Stradford has an arsenal of brilliant analogies & metaphors. The evocative stanzas and mind-boggling imagery pulled me in at full length. I delighted in her colourful language and was inspired by her words of encouragement. Each poem buzzes with an enchanting cadence leaving you wanting for more. Reading this helped pull me out of writer's block, which is a rare thing for me! I will definitely be reading her other books, and I believe you should too!
