday was the official presentation of the book. Which also meant I had not that much time to read, but a few short Greenwood novels were absolutely perfect to read while my father drove me all the way to Utrecht! And luckily I got this arc on BookSprout.
I was incredibly excited that in this novel we're finally traveling abroad to visit where the story actually got started. I love the romance and these characters are cute together, but I also was really rooting for the curse to be broken and therefore we needed more information. And we got all that and more in this installment.
I also really loved how openly the characters discussed their relationship and the issues with it. Currently they're both being held back because of the curse and they both know that breaking the curse might change things. But instead of letting those thoughts and worries boil inside, they dare to talk about it with each other and it felt so pure and honest!
I'm now really curious how things will continue with the society and what we will learn about them in future books. Right now we don't really know what role they're playing in the story and after all the rumors we've heard about them I can't wait to find out the truth! But, I don't doubt that it will be one of the next plot-points!
Mulled Cider and No One is Wiser is the fifth book in the Cauldron Coffee Shop series and it was an important book in the series. There are some big events and changes and I am excited to see where things go for Azíl and Willow next.
In this book Willow and Azíl travel to Morocco. Her best friend Sabine is there on a dig and needs help translating things. This dig might relate to Azíl's past and he's a native speaker of this long dead language so they go out to help there and hopefully get off The Sect's radar. I like how this book has them traveling to Morocco, although I had hoped for a few more details of the country and the dig. There is more work on breaking the curse and I was excited to see whether they would succeed in breaking it. Willow and Azíl also have some good talks about their future and how the curse has influenced their romance so far. I like how we learn a bit more about Azíl and his past and how the dig relates to that.
I really like reading about Willow and Azíl and it's lovely that this series follows the same couple so we get to see how their romance develops. There are new troubles they run into and things that have to talk through and work out together. I like seeing how they deal with the things they encounter and how their bond gets stronger, but also how they have tough things to deal with.
To summarize: This was a great book in this series. It is a very important one with some big changes for Willow and Azíl and I can't wait to see what comes next for them. I enjoyed reading about Willow and Azíl and seeing how their romance develops throughout this series as they deal with things that come their way. It was fun to travel to Morocco, although I would've liked some more details and descriptions. The dig tied in well with Azíl's past and there were some interesting reveals.
I am so in love with these characters. With every installment of Azil’s story we get, I’m pulled deeper into his history and his hopeful future. This book brings us a couple of revelations and some new and exciting possibilities that make me more excited than ever to see what’s in store next for Willow and Azil. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.
Azil’s teapot was stolen from Willow’s coffee shop. Azil and Willow must find his teapot before Azil is cursed back into the teapot. Azil was cursed over 3000 years ago to the teapot. Willow accidentally released Azil from his teapot by casting a spell near his teapot. Azil decides to end his sever to his teapot and this should return him to his teapot. Willow is afraid Azil will not be able to come back to her once he disappears. Luckily Azil returns to the coffee shop with his teapot. He left a fake teapot in its place. Unfortunately the Sect’s headquarters are nearby. The Sect supposedly buys, sells, and enforces curses.
Azil has been helping Sabine remotely with translations at her dig in Morocco. Azil and Willow decide to go to Morocco hoping they will find answers to Azil’s curse. What will they find in Morocco? Who tomb did Sabine find? Willow hopes that when they finally break Azil’s curse he will still want to be with her. Azil and Willow seem to have an undeniable connection to each other. Will Azil still want to be with Willow after the curse is broken?
Mulled Cider is the fifth book in the Cauldron CoffeeShop series. This is another great book in the series. The book flows from beginning to end. There is intrigue, mystery, action, and romance. The characters are interesting and fun. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. I received a free copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Our hero and heroine need answers and they hope to find them on an archaeological dig. But secrets like to remain hidden, so this is not going to be an easy task.
This is book five of the series, but it works pretty well as a standalone. However, it does build on the previous books, so reading them in order will enhance your experience.
The story is a paranormal romance of the slow burn variety. The story is well written and easy to read with well developed characters and a setting that has been detailed in many books. This particular slice of the world is a coffee shop filled with fun, although we get out of the shop for this book. The plot involves a bit of action, a bit of mystery and a bit of romance all mixed together to make a fast paced and fun story. Overall, another fun story from our author and I continue to look forward to seeing what happens next.
Highly recommended.

While the shadowy enemy lurks Willow and Azíl reunite and plan next steps. When Sabine invites them to Morocco and her dig site it seems like an excellent way to find more information about the curse and how to break it and shake the watchers that have shown up around Willow’s shop. In Morocco they discover that the tomb is that of the friend that Azíl helped which resulted in him being cursed. So close to the goal of freedom but will that bring the pair closer or drive them apart? Very exciting installment! Lots of skulking by secret societies, Azíl returns to the land of his birth and worry and happiness war over the possibility of freedom from the curse. I love how this series develops and eagerly await the next book and the next part of the adventure!.

