I could not finish this book. It was very disjointed and therefore hard to really get into. I also did not expect the heavy religious undertones and would not have bought the book if I had known.

I recently curled up with Triumph by Gregory S. Works, and let me tell you, it was a journey. The title might give you a hint, but it's so much more than just a tale of victory. I felt that the narrative was so rich, and the emotions i felt while reading? Don't even get me started. Getting to know Gregory was like meeting at a party and instantly wanting to be BFFs. I liked that the story had many layers to it, like a delicious literary lasagna. I enjoyed a lot of the themes, especially the ones that made me chuckle and think, "Oh, Gregory, you sly fox!" If you're in the mood for something that feels like a warm hug on a cold day, then this might just be your jam. I hope you like it as much as I did! Highly recommended!

Have cousin who needed transplant and I had NO idea exactly what he went through as we were tested to be a donor. So many decisions and solutions, outcomes that could've gone either way but he strayed lyoal to his faith and that along with support has helped him get to where he is todya. Especially hard on th efamily when things happen on a minutes notice. So many resources and waht to expect and who to reach out to for further help along the way, very informative.
