“You like us all, Lady Estelle? Then why not have us all? Your whole life, you have cast your needs aside to please others. We can give you a lifetime of pleasure in one night, if you will allow it. You deserve to have someone look after you, to take care of your every desire.”
As a newly widowed lady of the ton, all I wanted was a few hours of freedom before spending the summer as my ailing aunt’s companion. When I injure my ankle in a fall, I’m forced to ask for help from three handsome stable lads. In the cosy kitchen of my aunt’s stables, Ellis feeds me hot, buttered toast and Archie’s healing hands start to roam. I suspect the lads are more intent on fixing my broken heart than my ankle. But when Will suggests that a roll in the hay is the cure for what ails me, my courage wavers. How can I break the habit of a lifetime and allow myself the pleasure I’ve been denied for so long?

- Heroine: Lady Estelle Hulme (aka Stella) - Harem: Will, Archie, Ellis - POVs Included: Single Female POV (Stella)
Stella is widowed and has moved to the country to care for her sick aunt. After being married off to a much older husband who was also sick, she’s been taking care of sick family for a long time. So she decides to go on a walk to clear her mind. But she twists her ankle and has to get help from the stable lads. They help her in more ways than one.
This was okay. I enjoyed the first one in the series more because I felt like there was better build up and sexual tension. I didn’t feel that tension as much in this one.
But this was still alright and I’m excited to read about each of the other ladies in their little club too. I do hope we find out who the highwayman was from the first book at some point as well.
