Ok, so the book gets perhaps a little technical with the language but the information is amazing. I now have gotten my mom, sister in law, 2 cousins and myself on pro-biotics. Regardless, of wheather you are into the medical lingo or not, the summary at the end of every chapter makes a point of speaking in "lay-man" terms. Less than 100 pages long but a TON of amazing information. If you are interested in improving your health, this is definitely a MUST read!
