I think these books is our future with Trump being our President.

It scares me the way Trump is running the country now that these books will be our future. A recession is coming, bigger than the one in the 40's.

WOW! Didn’t see that coming!

As days pass, the people of Burning Hollow fight back for those they love and have lost. Families form new bonds and heal old wounds. The fight is real and new enemies are heading their way. With new friends by their side they prepare for a war they never wanted.
This story just keeps getting better! You feel the pain and the fear as well as the love and strength of simple people trying to survive in a world that will never be the same. Can’t imagine myself in this situation but if I was, I’d want to be with the people from Burning Hollow!
Once again, Ryan has written another gripping, on the edge of your seat story and left the reader eager for the next book.
Bravo! Well done!

Love this Series!!

It's always a treat when an Author manages to draw out the Characters so well that I become invested in each and every one of them! Multiple Characters, with Multiple Personalities, it's all there for the taking. I am SO into this story of the War on America and with Our Humanity at stake on almost every page. I read Book 3 so fast that I was shocked to see that I'd read most of night at finished the story at 3am!
Ready for #4 & can't wait

Characters are very likable

The characters in this series so far have created an array of emotions ranging from lighthearted happiness by characters with a sense of humor and eclectic behavior to feelings rage and fury by characters consumed by evil. Schow does a really good job at balancing the characters and plot out in both directions. Bartholomew and Catrick Swayze always make me smile! I'm looking forward to the next book in this series and reading more by Ryan Schow.

Makes you Think

Just finished this book 3 Sunset on America. Mr Schow is in my opinion a very entertaining Author. I have read Book 1, 2, and 3 in just 4 days. Once you start reading you don't want to put it down. And as you continue to read each book, it makes you think what if this happened in our Great United States of America ? Would you be ready? I also enjoyed the way he focused mainly on one family and all the consequences they had to endure.

A story that could become out future

Taking today’s headlines down one possible pathway leads to the storyline here. Unrealistic? Maybe. Maybe not. I certainly hope not. But that’s gonna require us all to get involved in politics and speak out when things get goofy like today.

Sunset on America

This series by Ryan Show is keeping me up at night! It grabs you from page one and doesn't let go. Small hints of America today interspersed with the America in these pages as only Ryan Schow can do. Pick up book one of the Sunset on America series and next thing you know, you will be waiting for book four.

As usual Ryan writes another great book!

This one explains some of the things that's had me thinking. Great series, absolutely great characters and one heck of a lot of action.
The family dynamic in this one will definitely make you feel like you are part of this clan. You will get invested In these people.

“A Confluence of Tyrants” by Ryan Schow
Ryan Schow used an expression that I had not heard in many years, viz., “main squeeze.” E.g., one can say: “She is my main squeeze”.
One of the characters in this book, Pablo Santiago, is the most cold-blooded killer I've ever read about!
This was an enjoyable read! I plan to continue with the next novel.

Unexpected

This story had a different tone than the two previous. Some of the MCs had significant changes in personality in a short period of time. There are some lighthearted aspects that played well against the new horrors of life. Some big payoff action scenes, as well as satisfying tie-ups of various story threads, all in all an unexpected and gratifying read.

I loved the entire series. The characters were just so real. I don't often write reviews but this was one of the best TEOTWAWKI I've read in awhile. Pretty scary, the events leading up to the EMP. I was sad to see it end but I'm hoping to read about my favorite characters in the next series. Thank you Ryan!

Worrisome

I like the series so far, though I am somewhat
stunned at the authors imagination. At least I hope this series is not based on experiences. This series certainly makes one think. The comments about the status of the USA are spot on and I was happy to see that many others have highlighted the same excerpts as I have. Perhaps it will wake some people up!

Great characters, great story

I can't stop reading this series. I read mostly at night I look forward to reading the next few chapters every day. Most of the characters are real. Bart is just a bit too much to swallow. He and catrick make the story less plausible in my opinion. The story could do without that silliness. Nevertheless, reading on...

Confluence of Tyrants: A posts apocalyptic Survival Series Sunset on America Book 3

I have read all three books in the, series Sunset on America,Book 3. From the first book to book 3 I was captivated. It is frightening to think that our America could be overtaken by other countries. Like the books I believe in the tenacity of America and the resilience of our Patriots.

great series

This is a well written apocalyptic series with different types of characters and a typical over all story but the way it’s told and the way the different story lines merge make fair a really good mix

Love the cat

As I said in my last reboot the second book in the series Catrick Swayze rocks. This series is wicked but fun. Full of interesting characters and many twists and turns that keep you wanting to read more. Some of the most evil characters like Arseny (what a twist in this character there was) and Puablo meet there blessed end in very interesting ways with a wicked twist. But I can’t help but love the cat that I hope nothing happens to him or her. But I know if something happens to Catrick it will be in a wicked, horrific but heroic way. Can’t wait to read the next installment in the series. What fun this dries is.

Well written tale

Ryan Schow is one of those writers who takes the effort to actually use decent grammar in a decently good story line. I hope this isn’t our future but it’s plausible!

This series is both scary and exciting. We all think about the possible destruction of America, and life as we know it, happening and you have written it in such an amazing and eye opening way. Thank you for the great read!

Getting hooked

A mix of different, interesting characters, all quirky with a mix of good and bad personality traits. The dialogues can be a bit preachy, but what author doesn't deserve to speak his mind.

If the Apocalypse Was Fun...

This series and characters have definitely grown on me. I didn't really get the humor during my read of the first couple books. Getting into it now. Truly hope these turn out to be truly works of fiction! For all our sakes.

Great Series!

If you like apocalyptic books you will love this series. I just wish the books were longer. There is a bit of humor nudged gently into the story line every so often and just when you think things can't get worse.

Great Reading!

The story as told in this book seems far more realistic than most dystopian/post- apocalyptic tales, of which I have read many. This book, and the two previous books in this series, often seems so realistic that it is downright frightening.
