It is an excellent well researched book to introduce Service Design. I particularly enjoy the mix of theory and practice from multiple perspectives and I constantly dip in and out of it. The book is still one of the must reads in the category, which is now growing slowly and I'm so pleased I purchased it on its release because it is now out of print.