This was a wonderful and very satisfying installment in the series. We got to join Willow and Azil as they journeyed to Morocco and made some very interesting discoveries about Azil's past and the curse. There were also many conversations between Willow and Azil about supporting your partner's dreams and career choices, even when the decision might be hard to make. A particularly beautiful quote: "But I need you to realize that this is not about you, it is about me and where I can find my own contentment." It's not a break-up conversation, but a realistic sharing of each other's emotions and feelings and I really appreciated the rawness of the writing here. On the flip side, there are also many humorous lines as well, such as Azil, "Are you suggesting you put me in a box and post me to Morocco?" A very fun series that has a lot more to offer in each new book. I read this on Kobo Plus.
And *I* thought travelling abroad was complicated! Next time I’m at an airport, I’m gonna take a good long look at the security belt to see if it has a level for magical items to be checked.
Willow and Azíl visit Sabine at her archaeological site. This brings up memories of when hubby’s best friend took us around the dig site of Tel Azeka (David and Goliath) during the pandemic. It’s beyond amazing to see artifacts from thousands of years ago…practically in our backyard.
Sooo. What happens next? Will have to read the upcoming ‘Vanilla Frappe And Reasons To Stay’. Then ‘Festive Drinks And Season's Hijinks’ after that.
“… now it’s a real possibility instead of just a dream.”
Picking up close on the heels of the previous book, Azil has possession of his teapot, and he and Willow are relatively certain a mysterious group is out to renew his curse and make sure he stays in that teapot… but Azil has Allies aplenty and they band together as he starts trying to figure out his future.
This story has some interesting turns, relatable moments, and really shines a light on friendships, the things we’ll do to help those we care about, and the weights we carry in our hearts.
I was gifted with a copy of Mulled Cider and No One the Wiser and chose to share my thoughts.
There is hope! At last! There is hope for breaking Azíl’s curse. I’m loving how Azíl and Willow’s relationship keeps progressing. They actually get their wish granted to break the curse. And Azíl finds his passion in translating his own native language. We actually gain more information on The Sect and their significance. I can see this series veering toward the relationship however it is a fitting the author did stop here with no intense cliffhanger. I do like the beginning recap to familiarize the reader about what has occurred thus far.

Azil and Willow have another adventure together. Azil comes back with his lamp without the sect knowing. They both go see Sabine to help her with her find. Mona finds a way to stop Azil’s curse and now he is free. We have to wait till the next book to find out more about the tomb and maybe why he was cursed. I really like this series. I had to laugh when Azil and Willow were talking about the teapot and she suggested they use it as a teapot and he says, “I would advise against that. I know where it has been.” I would recommend this book and series. Cannot wait to see if I am right about Spooky the cat.

This is book 5 in Greenwood's Cauldron Coffee Shop. This series should be read in series order - our story continues with main characters Willow and Azíl as secrets and dangers continue to be reveled about Azíl's curse. While there is a slow burning romance dynamic between these two main characters the storyline focus' more on the mystery. It's short but captivating and well written - I'm still enthralled and eager for more!

Willow and Azíl go to Morocco in this book so Azíl can help Sabine with translating some of her dig finds. Little did they know it'd hurt Azíl's heart. But not in the way you'd think. On the site, something truly fantastic happens but you'll have to read to find out what. Plus Willow's growth at the end is refreshing as well.
I highly recommend this book as well as all previous books in this series.
This is a continuation of Azil and Willow's story, and it does not disappoint. They are trying to find a way to break the spell of the teapot. The Sect is lingering around trying to stop them. When Azil disappears, Willow is worried that he will not come back. They travel to Morocco to find answers to help Azil. Are the answers there for them? It is a great read with danger and suspense on every page.

When Azil's teapot is stolen, his sever needs to be reattached. Willow is not happy about it but finally agrees. Imagine Willow's surprise when Azil shows up at her door! This short read has plenty of intriguing actions and, who knows, maybe the answer to everything. Unfortunately, the ending is a cliffhanger. Very highly recommended.

Willow’s friend Sabine asks her and Azil to come to Morocco to help with translations and gain insight into breaking Azil’s curse. I loved how things unfolded in this book, both the really difficult relationship conversations Willow and Azil have, Azil saying goodbye to a friend, and the strong ending. This series is something great and this book provides another exciting step in Willow and Azil’s journey.
I am loving this series! We have an intriguing and fascinating storyline, likeable and great characters all set in fantastic world building that just pulls you in as we continue this crazy adventure! Filled with action, mystery, romance, curses, magic and more, this time we travel to Morocco to visit Sabine's dig and see what she has uncovered and hoping they can break Azil‘s curse. It’s a great addition and I absolutely love Azíl and Willow and look forward to reading more!
I love both Willow and Azil, and I’m living all their adventures. And in this one I liked most Azil enjoying his freedom, and feeling that hes usefull and has a purpose. Nothing beat that! And of course I want more of their story.

I loved this look into Sabine’s world, and how it started this series. Not only that, but we get a look into Azil’s past, and maybe a future career for him. I am getting so drawn into this series, and it’s just so much fun, both a little romantic and a little suspenseful. I will hate to see this series end! This is a great urban fantasy/paranormal romance/witchy read, and I can’t help but recommend it to everyone. Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.
Willow and Azíl go on holiday and work on finding information to help defeat the curse. Was entertaining to catch up with these two and see what hints and leads they might discover while on holiday. They are so so cute together.
Even though Azil is out of his teapot, they realize that they are still being watched. So, when they are invited to Sabine's dig in Morocco, they make their travel plans. They hope that this trip will help them find out more about Azil's past, and how to protect them from the shady organization hunting for him. I love this book and series. The characters are fun, well written, and always unique. A surprising discovery, a few answers, and an unexpected outcome. A must read.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
A lot going on here. The Tomb is a dear friend of Azil's when he was alive. A surprise waiting there. Are there more waiting? We will have to wait and see. Very good story. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Azil's curse is broken but opportunity and a request will separate Willow and Azil for a time. The other good news is that their feelings are not changing, and they are still a couple.
This was a good entry. I like how the relationship is progressing and that they are finally talking more freely. I hope this continues as they feel more and more comfortable.

I love the characters and the close relationships between people. I also enjoy being about to read this series and yet see them again in other off shoot stories. So fun!!!
