This book suggests an alternative way of holding teachers and school leaders accountable, not just by test scores. However, I am skeptical because I have seen an alternative accountability system but it still doesn't work because the culture of collaboration, trust and mutual respect was not there. Therefore this book does not interest me to read further.

I loved this book! Reeves really lays things out that are easy to interprate into action!! I cannot wait to synthesize it into a one-pager.
